			<description><![CDATA[My pypaml package, a Python interface to the <a href="http://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/software/paml.html" mce_href="http://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/software/paml.html">PAML</a> (Phylogenetic Analysis by Maximum Likelihood) package of programs, has been officially merged and released in the latest version of <a href="http://www.biopython.org" mce_href="http://www.biopython.org">Biopython. </a>You can read the release announcement <a href="http://news.open-bio.org/news/2011/08/biopython-1-58-released/" mce_href="http://news.open-bio.org/news/2011/08/biopython-1-58-released/">here</a>. I will no longer support the independent package and I encourage users to move their code to using the Biopython version.<br />]]></description>
