You just need to read the <a href="http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZyXEL/Prestige660HW61/default.htm" rel="nofollow">default guide</a> to know how to forward the port to the outside world. I'm also assuming that you're running on a static IP address so you didn't have to setup DynDNS for routing. You don’t need to download anything from the site so you shouldn’t be getting any viruses from there. You just need to read the default guide to know how to forward the port to the outside world.
