I met this gorgeous family a few weeks ago for a maternity session in my new favourite location. It was lovely to meet Rachel, Trent and their adorable little boy Max and capture this amazing time in their lives as their family is about to grow by one. Rachel is such a stunning pregnant Mumma with the cutest bump! I am really looking forward to seeing them again soon for their newborn portraits when they welcome their new baby.

Maternity sessions can be booked in conjunction with a newborn session and are held at your choice of a beautiful outdoor location or in studio.

I think I have a new favourite location after meeting this beautiful family in a gorgeous park not far from where they live. After having to postpone our session once due to rain (and haven’t we had a lot of that lately), we were blessed with a lovely sunny afternoon. Dylan and Jasmine are not only gorgeous looking kids but also so well mannered and keen to participate in the session. Lisa & James, it was really lovely to meet you! Thank you so much for choosing me to take your family portraits, I hope that you treasure these for many years to come.

I first met Carla and Ricardo when they came to my studio for their beautiful maternity portraits that you can see here. It was wonderful get to know them as a couple and be a part of the anticipation of the birth of their first child. A few weeks later their welcomed a gorgeous baby girl, Mercedes Isabella, into the world. Mercedes is one very loved little girl with parents and grandparents who absolutely adore her. She has also been blessed with her parent’s good looks and has the cutest little swirl of hair at the top of her forehead. Here are some of her newborn portraits……

As 2011 draws to a close, I am reflecting on what an amazing year this has been for my business. It has certainly been the busiest year for me yet and November and December proved to be crazy! I am happy to say that I have loved every minute of it! The wonderful people I have met, the tears of joy from clients as they see their portraits for the first time and the heartfelt thank you messages clients have sent me remind me everyday why I do what I do. To touch people’s hearts through photography.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients and everyone that supports my business by following my blog and facebook business page. I wish you all health & happiness and a wonderful 2012.
