]]> TK/K Registration 3/21/2019 5:00-6:30 pm http://www.coastusd.org/index.php/archives/9676 Wed, 27 Feb 2019 16:39:47 +0000 http://www.coastusd.org/?p=9676 TK & Kindergarten registration for 2019-2020 will take place on Thursday March 21, 2019 at 5:00 – 6:30 pm in the Cambria Grammar School Multipurpose Room at 3223 Main Street in Cambria. 

Children who will be five on or before September 1, 2019 are eligible to enter Kindergarten and children who will be five between September 2nd and December 2nd, 2019 are eligible to enter Transitional Kindergarten.

The evening will start with a meeting with Jill Southern, CGS principal presenting important information about the CGS TK and Kindergarten programs. This event is designed for an adult audience. The information will be presented in both English and Spanish.

TK & Kindergarten registration will take place after the meeting. Incoming students DO NOT need to be present for registration.

When registering your child, please provide the following information:

• County birth certificate (proof of legal name and age)

• Immunization records

• Proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)

Parents of currently enrolled Transitional Kindergarten students are welcome to attend the information meeting but do NOT need to register for Kindergarten at this time.

What an amazing accomplishment and honor for your city and SLO county! We had 32 teams competing across the region and you took home the gold, First Place!

Your team will receive medals and trophy, plus the perpetual SCCRC trophy for your Mayor. Your team will also receive a digital badge to share of their professional LinkedIn profile that reflect their skills applied through the competition.

Freshmen Evan Seed took first place and Melissa Orbe came in fourth place. We are very proud of these students and their great accomplishments in our FFA program. Please feel free to congratulate them if you see them, as they are very hard working and deserving.
