Eating in this way delivers a steady stream of nutrients, blood sugar, and energy to your body throughout the day and is also much less taxing on the digestive and metabolic systems.

And when you eat more small meals throughout the day, you will most likely avoid the pitfalls of overindulging at your next meal and may actually consume fewer total calories for the day.

Keep healthy “grab-and-go” snacks on hand all the time to avoid the tempting lure of high-calorie snacks. Here are my top five snack choices:

1. Nuts and Seeds Keep You Young
Healthy and appetizing, nuts and seeds are absolutely the best snack of the bunch. Helping yourself to a handful of nuts and seeds every day can improve circulation and muscle tone.

And nuts and seeds are especially full of arginine, an amino acid that helps to combat heart disease, impotence, infertility, and high blood pressure, and it also facilitates the healing process. Additionally, arginine can stimulate the pituitary gland at the base of the brain.

The pituitary releases growth hormones, which begin to decline quickly in humans after age 35. This means that after 35, your hormones start to plunge and you experience some aging symptoms. The skin loses elasticity, the muscle loses mass and strength, the lean body tissue decreases, fertility and virility decrease, and other signs of aging start to set in.

Many nuts and seeds are rich sources of vitamin E, lignants and omega-3 fatty acids, which protect you from heart disease and also from the ravages of aging.

Almonds, pine nuts, sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, peanuts, and pistachios: mix them in any combination and enjoy! Keep in mind that there are more nutrients in the raw form than roasted. Make sure that the nuts and seeds are fresh and not old and rancid.

2. An Apple a Day for Heart Health
There are many reasons to eat an apple - or two or three - every day. One study discovered that subjects who ate five apples or more a week had a healthier lung function than those who ate no apples.

And scientists have confirmed that apples also contribute to a healthy heart. Thanks to the fruit’s rich pectin content, eating two to three apples per day leads to decreased cholesterol levels. Pectin also helps prevent colon cancer, one of the top causes of death in adults over age sixty.

3. Bring On the Berries
In season again, berries are bursting with antioxidants. The enticing red, purple, and blue skins of berries contain bioflavonoids, antioxidant compounds that reduce free radical damage.

These flavonoids are more potent antioxidants than vitamins C and E, and they also help to reduce inflammation - more effectively even than aspirin!

• Blueberries are your best pick because not only do they have the highest level of antioxidant activity, but they also possess powerful neuroprotective properties that shield brain cells from damage , helping to slow down the age-related onset of memory loss, Alzheimer’s, and senility.

• Cherries also contain these beneficial anthocyanin compounds, which stimulate your pancreas to produce insulin. In fact, Chinese researchers have observed that cherries help keep diabetics healthy. These compounds also protect you against cancer, arthritis, and heart disease because they lower cholesterol.

4. Avocado: Packed with Nutrients
Among the many antioxidant nutrients, glutathione is known as the “master antioxidant.” This naturally occurring compound, found in avocados (as well as asparagus, walnuts, and fish), is made up of the three amino acids glycine, glutamic acid, and cysteine. Glutathione regulates immune cells, protects against cancer, and assists in detoxifying.

A deficiency in glutathione can play a part in diabetes, liver disease, heart disease, low sperm count, and premature aging. Avocados are also a source of L-cysteine, which helps protect your body from the harmful effects of pollution, chemicals, radiation, alcohol, and smoke. L-cysteine may also help boost immunity, protect you from heart disease, and build muscle. It is also useful for combating inflammation and encouraging healthy hair and nail growth.

Pair your avocado with whole-grain crackers or whole-grain crisp breads for a fiber-rich tasty treat.

5. Apricots for Anti-Aging
One of the staple foods of the famously long-lived centenarians in the Hunza valley of the Himalayas is the apricot. Research has discovered that apricots have the highest levels and widest variety of carotenoids of any food.

Carotenoids are antioxidants that help prevent heart disease, reduce “bad cholesterol” levels, and protect against cancertsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-35958014757611866662009-02-19T19:45:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:31:22.954-07:005 Healthiest Anti-Aging Snacks<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 130px; height: 130px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_mcqzFIFc0Mk/SZ4n4h3rm1I/AAAAAAAAK5Y/8HAKUcPuStg/s320/anti+aging.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304721263207095122" />

Most of us are used to eating three times a day, but it is much healthier to eat smaller meals more frequently -f ive small meals a day, for instance. Save time and money by cleaning them with homemade window cleaner. It works better and it's cheaper. You can save even more by using newspaper instead of paper towels or cloth. Newspaper cleans better and leaves a little protective coating to keep windows and glass clean longer.

Step 1. Mix 2 cups of water with two cups of rubbing alcohol and 2 tbsp. dish washing liquid. Shake or stir until the mixture is well blended
.
Step 2. Pour the window cleaning solution into a clean spray pump bottle. It's fine to reuse bottles from other cleaners as long as you wash them out well.

Step 3. Spray the solution just as you would commercial window cleaner. Wipe dry with newspapers until dry. Newspaper cleans best and it leaves a lightly protective film that causes water to bead.

Step 4. Remove stubborn spots by using vinegar. You can spray it full strength on the spot or dab it on. Wipe the stubborn spot away and then clean the area with the window solution if you need to remove streaks.

Step 5. Wash the inside of your windows in one direction and the outside in the opposite direction. If there are streaks you will see whether they go from side to side or up and down and you'll immediately know which side needs further cleaning.

Step 6. Don't clean windows in direct sunlight because the windows can dry from the sun before you've had a chance to clean them thoroughly. Make sure to clean on overcast days or move around the house washing the windows not facing the sun.tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-30862830135728740322009-02-19T08:24:00.002-08:002009-04-29T18:25:48.691-07:00Football: How it Increases Your Penis Size<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 125px; height: 75px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_JbJpsBChTLk/SZ2JMHQ4gxI/AAAAAAAAAIQ/wQAnDK757EY/s320/seva.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304546777313608466" />
See the video below:

Click the video by Sebastian Kehl

How to do it by Sebastian Kehl

Warning: Adult Contenttsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-77108151366459030002009-02-19T08:24:00.001-08:002009-04-29T18:23:06.043-07:00Football: How it Increases Your Penis Size<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 125px; height: 75px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_JbJpsBChTLk/SZ2JMHQ4gxI/AAAAAAAAAIQ/wQAnDK757EY/s320/seva.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304546777313608466" />
See the video below:

Click the video by Sebastian Kehl

How to do it by Sebastian Kehl

Warning: Adult Contenttsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-44446599464003470302009-02-19T08:24:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:21:17.638-07:00Football: How it Increases Your Penis Size<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 125px; height: 75px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_JbJpsBChTLk/SZ2JMHQ4gxI/AAAAAAAAAIQ/wQAnDK757EY/s320/seva.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304546777313608466" />
See the video below:

Click the video by Sebastian Kehl

How to do it by Sebastian Kehl

Warning: Adult Contenttsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-89441219018112589002009-02-19T07:35:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:28:06.505-07:00Depression Has Many Symptoms. If you suspect a person close to you may be suffering from classical depression, it is important to have an idea as to what kind of symptoms to look for.

Depressed persons are not necessarily sad. Most often they just feel lifeless, empty, and have lost their sense of humor and joy. Even when doing their favorite activities, they may feel detached from the project, robot-like and merely going through the motions.

Depression symptoms vary from person to person, and fluctuate in severity over time. As well, be aware that not all of the classical traits will affect each sufferer at the same time.

All depression sufferers share certain distinct symptoms. Some of these symptoms may be easily overlooked by both the patients themselves and others close to them.

The most common depression symptoms are:

Prolonged periods of sadness and lack of "get-up and go"

These people often complain of not being in the mood, and prefer to stay home, feeling sorry for themselves.

Feelings of hopelessness

Chronic pessimism, feeling sorry for one's self, and tending to blame others for their predicament are common traits. They feel like they have nothing to look forward to in life.

Guilt ridden, low self esteem and helplessness

These usually go hand in hand when a person, due to a sense of guilt about a past mistake, feels unworthy and helpless to do anything about it. Their usual interest in hobbies and enjoyable pastimes suddenly disappears.

Fatigue

Those suffering from depression are chronically tired because they have lost their former zest for life. This lack of enthusiasm usually fosters low appetite and little sleep.

Low degree of concentration

Lack of interest in the world around them leads to shortness of concentration, bad memory and indecisiveness.

Achiness
A considerable amount of aches and pain, mainly arthritis and backache, is generally associated with chronic depression. Headaches and sudden digestive disorders are also symptomatic of depression.

Altered sleep and appetite

A depressed person may eat and sleep less due to the low level of enthusiasm, as mentioned before. However, the contrary can also be symptomatic. When feeling depressed, people often feel like sleeping at all hours of the day. Likewise, both sudden weight gains and losses can be signs of depression as well. Some have no appetite at all and are not motivated to eat. Others, on the other hand, feel the need to overcompensate for the empty feeling in their soul by food and/or alcohol.

Suicidal Thoughts

Expressions of death and suicide have to be taken very seriously. Even when seemingly said in jest, professional intervention must be encouraged. The depressed person will try to conceal their true thoughts by subsequent denials.

Restlessness and irritability

People who are depressed have the feeling that there is no escape for them. They are not able to see a way out of their situation, and feel hopelessly trapped. Their negative thoughts become an obsession as they are being blown out of proportion.tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-53463679946720699342009-02-19T07:30:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:28:06.534-07:00Prolonged Stress Can Trigger Serious Problems<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 70px; height: 130px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEji9E1dBy197c3Q3C2TaD9Amg5ZE_B1JfbH0bclt5ej9-vUOe45pjvwuLoPim7phZYGayHTQ48a9W_PiGMXG2wknFBromb3nH9PLsVRtUnG20ALf_B24meP96p9HlmQUPKuui6CKANodi0/s320/stressqq.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304531830292113794" />

Being "stressed out" is an all too frequent phenomenon these days. Should you have a hard time dealing with your stress and it doesn't let up, it is advisable to learn stress management techniques. It may even be necessary to remove the source of the stress, if that is possible. You might consider, for instance, a transfer to another department, or a change in position. Some of the most prevalent consequences of prolonged stress are:

· Physical disorders

These can be anything from increased heartbeat, nervous ticks, to pain in the neck or lower back.

· Anxiety or depression

Either one of these problems intensify the prolonged stress even further. They can make you sad and dysfunctional at the same time. This, in turn, will alienate you further from family and career.

· Heart disease

All that prolonged stress and its consequences put an enormous burden on the heart. Severe, sudden and prolonged stress can cause blockages in the arteries and trigger a heart attack.

· Angina

Prolonged mental and physical stress can trigger unstable angina. This severe chest pain is caused by lack of oxygen reaching the heart. In turn, it also puts you at a higher risk for a heart attack.

· High blood pressure.

High blood pressure can lead to strokes. This will necessitate medication to lower the blood pressure, leading to further health problems down the road.

· Immune system dysfunction

Prolonged stress negatively affects the immune system. This makes you vulnerable to frequent colds and more prone to other sicknesses.

· Digestive problems

The large intestine is most affected by prolonged stress. The results of this can be in the form of diarrhea, constipation or bloating.

· Diet problems.

Chronic stress can turn food into either friend or foe. Either there is no appetite at all, or comfort is sought in excess food (usually junk food), sweets and/or alcohol. This can also trigger eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia.

· Diabetes

This debilitating disease can also develop as a result of prolonged stress, exacerbated by excess sweets and alcohol.

· Arthritis

Prolonged stress produces a high level of acidity in the body. This opens the door for painful arthritis.

· Sleep disorders

Prolonged anxiety and stress cause extreme fatigue. Yet the constant tension prohibits sleep. Often sleeping pills, alcohol or illicit drugs are resorted to, only to lead to further negative consequences.

This is not a happy prospect, is it? However, it is so important to be aware of the consequences of prolonged stress. Knowledge is power. It is good to know there IS a powerful nutritional solution to reduce stress, promote rest, and restore cell damage.

tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-59646079201123047972009-02-19T07:22:00.001-08:002009-04-29T18:32:47.661-07:00Love Your Work<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 145px; height: 108px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_mcqzFIFc0Mk/SZ16cUMmxkI/AAAAAAAAK5Q/CfMedSgM96c/s320/prison.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304530562988820034" />
Work – has been the subject of many negative criticisms. Keeping the same in mind, there is a need for active participation to enlighten the women about this killer disease

It is surprising but true in every three minutes; a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer, which is the second most common form of cancer amongst women. Like in all parts of body, the cells in the breast also grow and then rest in cycle which is controlled by genes in the cell’s nucleus. When the genes are in good working order, they keep cell growth under control but if the genes develop an abnormality and lose their ability to control the cycle of cell growth and rest, cause cancer. So breast cancer is nothing but uncontrolled growth of breast cells.

Who’s at risk?

The exact cause of breast cancer does still not know but studies show that the risk of breast cancer increases as woman gets older. But there are certain conditions which increase a woman’s chance of getting breast cancer. The most important is personal history. Women who have had breast cancer face an increased risk of getting this cancer on the other breast.

Family History: The risk for developing breast cancer increases if mother, sister, and first blood relations aunts had breast cancer, especially at a young age.

Late Child bearing: Women who deliver the first child after the age of thirty have the great chance of developing breast cancer than women who have child at young age.

Estrogen: Evidence suggests that the longer a woman is exposed to estrogen (estrogen made by body, taken as drug, or delivered by a patch), the more likely she is to develop breast cancer. For example, the risk is somewhat increased among women who began menstruation at an early age(before age of 12), experienced menopause late(after age 55), never had children, or took hormone replacement therapy for long period of time. Each of these factors increases the amount of time a woman’s body is exposed to estrogen.

Certain breast changes: Having diagnosis of a typical hyperplasia or lobular carcinoma in situ(LCIS) may increase a woman’s risk for developing cancer.

Breast density: Breast that has a high proportion of lobular and ductal tissue appears dense on mammograms. Breast cancers nearly always develop in lobular or ductal tissue (not fatty tissue). That’s why cancer is more likely to occur in breast that has a lot of lobular and ductal tissue (that is, dense tissue) than in breast with lot of fatty tissue. In addition, when breast are dense, it is more difficult for doctors to see abnormal areas on a mammogram.

Radiation therapy: Women, whose breasts were exposed to radiation during radiation therapy before the age of 30, are at an increased risk for developing it. Studies show that younger a woman was when she received her treatment.

Alcohol: Some studies suggest a slightly higher risk of BC among women who drinks alcohol. Scientist are conducting research into the causes of BC to learn more about risk factors and ways of preventing the disease.

Symptoms detection:

Generally, early BC usually does not cause pain, but this is not always the case. When BC first develops, there may be no symptoms of cancer at all. But as the cancer grows, it can cause changes that women should watch for:

***A lump or thickening in or near the breast area or in the underarm area;

***A change in the size or shape of the breast;

***Nipple discharge or tenderness, or the nipple pulled back (inverted) into the breast;

***Ridge or pitting of the breast (the skin looks like the skin of an orange)

***A change in the way the skin of the breast, areola or nipple looks or feels (for example, warm, swollen, red or scaly).

Most often, they are not cancerous, but it is important to be sure, nothing is much better than to consult the doctor immediately.

Diagnosing Breast Cancer:

Clinical breast exam: The doctor can tell a lot about a lump by carefully feeling it and the tissue around it. Benign lumps often feel different from cancerous ones. The doctors can examine the size and textures of the lumps and determine whether the lump moves easily.

Mammography: X-rays of the breast can give the doctor important information about breast lumps.

Ultrasonography: Using high-frequency sound waves, ultrasonography can often show whether a lump is fluid-filled cyst (not cancerous) or a solid mass (May or may not cancer). This exam may used along with mammography.

Treatment options:

Surgery: Surgery is usually the first line of attack against BC. There are two types of surgeries involved in breast cancer i.e. Mastectomy - which is the removal of all the breast tissues and Lumpectomy - also known as breast conserving surgery. It is the removal of the tumor and a small amount of surrounding tissues.

Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy is a systemic therapy; this means it affects the whole body by going through the bloodstream. The purpose of chemotherapy and other systemic treatment is to get rid of any cancer cells that may have spread from where the cancer started to another part of the body.

The side effects of the chemotherapy come about because cancer cells aren’t the only rapidly dividing cells in your body. It does not only kills the bad cells but can kill good cells as well. The cells in your blood, mouth, intestinal tract, nose, nails, female organ and hair are also undergoing constant, rapid division. This means that the chemotherapy is going to affect them, too.

Radiation Therapy: It is also called Radiotherapy – is a highly targeted, highly effective way to destroy cancer cells in the breast that may stick around after surgery. Radiation can reduce the risk of BC recurrence by 50% to 66%. Despite what many people fear; radiation therapy is relatively easy to tolerate and its side effects are limited to the treated area.tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-21198322558330452002009-02-19T07:13:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:28:06.547-07:00Best Cure for Snoring Stop Keeping Your Loved Ones Awake<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 110px; height: 125px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEispLCooIdysLgK-IWTKubKOkOaINxIOFyVDslOiPPmfPAcM8i0XHR8reK9aNYcB4rcuBEZf6OA0zH5bSSyPip6cIr4M7eDAf-97SR0xeDN3-MyYhWBYv_EHAy1A24jzzje2mIaZlrpzUI/s320/snoring.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304527240964755490" />

Many Fact The Challenge

Many people have faced the challenge of finding the best cure for snoring. From VCRs to CDs then to DVDs and now HD DVDs, no one can predict what the next greatest invention or gadget will be. But quite possibly, the DVD home theater system is at the forefront when it comes to affordable entertainment.

Back in the early 90s, VCRs were the craze. We could watch movies in less than a year after they are introduced on the big screen. But today, we could watch movies with our DVD players within months or even weeks. DVD or also known as Digital Versatile Disc or Digital Video Disc is now the most popular media player of the century. DVDs are of equal size with CDs (compact disc) but they can store almost six times as many files.

A DVD player is more than just a tool to play DVDs. There are in fact, a number of features that can really enhance your viewing experience. DVDs are now formatted in a way that surround-sound and picture formats can be viewed and played in their original way. With DVDs, the viewing experience will be more and more like a big screen movie theater.

The modern DVD models are notable for its recording capacity. Rapidly replacing VCR recorders, DVD recorders, albeit more costly than traditional DVD players, are the component of choice for home theater systems. Of course, this is perfect for people who are fans of regular television series but who cannot catch every episode.

DVRs put unprecedented control of your favorite TV programs at your fingertips. It stores your favorite shows on its hard drive, letting you keep track of them in an organized manner; no clunky VHS tapes needed! DVRs are so popular, in fact, that many cable companies offer them to their customers as an additional service.

Home theater systems are not finished without a speaker and DVD player. Many DVD home theater systems now include, naturally, a DVD player, speaker system, and big screen LCD TV. Every part serves a critical function without which you would just be watching television.

A home theater cannot be at its best if a good quality sound is set aside. But the video receiver is important too. A DVD home theater system is a big part of what makes a decent home theater system into a truly great one. Though good quality is attached to a higher price, they're absolutely worth the extra expense.tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-36305328832506043952009-02-19T07:08:00.000-08:002009-04-29T18:28:06.572-07:00PPO vs. HMO<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 145px; height: 108px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5dMoyGiTnqObB6M9f1d3dK1V2yfYOGniREcDI2NeSrdAvmUqGJJh3iCS2zCUrciU0Xd4XxTClUwou7b_r1b0RW_Z7JqBY2_O1zPrtrLhfeQYr5iyMvHWuOfeJAKPndsu3lGxxj34JRGE/s320/insura.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304525783504761122" />

PPO vs. HMO: Who can say which is better, and how do you decide? Surely if you compare the two, you are bound to come up with a favorite, but which will it be? What factors will influence your decision. One thing that will influence you strongly is your financial situation. The other is your definition of good health care. Here are a few facts about these two forms of insurance that should help you solve the riddle of PPO vs. HMO.

Lets start by defining the two. First is PPO. This is the Preferred Provider Organization. The other is HMO. That is the Health Maintenance Organization. Both are popular insurance providers. Of course, HMO is the original and has always been intended to provide medical care at a low cost by using preventative medicine. Interestingly, this also defines PPO. Both of these types of insurance cover such items as immunizations, well baby care, maternity care, physicals, office visits, and more. To this point, PPO vs. HMO are neck and neck!

Both types of coverage work with a network of healthcare providers, physicians and hospitals. They are both paperless systems in which you are not required to file medical claims yourself. You simply hand your card to the receptionist, and your information is automatically documented. With both systems, you will be able to have complete coverage and take advantage of this automatic filing system as long as you stay within your network.

What about a primary care physician? Is there a difference there? No! When considering PPO vs. HMO, they are identical in this respect. In both instances, when you enter the network, you will choose a primary care physician who will then be the key player in determining what types of medical care you will get.

Here is where the two providers begin to take different paths. With an HMO, if you wanted to see a specialist outside of your network for a specific problem, and you did not want to see your primary physician regarding this particular problem, you could not have coverage at all unless your primary physician decides to give you a referral to that specialist. With a PPO and the same scenario, you would have partial coverage if you decide to see a specialist outside of network without the OK of your primary physician.

When comparing PPO vs. HMO, money is another major consideration. Like with everything else, you get what you pay for. An HMO is usually less expensive than a PPO, and it offers less choice in providers. Although a PPO costs more, you will sometimes have the option of using services outside the network. One thing to remember about this is that if you use a service provider outside the network, you will probably have a mountain of paperwork to fill out.

Of course the final decision regarding PPO vs. HMO is up to you. There are pros and cons to both. One thing you will probably really want to consider is the availability and type of doctors near you. Clearly, if there are no PPO doctors nearby, then you will need to choose one plan over the other one. However, you might face the same dilemma regarding money. No matter which one you ultimately choose, be sure to make an informed decision. Comparison shop and do a bit of research. This could save you quite a bit of money.tsshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18429852223032791696noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1665748174243547043.post-71755600733548983852009-02-19T07:05:00.001-08:002009-04-29T18:32:47.686-07:00Cholesterol in Shrimp<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 135px; height: 82px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_mcqzFIFc0Mk/SZ11nxaIhzI/AAAAAAAAK5I/cqWlGal9BNU/s320/shrimp.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304525262250608434" />
Cholesterol in Shrimp
If you suffer from high cholesterol and if the cholesterol in shrimp gives you pause, consider that lowering your cholesterol level does not mean that you have to give up everything good in the way of food.
