Michigan Special Education Reference (MI -SER) Is New Web-Based Resource for Special Education Policy

The Michigan Department of Education, Office of Special Education (OSE) is pleased to announce that effective August 15, 2012 it will make available a web-based resource that provides access to policy and regulatory information. The system, known as the Michigan Special Education Reference (MI-SER), is accessible by following the link located on the main OSE website ( under resources and related information.
