Charter Oak State College, Connecticut's public online college, will participate in Graduate CT's free kick-off event, the Return to Learning College Fair. The fair will be held at the Hartford Public Library, Saturday, October 24 (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and Monday, October 26 (4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.).

It's not too late to register for a Fall semester online course! Join us at our open registration event on Friday, October 16 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the college, located at 55 Paul Manafort Drive in New Britain. Our enrollment Services staff will be on hand to guide students in selecting and registering for courses. Eight-week Fall classes begin on October 26. All courses are online and reservations are not required to attend the event. Attendees should bring a copy of their unofficial transcripts (if possible). The College's enrollment services staff will guide prospective students in selecting a Fall course. Payment is expected at the time of registration - Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted. Payment plan options are available. See you there!

Charter Oak State College Commencement Ceremonies Held on June 7

Commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2009 were held on Sunday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. in New Britain, CT. This year approximately 482 students were awarded bachelor's degrees.College president Ed Klonoski addressed the graduates and honorary degrees were presented to Dr. Merle Harris, President Emeritus of Charter Oak State College and Stan Simpson, columnist for The Hartford Courant.
