<p><strong>Objective </strong></p>
<p>This workshop will build on your solid professional ethical foundation and focus on applying ethical decision-making. This workshop is audience driven, using a variety of case studies from public practice, industry, government and the not-for-profit sector.</p>
<p><strong>Who Should Attend </strong></p>
<p>All CGAs are required to take a minimum four-hour verifiable business ethics workshop each three-year continuing professional development (CPD) cycle.</p>
<p><strong>Content </strong></p>
<p>Participants will review emerging issues in professional ethics, including any recent changes in The Code of Ethical Principles and Rules of Conduct (CEPROC) that will help participants avoid real-life ethical problems. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss ethical challenges with other CGAs. This workshop qualifies for the four-hour ethics requirement.</p>
<p>* You must bring a current copy of CEPROC, as you will be referring to it throughout the workshop.</p>
<p><strong>Please note: New graduates are required to take the one-day ?The Essence of Professionalism: Ethics, Rules and Standards for new CGAs’ for certification.</strong></p>
