My house is being haunted by the ghost of the Fat Pants.  I thought by changing my obsessive thoughts and behavior, adjusting my eating habits (yes, Joan of All Trades, I do eat, just not as much and more importantly not as much junk) and the presence of the Total Gym in my home would be a sufficient enough exorcism.   Apparently, it's not.
