in Xcelsius we dont have any 3d charts.. But we can get it by using google chart API.

In this post i'm going to explain how to use googl chart API in Xcelsius..

you can findout GOOGLE Chart API here

By passing URL parameters from your Xcelsius Model(Concatenate the cells)

FP1 is now available and posted on the Business Objects download support site. You can access it here: SP1 with Fp2 Download from here

It applies to Engage, Engage Server and Enterprise.

Fix Pack 2. Release Notes are now available online for download here release notes

After the upgrade in Help > About your Xcelsius version number should be 5.1.2.0. Build 12,1,2,439.

You must already have SP1 installed before installing FP2.

Hey guys you can change the yahoo messenger title bar...
For this just find the folder messenger in the drive in which the messenger is installed. Then search a file named "ymsgr". In this file just go to the end and write the following code:
[APP TITLE]
CAPTION=SRINIVAS
Here you can write any name in place of SRINIVAS... then see the fun.... You can have your own name being placed in yahoo messenger title bar.

Save Flash SWF File from Webpages in FireFox

Firefox for Newbies
a. Click Tools - Page Info
b. Click the Media Tab on the Page Info Windows
c. The media tab has a complete list (with preview) of Images, CSS Files and Shockwave Flash files that were downloaded by the Firefox browser while rendering (loading) the page.
d. Scroll down the list and locate the swf file.
e. Click the "Save As" button. Select some directory on your hard drive and save the file (No need for a third-party plug-in)

Firefox for Geeks and Power Users
a. Type about:blank in the Firefox address bar
b. Now click List cache entries or directly type about:cache?device=disk (Disk cache device)
c. Press Ctrl+F and try to location the flash file by typing some part of website URL or the flash file name or just .swf. After some hit and trial, you should be able to locate the swf file URL
d. Click the SWF URL to open the Cache Entry Information page. Right click on the link and choose "Save link as"

SPEED UP UR ACROBAT READER (ALMOST LIKE NOTEPAD)

Do u get irritated when acrobat reader takes 5/10 seconds to load when you want to open a pdf document. There is a way to speed up the loading.

1. Go to the installation folder of acrobat reader
(C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Reader\.. whatever)

2. Move all the files and folders from the "plugins" directory to the "Optional" directory. (I repeat.. cut and paste the files NOT copy & paste).

Also make sure that acrobat reader is not open else it will lock the files and not allow you to move the files).

Now your acrobat reader will load very fast
and almost as good as notepad..
