new Line of JupaMan DVD’s Released this week!

Hey Perves,

I know I have been absent for about a month, and I apologize about that. However I have been working on new and wonderful things for all my fans, and now I’m here to present you with all the great news.

I have been working very hard and reviewing the TONS of emails that I receive from my fans. It’s great to know that a little nobody like me, and much less a guy at that, can have so many great fans of my work. I truly love you all for the status that you have given me. For those of you that have written to me, you KNOW that I personally answer all of the emails in regards to anything, as well as add you to any of my IM’s account, so that we are always in touch.

With that said, I have received TONS of emails from fans asking why I don’t have DVD’s made of my work instead of just selling the clips online and on my site. There are many answers to that question, the first being that I had a dream in mind of what I wanted my first ever DVD to be., and that’s still being worked on. The second is that there was just not enough demand. Well I’m glad to say that the demand has been overwhelming and I’m now creating DVD’s in the JUPA line of productions.
The first 3 have already been released this week, and you can find them at http://www.videos4sale.com/store/3137. The link will also be on the right-hand sidebar of the blog.
In only the 3 days I have released the videos; I have received an unbelievable amount of orders, and that’s without any advertising. For that, I thank you all my fans.

With that said, I wanted to also let you know that because of the high demand of my DVDs, I have crated a youtube channel that will display “clean” teasers of all of our DVD’s. You can find this channel at

Our Line of DVD’s has also been accepted to be sold on GameLink.com, Xtube.com, AEBN.com and hotmovies.com, so watch out for them if you already have an account with these companies.

In this blog entry, I’m also including the box covers that I have created for those DVD’s.. so far this week I have only created 3, however more are coming next week as I try to finish them and fill all the orders I have received.

One last note, since my stage name is JupaMan, I have decided to give my “load” a stage name as well. From now on, it’s not going to be called “cum”, but “Vitamin Evil”. This has been well received as well, and I’m going with it.

Supremes Reject 2257 Challenge

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal challenging 18 U.S.C. §2257, the federal recordkeeping and labeling act. The court also declined to give a reason why it would not consider the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals’ en banc ruling affirming the law’s constitutionality.

The underlying case, Connection Distributing Co. vs. Holder, arose in the mid-1990s when a publisher of swinger magazines and websites sued to prevent the enforcement of the law in cases where individuals submitted nude or sexually explicit photos of themselves to accompany personal ads seeking like-minded adults for friendship and frolic. The act requires all publishers of explicit materials to maintain records about the individuals depicted in all images. Connection Distributing asserted because it did not create the images, it should not be required to maintain the documentation and make the files available for inspection by duly authorized representatives of the Department of Justice. Doing so violated the privacy rights of the citizens from whom Connection accepted advertising, the company claimed, and the appropriate custodians of records for the images were the individuals themselves.

The Free Speech Coalition, an adult-industry trade and lobbying group, earlier this year stepped in on behalf of Connection and the industry as a whole to appeal the Sixth Circuit’s decision to the nation’s top court. On the FSC’s behalf, attorneys J. Michael Murray and the Cleveland-based law firm of Berkman, Gordon, Murray and DeVan argued 2257 is overly broad and invasive of the privacy of citizens in their own homes.

The U.S. government, on the other hand, argued exactly the opposite.

“Not only is there no conflict among the courts of appeals on this issue, but as the [6th Circuit] en banc court recognized, Section 2257 ‘has withstood every as-applied 1st Amendment challenge to the law by the real people and businesses to whom it most naturally has been applied over the last 20 years,’” federal attorneys noted in a brief filed with the Supreme Court.

In addition, because 2257 regulates some parameters but does not ban sexually explicit speech, it does not run afoul of First Amendment guarantees, the feds noted.

“As long as producers of sexually explicit depictions comply with the statute’s recordkeeping and disclosure provisions, they are free to express any message they want,” they wrote in the brief. “Section 2257 regulates only the manner in which the images are produced, to combat the use of underage performers.”

The FSC has vowed to continue to attack the recordkeeping law on constitutional grounds.

FSC to Challenge 2257 from New Direction

PHILADELPHIA – U.S. laws that require producers of sexually explicit content, or content that simulates explicit sexuality, to keep records proving the majority of their subjects violate the search and seizure clauses of the Constitution, according to a new federal lawsuit to be filed Wednesday on behalf of 15 plaintiffs from the mainstream and adult entertainment.

The Fourth Amendment challenge is a new approach for opponents of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257a, the federal recordkeeping and labeling acts. So is the group of challengers. Led by the adult industry trade organization Free Speech Coalition, the collection of plaintiffs also includes journalists, a photojournalist trade organization, artists and sex educators in addition to studios and performers who work in adult entertainment.

“We have a very, very substantial constitutional attack,” plaintiffs’ attorney J. Michael Murray told reporters during a Tuesday evening teleconference, adding that First Amendment and Fifth Amendment challenges are part of the suit, as well.

The lawsuit will be filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a venue Murray said has “extensive First Amendment experience” and a track record of striking down federal statutes that are overbroad and vague.

Plus, “Philadelphia is where the Constitution was born, so it seemed appropriate,” Murray added.

The Fourth Amendment challenge is based on 2257’s associated enforcement regulations, which require content producers and distributors to maintain extensive documentation about performers’ identities and conspicuously label their products with the physical location of those records. Many of the plaintiffs are individual producers who work out of their homes, and the labeling requirement not only invades their privacy but also allows duly authorized federal representatives to inspect the records without notice or warrant and to seize even unrelated material under the auspices of plain-sight suspicion. Warrantless searches are bad enough, Murray said, but that federal agents can enter an individual’s home and seize materials on a whim is a clear-cut violation of the founding fathers’ intent to safeguard the sanctity of private residences.

In addition, individual artists, photographers, journalists and performers are hampered in their pursuit of employment by the regulations’ requirement that they make themselves and their records available for inspection at least 20 hours per week. Murray said some plaintiffs must travel extensively for work, and the 20-hour requirement forces them to choose between a job and federal law. Some have curtailed allowed professional speech because taking a job would mean they would not be available for the requisite 20 hours.

Some plaintiffs have censored their work because they are unwilling or unable to keep records at all, or because their clients (in the case of sex educators) value their privacy and refuse to provide copies of personally identifiable documents proving their majority. That effect of the laws and their regulations qualifies as prior restraint on free speech, which courts consistently have ruled unconstitutional, Murray said.

In addition, the laws and their regulations impose an unfair financial burden on small producers, who may not possess the time to maintain the records themselves or the funds to hire someone else to do the work.

Some educational materials (including websites and books) have had to be scrapped because no identification documents were available for images produced before the laws’ effective date. Although explicit images that predate the laws may be published in the absence of identification, producers feared combining older images with images subject to the laws would put the resulting publication in violation of 2257.

Murray said the team of attorneys representing the plaintiffs feels the new challenge is particularly strong, because the four dissentions in the previous case indicated the statutes infringe anonymous speech, a right the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld in the past. On Monday, the Supreme Court, without comment, declined to hear an appeal of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision for the government in the previous case, Connection Distributing Co. vs. Holder.

The new case, Free Speech Coalition et al vs. Holder, immediately seeks a temporary injunction barring enforcement of 2257 and 2257a while the court considers the underlying arguments presented in a 57-page brief. The government has 60 days in which to respond to the 32-page complaint, but may have a shorter period in which to respond to the injunction request.

“Federal courts are sensitive to injunction requests,” Murray said. “Conceivably, we could see a hearing within the next few months.”

The plaintiffs are represented by Murray and Lori Baumgardner of the Cleveland-based firm Berkman, Gordon, Murray & Devan, and Kevin Raphael of the Philadelphia firm Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspani.

I know I haven’t mentioned this publicly on my blog, but I have mentioned this to some close friends. For the past 8 months I have noticed something that just isn’t right, and to me, Tera Patrick and Evan Seinfeld just didn’t fit well together. Evan is the more I don’t give a fuck cause I’m a rocker type of guy, and Tera… well, she’s more like the selfish bitch all about her and for her. Sorry to all her fans out there, but that’s what I gathered both when I met her a few expos ago, and her attitude in certain interview.

I wish I would have taken bets when I mentioned it, cause I would have a fat pocket right about now.

One of the adult industry’s power couples has split.

Tera Patrick and Evan Seinfeld have separated after seven years together. They jointly ran the adult studio Teravision, and both parties will continue to be involved with the company.

I’ve always been a fan of Patrick and her company. Besides the fact that she’s a busty, beautiful Amazon, she runs a tight ship that produces high-quality adult entertainment and generally gets rave reviews from her co-workers. Frequent co-star (and total cutie) Nautica Thorn has heaped praise on Patrick, as did adult legend Teri Weigel when I met her at the Adult Entertainment Expo a couple years ago.

Seinfeld’s a good guy, too. Fans of the HBO series Oz should remember his memorable performance, though adult fans will more likely stew in envy of Seinfeld’s frequent appearances alongside Patrick in such titles as Tera Goes Gonzo, Teradise Island and Teradise Island 2.

“Tera is a huge star and a benefit to both adult and mainstream entertainment,” Seinfeld said. “I feel fortunate to have shared so much of her life and career. Teravision and Iron Cross are going strong, and I look forward to continuing to represent the Tera Patrick brand and support all of her endeavors. She is forever in my heart.”

Patrick echoed that praise.

“Evan helped me build this company and take my career to new heights,” she said. “For that I am eternally grateful. I look forward to remaining hands-on with Teravision and working closely with Evan on all of our joint endeavors. He is truly an amazing person.”

Opinions on the Exxxotica Expo

Hey perves,

As many of you know, last weekend was the Exxxotica Expo. Unfortunately neither Lexxxi Lockhart nor I were able to attend this year. Some personal things came up that did not allow for us to be able to attend.
Actually, I was debating if I wanted to go see some old friends, and beat up some old enemies, so I decided not to go, specially after finding out on Thursday that Lexxxi was not going to make it the next day. So I guess it worked out for the best.. I did meet up Thursday night with my old friend and anti porn activist Jan Meza, aka Elizabeth Rollings. We caught up on old times and had some great laughs. She also mentioned of the great work she’s doing through the Shelley Lubben foundation.

Even though I knew I could see old friend at the expo, alas, I wasn’t in the mood to really go… so I’ll be posting bits and pieces that I feel would be relevant to the expo.

EVERETT – Everett Police say five baristas are in trouble for offering more than just coffee at an Everett espresso stand.

Everett Police Sergeant Robert Goetz told Q13 FOX News that police concluded a two month investigation where they found ‘terribly inappropriate’ and lewd behavior. Five women from the ‘Grab-N-Go’ espresso stand in the 8000 Block of Broadway in Everett have been charged with prostitution and violating the city’s Adult Entertainment ordinance.

Police started their investigation after tips came in from customers. Sgt. Goetz says, “For extra money these women would expose their entire body. If they were wearing a bikini they would either take it off or at least lower it. There were some allegations… Complaints from our citizens that they were performing whip cream shows between two women.”

Police say, in one instance, an alarm went off at the espresso stand and when they responded, they found a naked barista.

The owner of the business, Bill Wheeler, says the women who work at the ‘Grab N Go’ all sign a policy prohibiting the kind of behavior alleged by the police investigation. Wheeler says the policy will be strictly enforced and any violation means immediate termination.

“Any girl caught doing anything illegal will be fired on the spot,” says Wheeler. “Every girl that works for us knows that our policy states clearly, acceptable attire for work. They must cover their bottoms and use pasties, if necessary.”

Wheeler says no whip cream on bodies or sexual gestures are allowed.

He says the the media should check the other stands in Everett as well and not just target his. He says he can’t control every moment of every girl that works for him.

Police say they are getting tips from other locations and investigations are on-going.

If convicted the women could face 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

In a move engineered to both cut costs and reformat their existing broadcast schedule, RudeTV has announced plans to temporarily close their studio doors with tentative plans for re-launch in the near future.

“Due to the current financial climate, we, not unlike many other companies, are looking for ways to trim our budget while still continuing to provide quality programming to our loyal RudeTV fan community. Unfortunately, at this time that plan must include temporarily ceasing studio operations”, says RudeTV’s Marketing Director, Chandie Foster.

“We are looking forward to developing a new format for the site to provide the community and the performers an exciting new direction that we will be moving towards in the future.”

According to Foster, RudeTV.com will remain online and all archived shows will still be available for viewing. All affiliate links for RudeTV.com will redirect to our flagship website Rude.com and no affiliates will lose credit or earnings during the transition.
