[...] 《東京夜曲》的故事原案出自市川準自己的手筆，不客氣的說是個老掉牙的俗套故事。男主角剛好是我最近看過《瀨戶內月光小夜曲》的長塚京三，他飾演的浜中，年青時就喜歡桃井薰飾演的多美。多美也愛浜中，可是卻出於同情嫁給了患有絕症的大沢。浜中然後也跟其實暗戀著大沢的久子結了婚，還生了個小孩。這些人物都是困在東京河畔一個小商店街內的親密鄰里，有一天大沢終於病死了，浜中就一個人逃跑了，剩下兩個女人在小商店街。 [...]

其實沒所謂啊。有時懂得自嘲，也是一種幽默；只要不是自怨自憐就好了。何必在乎。
題外話：很詭異，這次留言的anti-spam word　是 “hatsukoi”。見像是日語，便留意了一下。hatsukoi，可正是日語的「初戀」!「中女」跟「初戀」….我想起「喜劇之王」那句「我要初戀呀！」噢，扯遠了。

lithatog，勸女士們莫（是「莫」不是「勿」，前者是勸告，後者是禁止）是我個人意見。你說得對，這是演變而不是錯誤。如果女士們覺得這個稱呼沒有貶義，不介意這個稱呼，堅持要繼續自稱中女，我想我是無能力禁止的。

詞義的確不斷演變，但「中產」來比擬「中女」，似乎不是理想的例子，日子讀到新聞：

明愛向晴軒「再晴計畫」委託香港理工大學應用社會科學系社會政策研究中心，於去年十一月至今年二月期間作焦點小組及電話訪問，針對中產人士面對的問題及需求調查，成功訪問一千零四十四人。調查機構將收入一萬五千元以上的「高收入群組」界定為中產人士，而一萬五千元以下則為「低收入群組」。

相同的”中女”, 當時用來稱呼23/24歲, 現今用來稱呼3X歲, 我以為是演變而不是錯誤。

正如”中產”一樣: 現在月入2萬都不算中產了, 不能跟以前比較吧。

u are right. Having watched the episode i must confess that it gives me little (new) insight. The heated discussion is puzzling and unwarranted. hey guys,that single-women phenomenon has already existed for quite some yrs.

i am not a people person. i confess that relationship has been a low priority in my life and i am extremely stingy when it comes to devoting time to others. Most of time i just want to get alone and do things i want. One’s path is already tacitly chosen.

Time flies more swiftly than imagined. The spetacle of ageing and dying lonely perhaps comes less horrible than thought. My little wish is simply to hv as minimum pain as possible before i leave this world. Hope that by that time, euthanasia law and the accompanying medical package are more well developed to suit customers’ needs.
