The recent discussion of Balochistan in US House raised serious concerns and the flame became high after a law maker Dana Rorabacher introduced a bill in US House of Representative asking upon Pakistan to classify the entitlement of self-determination for Balochistan. While introducing the bill Representative Dana Rohrabacer said that same like others the Balochi people have also entitled of self-determination.

The Pakistan Embassy in the Washington condemned the resolution and discarded it completely, in a declaration issued yesterday from Pak Embassy it was declared that all issues concerning to Balochaistan was the internal affairs and for handling this Pakistan have the capable public and institutions.

By condemning the resolution Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said that the bill breaches our Sovereignty Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar said that such bill is a contradiction of United Nation Charter and International Laws, she adds that resolution was also not favorable for long-standing Pak-US relations.

Pakistan has blocked NATO supply after Salala Check post incident but it was reported 2 days before that Pakistan has allowed NATO to supply its troops through air gateways but today Federal Minister Firdos Ashiq Awan said that NATO is still unable to supply its troops as its supply is not yet restored.

Pakistan hosts its two neighbors Iran and Afghanistan on Thursday, President Asif Ali Zardari and PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani welcomed Afghan President Hamid Karzai and Irani President Mehmood Ahmadinizad for a trilateral meeting to ensure peace in the region.

From the desk of Karzai an official memo has been issued in which it is declared that two nations have discussed a range of issues, including reciprocal cooperation for fight against terrorism and will increase trade.

The unity of these three countries will be a good sign for the region as these three countries are the most effected countries from war against terror chiefly Pakistan & Afghanistan, if all these countries will unite to rehabilitate peace in the region then it will be good for trade & economics of all countries and this region will become a strong and developed region through trade and commerce.

Indian Commerce Minister Mr. Anand Sharma is on a visit of Pakistan in these days, yesterday along with his Pakistani counterpart attend a meeting in Islamabad for starting a series of discussions to bring both countries close to each other the discussion has been held upon the request and invitation by Pakistan's Commerce Minister Mr. Makhdoom Ameen Fahim, Anand Sharma and Makhdoom Amin jointly agreed to open bank branches in each other country, we are trying to do more including opening bank branches in each other country for which State Bank of Pakistan & Reserve Bank of India will have talks soon too structure frame work for it.

Its a good sign that both neighbors are uniting in a platform through regular visits and talks Pak-India relations are important for this region and the series of talks will increase bonds in relations of both countries simultaneously it will beneficial for the sake of both countries.

A mega gas project worth Rs 710 million has been inaugurated by PM Syed Y. R. Gilani at Jaranwala Yesterday. This project will supply gas facility to 210,000 public of 56 union council of tehsil of Jaranwala. The PM while addressing to a large public said, PPP government has always been accomplishing all its commitments made with the public in accordance with the party policies".

With all due respect I am asking a question to my PM that all his commitments and party policies are only for public other then Balochistan? The only province where from natural gas could produce, why our leaders are consecutively ignoring Balochistan isn't it a part of our country. The province through which our stove is burning and there is no space for it in our policies.

The biggest land area of Pakistan if our policy makers will think in right direction then this land space could be used for many other projects that could provide jobs for native residents and there lives could avail all basic necessities of which they are entitled. Finally the people of Balochistan have heard on the biggest platform of the earth the "US house", Balochistan is the biggest province of Pakistan the natural gas and many other minerals producing area neglecting since the birth of Pakitan. Who is responsible for the current affairs of Balochistan? No one can provide any suitable answer of this question and when things are going beyond from hands then all are started crying for suppressing the real issues.

There is no doubt that the only province that provide natural gas through out the Pakistan from Karachi to Khayber Pass is Balochistan and its people are begging for Natural Gas to burn there stove from it, there will be no Secretary designation for the citizens of Balochistan, no space for them in Army, Courts and even National Hospitals, State of Pakistan gets royalty from a country for not to start oil exploration from Balochistan because if do so then a neighbor country could unable to fulfill international market oil demands and even no place for it to have a single news in current affairs, anchors, politicians and media persons are shouting through out the day on televisions, discussing unimportant issues, delivering there views upon news that are irrelevant but calling them Pakistan's current affairs and Pakitan News but in realty these news are generated by them to divert the concentration from real issues truths are bitter but one can not overlook them.

Pakistan Embassy issued a strong worded statement yesterday and warned US that it will not good for Pak-US relations.

Its time to take serious and positive steps to overcome the current situation of Balochistan before it will too late and we will not stand again upon a situation that caused Bengal province to become Bangladesh.

The Supreme Court is asking that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani reopen corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari. The PM Yousuf Gilani is neglecting by saying that Zardari, who also co-chairman of the ruling party PPP of which the prime minister is a member, has immunity from proceeding while bearing the office of President.

Pakistan's ISI to Face Law | Pakistan News

Pakistans' courts are become more strict day by day and the law enforcement agencies are emphasizing upon rule of law, today Pakistans’ ISI could face an unique dispute after a prosecutor representing seven victims urged contempt of court charges.

The Supreme Court had given the ISI until midnight Friday to bring into being the seven men, who as per the statement of attorney Mr. Tariq Asad were detained without appropriate procedure and wounded while in detention. The ISI has also been ordered to explain the deaths of four other detainees. The court consisting upon 3- Judges panel has grant a new deadline of Monday to produce before the court the detainees.

The Pakistani Courts are once again creating historical event after calling ISI before the law and if the ISI will fail to follow the Courts instruction then again there would be chances of crash between two institutions.

Late But Good Step | Hina Rabbani Will Visit Rusaia

Pakistani Foreign Office spokesman Abdul Basit stated in a radio programme that Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar will visit Russia in coming week for talks to uphold two-sided affairs. It’s a late but good step raised by the PPP’s government as it is an old and successful strategy of Pakistan Peoples Party that always works good. Russia is a neighboring country of Pakistan and having good relations with China but Pak-Russian relations has been distracted after Afghan war in 80’s because of poor diplomatic policy of Late Zia Ul Haque the then Army Chief & President of Pakistan. Russia was considered as one of the super power countries till 1980 but after US interference in Afghan War, (USSR) Russian economy had been crushed badly that caused USSR to be divided in small states and afterwards loosed its grip at Afghan war.

By consecutive visits, talks, good diplomatic strategy and efforts of Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Pakistan built a strong relation with USSR or Russia and USSR had started numerous successful projects in Pakistan like Pakistan Steel Mill & Pakistan-Soviet oilfield to research oil resources in Pakistan. Pak-Soviet enjoyed good ties between 1973 to 1979 but after the sad demise of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto because of Pakistan’s CIA intrude & General Zia Ul Haque came into regime who dislike Soviet Union ideology that results break up of Pak-Soviet ties.

Gilani in Danger | SC Charged Contempt of Court | Contempt Case

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has charged with contempt of court against Prime Minister and ordered him to present before the SC on Feb 13, 2012, as he failed to re-open NAB cases. After SC’s judgment Pakistan’s political condition become unstable again as because PM Gilani could be jailed and become ineligible to hold PM office anymore if find guilty on Feb 13, 2012.

The SC’s declaration was a most important intensification in a case that has steadfast the democratically elected government, when the Court ordered it write to Swiss establishment for asking them to reopen a corruption case against President Asif Ali Zardari that dates to the late 1990s. The government has snubbed it and claiming that the President has the advantage of immunity from trial while in office.

Yousuf Raza Gilani is the 4th Prime Minister of Pakistan facing the charges of contempt of court while his advocate Aitzaz Ahsan has said that he would advise his client to file petition against the accusation.
Aitzaz requested the court to also charge the generals who have been breaking the law throughout different actions.

Pakistan is Concerned With Afghanistan Serenity

As because of neighboring country there is a far reaching impact on Pakistan if Afghan condition will not stable. Pakistan have serious concerns upon Afghanistan peace and it will do everything its best to re-stable peace there as it did in past.

In a get together with delegation of Afghan Senators led by Fazal-e-Hadi Muslimyar at the PM residency, Mr. Yusuf Raza Gilani said serenity in Afghanistan was significant for the serenity and security of Pakistan. He said Pakistan always support Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s peace initiatives and would give preference to an Afghan-led and Afghan-owned procedure of getting back together. The PM outlined upon interacting parliamentary delegations to enhance their brotherly relations and between the people of the two nations around the world. The PM further add that regular visits of parliamentarians were important to boost bilateral businesses and Pakistan had always created constant and honest initiatives to strengthen operations with Afghanistan.

Ijaz Offered to Record His Statement in Dubai

Mansoor Ijaz told that he will record his statement in Dubai rather then to go Pakistan. As because Ijaz believe that he will not secure in Pakistan and will apprehend if visit there.

On the other hand Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif offers Ijaz to come to Punjab and record his statement there and he will provide all type of security to Ijaz. It is another hot issue under discussions on paper and electronic media and such a time when the sovereignty of Pakistan is on stake the chief opposition part of the government offered a person whose personality and character is already a big question mark.

Simultaneously I want to ask a question from Mashahid Ullah Khan who recently wrote an article in Daily Jang and raised so many objections upon senior journalist Hasan Nisar that kindly Mr. Mashahid tells me what kind of politics is this? On the one hand you are demanding Mr. Hasan Nisar to show respect for a politician who made a tremendous record of corruption and build a steel empire from small steel shop by breaking laws after laws and through corruption, whose political emergence was belong and supported by a dictator, while on the other hand there provincial government is giving assurance of security to a person who already attempt contempt of court by refusing to appear before court. Mr. Hassan is a very senior Journalist and one among those Journalists who faithful with the country and always disclose true and fair opinions, never afraid of declaring fair views, in my opinion Mr. Mashahid it is wise that you will correct your direction and try to join some other electoral platform rather then supporting Sharifs.

Pak-Turkey Bilateral Trade Has Entered $ One Million

The Pak-Turkey relations are on good way and when Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani visited Turkey last year he discussed wide-ranging topics with Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a getting together at the residence of PM Erdogan, at the same meeting the both leaders decided to unite higher main concern to bilateral business, financial commitment and improved connections. The two leaders reaffirmed assistance to each other in all issues. They mentioned the development in bilateral business and reaffirmed wish to get the targeted of $ 2 million business amount by the season 2012, through beginning finalization of an ideal economical collaboration structure, and quick monitored business facilitation and methods for marketers.

They decided to enhance collaboration in the economical segment by stimulating professional financial institutions and banking organizations to start offices in each other's countries.

Mansoor Refuses to Go to Pakistan

The key witness in the memo gate case Mr. Mansoor Ijaaz has recently said that he will not travel to the Pakistan for testifying himself in front of the Supreme Court regarding the argues he has made against the ex-ambassador to the USA Mr. Hussain Haqqani. Mansoor Ijaz has established his basis for not coming to Pakistan for the testimony for fear of being apprehended.

Mansoor Ijaz, who is a Pakistani entrepreneur base in US, made accusations against Hussain Haqqani maintaining that the ex-ambassador asked him to convey a letter/memo to the US which requested for US help in reining in the military of Pakistan. The memo though unidentified indicates that it comes from a high authority in the government of Pakistan which is ruled by the Pakistan People’s Party or in other words, it specify that the President Asif Ali Zardari may be concerned in asking for help from the US as there was fear in the country that the military of Pakistan might be preparation a takeover after the death of Osama bin Laden.

As an alternative Mansoor Ijaz has offered to record his evidence and present it to Supreme Court commission probing the case, said legal representative Akram Sheikh. Ijaz was scheduled to travel to Islamabad to appear before the commission on Tuesday January 24, 2012 but has disputed with the government of Pakistan that who will give assurance of his protection.
