<p>Semplici ma buonissimi, i piselli stufati sono un ottimo contorno per una cena primaverile e leggera. <span id="more-2944"></span></p>
<p>Ingredienti:</p>
<ul>
<li>400 gr. di piselli già sgusciati</li>
<li>una manciata di foglie di basilico</li>
<li>un bicchiere d&#8217;acqua o di brodo vegetale</li>
<li>olio extra vergine di oliva</li>
<li>sale e pepe qb</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sciacqua i piselli e disponili in un tegame abbastanza capiente insieme ad un filo d&#8217;olio. Copri il tegame con il coperchio e lascia cuocere i piselli a fuoco medio per circa mezz&#8217;ora. Controlla la cottura e rigirali di tanto in tanto, aggiungendo un po&#8217; di acqua o di brodo vegetale se il fondo si asciuga.</p>
<p>Quando i piselli risultano cotti e teneri, spegni il fuoco ed aggiungi alcune foglie di basilico lavate, asciugate e spezzettate a mano. Chiudi di nuovo il coperchio fino al momento di servire.</p>
<p>I piselli stufati possono diventare un buon primo piatto se accompagnati dal cous cous, dal riso basmati o dalla quinoa. Buon appetito :)</p>

<p>Una ricetta semplicissima e veloce da preparare, in cui il sapore della gallinella si sposa dolcemente con i pomodori datterini. <span id="more-2934"></span></p>
<p>Ingredienti per due:</p>
<ul>
<li>due filetti di gallinella</li>
<li>due manciate di pomodori datterini</li>
<li>olio extra vergine di oliva, sale e pepe qb</li>
</ul>
<p>Accendi il forno a 200 gradi. Sciacqua i filetti di gallinella e sistemali in una teglia con un filo di olio extra vergine di oliva. Quando il forno è ben caldo inforna i filetti e lasciali cuocere per circa 20 minuti. Nel frattempo, lava con cura i pomodori datterini e tagliali a rondelle.</p>
<p>Trascorsi i venti minuti di cottura in forno, ricopri i filetti con i datterini e prosegui la cottura per altri venti minuti crica. Controlla i tuoi filetti la prima volta che provi questa ricetta: la temperatura ed i tempi di cottura cambiano a seconda della dimensione dei filetti e del tipo di forno.</p>
<p>I filetti sono pronti quando i datterini diventano morbidi e leggermente caramellati. Puoi servirli caldi o tiepidi con un pizzico di sale e pepe e con alcune foglie di basilico spezzettato a mano, ed accompagnarli con dei piselli stufati, per completare la cena in dolcezza :)</p>
<p>ps Questi datterini sono Siciliani, ogni tanto mi concedo qualche evasione dalla mia <strong><a href="http://www.chefcecio.it/buona-condotta/fare-la-spesa/" target="_blank">condotta sulla spesa di stagione e a km 0</a></strong>, ma <em>l&#8217;eccezione</em> conferma la regola&#8230;</p>

<p>Un classico del mercoledì <i>ai piani alti, </i>la zucca stufata è buona sia da sola che accompagnata dalla ricotta fresca o da una porzione di riso integrale o basmati.<span id="more-2876"></span></p>
<p>Ingredienti per due:</p>
<ul>
<li>una fetta di zucca</li>
<li>olio extra vergine di oliva</li>
<li>prezzemolo o basilico</li>
<li>sale e pepe qb</li>
</ul>
<p>Sbuccia la zucca, sciacquala e tagliala in dadi di dimensioni regolari. Trasferisci i dadi di zucca in una padella o un tegame basso insieme ad un filo d&#8217;olio, pochissima acqua (tre o quattro cucchiai) e alcuni ciuffi di prezzemolo o qualche foglia di basilico.</p>
<p>Lascia stufare la zucca a fuoco medio con il coperchio per venti o trenta minuti rigirandola e controllandola ogni tanto, e aggiungendo poca acqua se il fondo dovesse asciugarsi troppo. Quando la zucca diventa tenera spegni la fiamma e servila calda o tiepida con un pizzico di sale e di pepe.</p>
