		<description>I&amp;#8217;ve long had a difficulty with names and labels - they feel like an invitation to other people to stereotype and project whatever they associate with that label on to you.
So, if I call myself a &amp;#8216;coach&amp;#8217; or a &amp;#8216;facilitator&amp;#8217;, you are likely to think &amp;#8216;Ah yes, I know what they are like &amp;#8230;. &amp;#8216;
