Nepali is the national language of Nepal and is written in Devnagari Script. Other languages spoken in Nepal include Maithili, Bhojpuri, Tamang, Avadhi, Tharu and Newari, however most educated Nepalese can also speak and write English.

Human life isn't really that important. It's not a miracle or something special. It is not unique. There are 6 billion+ of us crawling around on this planet; and our collective genius can't seem to come up with a way to not destroy it. All the ants in the world have a biomass greater than ours and yet they aren't messing up their habitat.

          On a smaller scale, individual humans can contribute to the species in a grand way and they are important. The starving child who won't live to see 6 is unimportant. Bill Gates is important; he has contributed to the greatness of the whole (now he did so with the aid of other, lesser humans who have importance but not as much as his). This is certainly not "fair" in the general understanding of fairness; but that's Nature. Some people are simply better than others.
          People get this rather nice, utopian idea that everybody has potential and that the starving kid could "one day cure cancer" if only he/she had [insert solution to poverty here. Which is a good thing that people feel this way, but it is impractical? What we should focus on is not "this kid could cure cancer if only..." but "why is our society not focused on curing cancer instead of war/wealth/etc?"
          Human life is unimportant b/c humans do not approach their lives as if they matter. They concern themselves with petty, unimportant things. And since this is a religious/spiritual forum I'll add in there that the obsession with Death and God and "Whatever Happens After We Die" is part of the problem. These things are unimportant - even if one believes in God, I'm sure "he" wouldn't want us to obsess over it. That's not what his creation is about. There is this widespread idea that humans cannot create paradise and we need some magical creature to do it for us.
          We can split the atom, walk on the moon, talk to people across the world in real time and wipe our butts with something other than leaves; so I'm pretty damn sure we can achieve our own paradise. But first we need to approach our lives as if they matter.

In our society we can see two types of practices in family

1. Nuclear family (small family)

Small family is a family practice, where only persons family are with them or we can say that husband, wife and their unmarred children having family is small family. This type of system is largely practices in this period of time because of its feature/characteristics. In technical sense, a nuclear family consists of at relationship, along with one or more of their own or adopted children.

Characteristics of small family system

In contrast to the nuclear family system, the joint family system emphasizes blood ties over marital bonds. Moreover, joint family is a more effective structure for maintaining family traditions and for transmitting family holding intact from one generation to the next. Children in the joint family are exposed to a large network of kind relationship.

In many ways, the joint family structure offers a sense of security not easily obtained in the nuclear family system. The relatively large head and shoulders require a specific sequence of maneuvers to occur for the bony head and shoulders to pass through the bony ring of the pelvis. A failure of these maneuvers results in a longer and more painful labor and can even arrest labor entirely. All changes in the soft tissues of the cervix and the birth canal depend on the successful completion of these six phases:

Engagement of the fetal head in the transverse position. The baby's head is facing across the pelvis at one or other of the mother's hips.

Descent and flexion of the fetal head.

Internal rotation. The fetal head rotates 90 degrees to the occipito-anterior position so that the baby's face is towards the mother's rectum.

Delivery by extension. The fetal head passes out of the birth canal. Its head is tilted backwards so that its forehead leads the way through the vagina.

Restitution. The fetal head turns through 45 degrees to restore its normal relationship with the shoulders, which are still at an angle.

No one is perfect, and we have all made poor choices at some time or another in life. However, if you continually find yourself making bad decisions, you need to make a change. Making a bad choice in life isn't always noticeable right away; but it always has a negative outcome. You can begin to make good choices by changing your everyday habits and thinking.

1. Leave multiple options open for each decision. Give yourself at least two choices when making a decision; this limits the amount of bad decisions you'll make. For example, if you have to come up with $300 for a car payment, don't assume your only choice is to sell your belongings, or worse, steal something. Give yourself another option to think about, such as asking friends or family for money or calling the finance company to work something out.

2. Make positive changes immediately. When you have the chance to do something positive, don't put it off until tomorrow. Procrastination is a recipe for failure. Start out with small choices and keep building on top of them. For example, if you know your grass needs to be cut, then get out there and do it; don't wait until tomorrow or the next day. Practice becomes habit.

3. Change your financial situation. Many of life's problems stem from financial difficulties, and bad financial habits can lead to poor life choices. If you constantly find yourself behind with bills, create a budget so you know exactly how much you need to save per month. A budget helps you to organize your money, which will in turn help you to organize your life. When you start making better choices with your money, such as spending on necessities rather than luxuries, you start making better choices altogether.

4. Decide what's important in your life. If you're unsure of what you value, it's difficult to make good choices in your life. For example, if your children are the most important thing in your life, choosing to spend time with them is a better choice than going out and partying all of the time.

5. Distance yourself from people who make bad decisions. Surrounding yourself with people who constantly make the wrong decisions and always end up in trouble is the equivalent to an alcoholic surrounding himself with people who like to drink.
