Got the date wrong. The Rally is Nov. 9th. Here’s the information from the Community Center

November 9th: Candle Light Vigil — Lighting the Way to Equality.
It looks like the vote on Marriage Equality may come up in the Senate on Tuesday, November 10th!!!! In anticipation of this, MENY-CRN is in the early stages of organizing a Candle Light Vigil — Lighting the Way to Equality. This will be in conjunction with several vigils going on across the state. We are hoping that this vigil will have a large list of affiliated organizations — if your organization would like to encourage its members to participate, please let me know and I will add it to the list.
Here are the tentative details:
Date: Monday, November 9, 2009
Time: 6pm
Location: State Street entrance of the Capitol

Hi Keith,
NH did pass a marriage equality bill early this summer, I think the opposing forces there just haven’t found a way to repeal it. Yet!

All these current campaigns are referendums brought to vote by opposing groups to repeal equality laws.

Yes, I know there is some discussion of a vote. Somehow I doubt it will make it to the Senate floor. Didn’t know about the rally.

What happened to NH? I thought they voted on this in the summer. I’m afraid I haven’t kept up on it very well. Are these really the only states so far to have passed bills?

Not to mention the probable vote on the marriage bill here in New York next week. A rally is planned for 6 pm Monday at the Capital
