I am a 37 year old Canadian Police Officer in the Province of Nova Scotia, married/kids (and 5 dogs Huskies/Pit bull). I am in my 18th year of service with the Cape Breton Regional Police. My police service consists of 206 members, although a smaller sized service we are the second largest municipal police service in the province. My experience includes Emergency Repaonse, Public Order, Collision Texhnical Investigation, Major Crime, Drug Enforcment, Exhibit Management, General Patrol, Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO), Chemical Munitions (Less Lethal) Instructor. I am a graduate of Cape Breton University, with a degree in Bachelor of Arts Community Studies with a Certificate in Public Administration (2003) as well as a Post Baccalaureate degree in Bachelor of Technology in Emergency Management (2015). My police training was completed at Holland College�s Atlantic Police Academy, graduated in 2000. I also have some Canadian Reserve Force Military experience.
