This is probably simplest and fastest to use MVC framework for PHP. But every time I start a new project, I have to download latest version of CodeIgniter. Then download DataMapper ORM, TankAuth, and jQuery. Hide index.php. Create .htaccess. Create a layout.php. Create basic CSS file.

So I have created this project with all of the basic setup and libraries. Just download and start working on the project code instead of setting up the environment.
