They were issues pertaining drinking large amount of water everyday can make you overweight or add more weight. I don’t know where they got this issue and how true it is. But one thing for sure that drinking water a day at least 8 glasses is needed and a must. Water helps in cleansing our body and make us more healthy that drinking only 4 glasses or lesser than that everyday. Since most people are health conscious, I will buy my guy a weight scale and some 16GB memory card as my gifts for him and I am sure that he will be delight with that gift so he can use it on taking more pictures for my health sites.

Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water. This will actually prevent your body from trying to retain it and causing a counterproductive swelling-affect that happens all over.
Watch Your Diet
Make a mental note to cut down on caffeine and sodium. Both of these promote water retention that can settle in your face as you sleep, causing puffy eyes. Take multi-vitamins, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and you’ll probably notice other benefits too, like reduced blood pressure and lower body fat.
Ease Your Stress Level
By reducing your stress, you’ll rest and sleep more effectively. You’ll be rubbing your eyes less and your facial expressions will be much more relaxed.
Get Plenty of Sleep
Lack of sleep is a major cause for both dark circles and under-eye bags. Maintain a regular sleep schedule and your body won’t be thrown into overdrive with irregular hours. Try sleeping with your head on two pillows, so fluids will be less likely to settle in your face and give you tired eyes.
Relieve Tired Eyes
Before bed, get a cotton bud and smooth milk all over your eyelids for about 5 minutes and then dry your eyes and finish. You’ll notice the results in the morning.
Cool Compresses
Here’s some simple remedies you can use right at home. For cool compresses to reduce the puffiness underneath your eyes, you can use tea bags, potato slices or the old standby, cucumber slices. For a quick fix, try placing two spoons in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and position them over your eyes while you relax.
Use Concealer
A concealer can do wonders to hide dark circles or puffiness under your eyes. Choose a color that is just one shade lighter than your skin tone. If you go too light, you’ll bring more attention to the problem area. Pat your concealer on first and blend it in so it looks natural. Then apply your foundation and set it with a light dusting of loose powder.
Do Some Testing
There are many eye treatment creams on the market today that are formulated specifically to reduce dark circles and/or bags underneath your eyes. Hopefully, the first one you try will provide some relief to this common problem. If you don’t try any, you’ll never know.

When cooking, replace fats that contain saturated fat, such as butter and lard, with small amounts of unsaturated fat such as vegetable oil, corn oil, soybean oil, olive oil, peanut oil, or canola oil.
Broil, roast, bake, steam, or grill foods instead of frying them, or stirfry with just a little added oil or broth.
Trim all fat from meat before cooking. Remove the skin from chicken or turkey.
Spoon off fat from meat dishes once they have been chilled in the refrigerator and the fat has hardened on the top.
Use skim milk or lowfat milk or evaporated skim milk when making “cream” sauces, soups, or puddings.
Substitute lowfat yogurt, sour cream, or cottage cheese for sour cream and mayonnaise in dips and dressings.
Substitute two egg whites for each whole egg in recipes. (The cholesterol and fat are in the yolk not in the white.)
Try lemon juice, herbs, or spices to season food instead of salt, butter, or margarine.

Traveling is something that needs to be prepare if you are not particular with place or your not comfortable with traveling alone. Always double check your things needed for the appointment and don’t forget your medicine if you have some travel sickness problem. Hubby will be going to travel this week for some job interview and it is his first time to travel alone in that place without me. His a little bit scared but we are hoping that things will be okay as we wanted. There are some Telecomm Specialist Jobs that he also wanted to apply and take his chance. We are looking forward to look for more jobs and send some application letter for a start.

Usually during December, a lot of people go for family vacation or couple vacation like a short of honeymoon. But there something that needs to consider like expenses and other fare. Disneyland is one of the place than me and hubby wanted to visit someday. A disney world vacation is something that we wanted to look forward next year and saving for. But if hubby will be good to go for some work then we will schedule it as soon as he finish his contract. Hmmm…gonna save some more.

As well as meal planning for your weekly shop, try and think ahead to what you’ll need during the festive period.

Divide your shopping list into perishables and non-perishables. Many of the non-perishables will have long use by dates which means you can start buying them now. Add an item to your trolley each week it will help you spread out the cost.

Here are some of the items you can start buying:

* nuts
* crisps
* tins or boxes of chocolates
* coffee
* biscuits
* chutneys & preserves
* cheese biscuits
* soft drinks
* wine
* spirits
* napkins
* crackers
* any additional equipment such as large roasting tin

Non-perishables will keep nicely in a cool dry place but be sure to store your goodies away so they don’t get eaten before Christmas!
