Когато макароните са почти готови се прибавя ригана. Внимавайте с водата, не прекалявайте по-добре да се сложи малко вода и да се добави после ако не е достатъчна. Тази рецепта е от книгата на Thermomix, но реших да я публикувам защото е страхотен десерт.Лошото е че, трябва да се изчака минимо 12 часа за да се сервира тъй като трябва да дадем време на кекса да поеме от карамела.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Продукти за крем- карамела: &lt;/strong&gt;4 яйца, 500 гр. мляко, 120 гр. захар, 1 ванилия&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;За кекса:&lt;/strong&gt;3 яйца, 90 гр.брашно, 90 гр. захар&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Във форма за кекс(по-добре правоъгълна,но може и в чашки) слагате 10 лъжици захар и няколко капки лимонов сок и поставяме на котлона за да се оформи карамел.Приготвяме сместта за крем-карамела и я изсипваме в карамелизираната форма.За да приготвим кекса разбиваме с миксер 3-те яйца и захарта докато се оформи като пухкав крем. – брашно колкото поеме за да стане меко тесто &lt;/div&gt;

Разбиват се яйцата със захарта, постепенно към тях се прибавят олиото, меда и содата загасена в оцета (2с.л. оцет и 2 с.л. вода) , канелата и брашното . Трябва да се получи меко тесто. Разточва се на тънко част от него и се изрязват курабии с желаната форма. Казвам част от тестото, понеже става доста и на мен ми е невъзможно да разточа цялото количество. Пека ги върху хартия за печене на 180º. Изпичат се бързо и трябва да се внимава. След като са вече студени ги украсявам с Glase real. Прави сe ot 250 гр. пудра захар, 1 белтък и 2–3 капки лимонов сок. Бърка се на ръка докато се сгъсти, готово е когато вдигнете бъркалката и остане връхче. може да се оцвети със сладкарски бои.&lt;br /&gt;
Гласето се слага в шприц с много тънък отвор и се рисува върху курабиите. &lt;/div&gt;

Това е десерт, който много обичам и не съм правила от много време. Сервира се със сладолед и разбита сметана, но е подходящ и за есенно и зимно време понеже браунито се сервира топло. Рецептата не е на оригиналнито американско brownie, понеже не ми харесва. Адаптирала съм я към нашия вкус. Препоръчвам да опитате&lt;br /&gt;

- 150 гр. черен шоколад за ковертура&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 гр. захар&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 гр. орехи&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 гр. кр.масло&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 яйца&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 гр. брашно и бакпулвер много малко, върха на чаена лъжичка&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Приготвяне&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Разтопяват се на водна баня шоколада и маслото, прибавя се захарта и се разбърква добре. Оставя се да изстине, но не напълно. Прибавяте брашното(смесено с бакпулвера) и разбърквате добре на ръка. Прибавят се яйцата и се разбива добре с миксер. Яйцата не ги разбивам предварително, а ги чупя направо върху сместта и тогава разбивам. Готовата смес се излива в правоъгълна тавичка и върху сместта се слагат орехите, разпределени равномерно. Тавичката я &quot;облицовам&quot; с хартия за печене. Тавичката ми е с размери 25 x 25,ако трябва да приготвите по-голяма доза се удвоява количеството на продуктите.Пече се в предварително загрята фурна на 180º. Сервира се с топка сладолед и разбита сметана. Може да се полее и с шоколадов сироп.&lt;br /&gt;

Тук мисля, че няма нужда от поясняване на рецепта. Правите пълнените домати с ориз по ваш вкус за подправки и пълнеж, както приготвяме пълнени чушки. Издълбават се доматите и вътрешността се използва при приготвянето на пълнежа.Поливате напълненит домати с малко олио и добавяте малко вода в тавичката.Пече се на 180º-200º. Тази торта я направих по поръчка на едно семейство за рожденния ден на дъщеря им. Постарах се доста и лично за себе си съм доволна , как се получи. И се надявам да е достатъчна за всичките им гости. Тежи около 8 килограма. Блатовете са розови и с ягодов вкус, крема е бял с лек ванилов вкус, а деkорацията е тайна на кухнята :). Тестото за еклери (lionesas,choux) е варено и се приготвя на ръка. Ако се спазят пропорциите на рецептата стават чудесни еклери. Тази рецепта е за 14 еклера.&lt;br /&gt;

– 130 гр. вода&lt;br /&gt;

– 1 щипка сол&lt;/div&gt;

– 4 яйца (200 гр.)&lt;/div&gt;

– 100 гр. захар&lt;/div&gt;

– 500 гр. прясно мляко&lt;/div&gt;

– 2 яйца&lt;/div&gt;

– 50 гр. ром&lt;/div&gt;

– 4 с. л. нишесте (50 гр.)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;За да приготвите тестото&lt;/strong&gt; – слагате водата, млякото, маслото, солта и захарта да заврят. Когато заври се прибавя брашното спирате огъня и се бърка енергично с дървена бъркалка докато се образува топка и започне да се отделя от съда. Оставя тестото да истине и когато е вече хладко се прибавят 1 по 1 яйцата. Бърка се докато се получи гладка кремообразна смес. Шприцовате еклери от тестото в тавичка и на разстояние . Фурната се загрява на 200º и след като сложите еклерите да се пекат намалявате tº на 180º. След като са готови и изстинали пълним с крем. Декорират се с шоколадова глазура.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;За да приготвите на крема – &lt;/strong&gt;слагате всички продукти за крема в съда в който ще се вари и разбърквате с миксер много добре. Слагате сместта за крема на средно силен огън и не спирате да бъркате докато се сгъсти.
