One showing off web browsing on the tablet “the way it was meant to be seen” or just viewing content inline, if you will.
(BlackBerry PlayBook shows you the “real” web)

We get to see some inline Flash action via a YouTube video and a flash game on Facebook, together with browsing some sites on desktop versions. Basically, they are trying to say you can browse the web just like you do on your desktop PC, with ‘no compromises’ without having to resort to apps and without any slow downs. That won’t stop developers from making apps of their websites, and in a lot of cases such apps are more optimized for the touch experience.

iPad in 2011

the ipad is very popular. well. you have ot line-up on the apple store to get one.
well in 2011, the ipad will meet its match. as more and more tablet emerges on the market.

samsung galaxy is one of the product the we will see in 2o11. and google android will be more popular OS by that time. well it is clear, android is super fast and all.

NETBOOKS REVIEW : iPed, Apad 7 Inch Android Tablet PC

aPad or iPed, this is the iPad look alike device that is half the price of the iPad but runs the google andriod OS 1.5. the device is manufactured in china.

The aPad/iPed features a 7-inch touchscreen display with 800×430 resolution, a 600 MHz RockChip 2808A processor with 1GB of Memory, MicroSD support, 802.11b/g WiFi, HD video playback, 3.5mm jack and one-click access to YouTube. According to data from research company Gartner Inc., netbooks made up an estimated 10 percent of all PC shipments in 2009, up from 4 percent a year earlier and expected to rise this year 2010.
These devices had small screens — generally 7 to 11 inches, compared with about 14 to 17 inches on a full-sized laptop — and often smaller-than-normal keyboards. PC makers kept prices down by avoiding extras such as DVD drives and Bluetooth wireless connectivity.
Netbooks and touchbooks are the way to go in your Mobile Life.

above picture is the Lenovo, the S10-3 tablet notebook

UMID mbook M1 - worlds smallest touchbook

The New UMID mbook is soo small that it fits on your pocket, almost, its actually a regular laptop!. The screen on the Eee PC T91 is a resistive touch panel, so it works with any input device, such as your fingers or the included nonactive stylus. And because using a small touch screen, whether on a 9-inch Netbook or an even smaller UMPC, can be a hassle when trying to fumble around Windows XP, Asus has included a custom interface meant for finger-driven computing. - Cnet"

Price as reviewed

$499

Processor

1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520

Memory

1GB, 533MHz DDR2

Hard drive

16GB SSD, plus 16GB SD card

Chipset

Intel SCH US15W

Graphics

Intel GMA 500 (integrated)

Operating System

Windows XP Home SP3

Dimensions (WD)

8.9 inches wide by 6.4 inches deep

Height

1.0 - 1.1 inches

Screen size (diagonal)

8.9 inches

System weight / Weight with AC adapter

2.1/2.6 pounds

Category

Netbook

The 8.9-inch wide-screen LED display offers a 1,024x600 native resolution, which is standard for Netbooks. These days, we're also used to larger 10-inch displays, and the smaller screen may take a little getting used to. However, we said largely the same thing about 7-inch displays when the first 9-inch Netbooks hit the market.

This is a nice Netbook and first of its kind. the downside is that the battery is build-in and not replaceable by users. you have to take your netbook to a service center to replace the battery,
over all review, the product is worth buying.. :)<br Its 9:00 am as i have installed it
on my net book. and the installation is fast. once done installed. chrome will ask for
importing settings from my firefox, just select No. so that Google Chrome will have
its own settings. when the browser starts it loads faster than firefox. and when i visited the
first website i surfed. which is facebook. (i know everybody is going crazy on this FB thing :).. )
well the site loads faster than in my Firefox browser. and the page screen is a lot bigger than
the firefox default screen and this is a good idea to use, since netbooks screens are limited and small. so i suggest this is a must have for Netbooks..

Running linux on usb for HP mini

You can boot from a USB flash drive in your HP mini and run linux. the process is very easy
all you need to do is download Ubuntu remix. its a linux optimize for netbooks.
and HP Mini will run it with no problems at all. and all drivers is installed. even in test mode.

Link : http://www.canonical.com/projects/ubuntu/unr
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UNR

Installation Instruction and Downloads:https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UNR/Installation/Easy

Minimum hardware requirements:

Processor: Intel® Atom™ processor

RAM: 512 MB

Storage: 4 GB Flash disk (SSD) or hard disk

Have fun testing the ubuntu linux for your netbook :)

All netbooks were engineered the same way thats what AI said.
