Just about completed just gotta set intersects for tubing and then will unfold and post. BTW once this model is finished I would like only this site to have it available, unless you ask me otherwise. To many issues with other sites taking ownership for something they didn’t do.
sdf cake.jpg

I know the arms are a little longer but will probably need to be for additional support to keep from toppling over. Criticism welcome though.

Thinking this to be the appropriate ( hey, its an industrial rr) place, thought I would post a few pictures of my latest creation. This is the Haitian Sugar train that ran from Port au Prince Haiti to Leogane Haiti in the 1920’s.

I do a lot of medical work in Haiti and my friends and interpreters there "humor me" with helping on the field research of this very charming RR (narrow guage 30" prototype that really used Porters).

Here are a couple of shots of the hard working "Sugar train", "Tren Sik" in Haitian Kreyol in the streets of downtown Port au Prince after leaving the Haitian American Sugar Company Mill.

Just finished the tumbler, and let me tell you that it is a paper folding nightmare. Almost as hard as the alien paperworks. I had to modify some of the fits due to vague instructions, but over all, it came out rather nice. I practiced on the wheels and they came out all right. I did not fold them as per instructions but rolled them to size and sanded the corners round. Because of this they are super heavy and I used a wooden dowel for the axle. Other than that the rest is all aper. Enjoy the model and good luck to all who attempt this build. And keep it away from the kiddies, they want to play with it.

Whether it be rolling stock, a unique or scratchbuilt industry, or a custom locomotive. Basically anything you don’t see in model photo’s every day of the week. Even if you just want to post your fleet of log and woodchip cars, or nice string of mining cars. Would also give people the opportunity to ask questions about unique or hard to find items related to this topic. I know I’ve spent many hours trying to find photos of log cars with the high bunks.

I’ll get some pictures of my logging and forest products equipment up by tonight. In the meantime post away!

I am also looking for a Winged plane to purchase and live out my daydreams and fly a fighter, I have no flight experience but I’m sharp and a quick learner. I was looking for a MiG-31 Firefox ARF or RTF, not ready to start from a scratch build, so I was wondering does anyone sale the plane?

Base by myself. Really neat model and look impressive when finished. The
