Thing are really heating up in Port Charles and that probably has a lot to do with the fact that it's February sweeps time.
Now that Sonny knows that Dominic/Dante is his son, suddenly he loves him and can put aside what DD has done to take down the organization. I'm on board with this simply because it will leave time for better stuff.
I think Michael is a pain in the ass. It makes me angry just looking at him, what a jackass. If he was my kid, well I don't know what I'd do because my kid is a jackass too, so I just stalk her facebook and try to keep comunication to a minimum.
Ok, so where was I.
Michael is not Sonny's son by blood, but DD is.
Michael was having fits about Sonny and DD's tight connection as it was, but now throw the father/son sorry I shot you element into the pot and you have a GOOD story.
Sonny will end up being cleared of all charges.
Sam made off with the gun. No evidence there.
DD will not press charges once he settles down and recieves some kind of life saving donation from Sonny.
Franco has pictures of dead Claudia and will come forward with more photos showing Michael whacking her clearing Sonny of her murder and Michael will get off on self defense.
Sonny and Olivia will end up back together, and this may be a stretch, but maybe they'll even another baby together.

What do you think will happen when Carly finds out that Jax knew it all, all along?

For the week of 4/13:
Sonny takes action, while Claudia races to save her life! Helena Cassadine returns, and GH gets a new look.

Sonny is shocked at Ric's news that Claudia is the person behind Michael's shooting. He doesn't believe Ric (would you?), so he takes action and demands proof that his wife is guilty. Ric trots on over to get his DVD evidence, only to find Johnny has interceded on his sister's behalf. This is bad news for Ric, but don't count him out yet -- or think that Claudia is safe. Y'see, Jerry Jacks returns to town, and his stay may be short-lived -- literally -- once Jason learns of Jerry's connection to the shooting, and Sonny wants him dead as a result. But would Jerry give proof against Claudia to save his life? Yeah, we think so too.

Racing against the clock, Claudia's still trying to get pregnant with Sonny's child before he's able to confirm she was behind the shooting. It's literally a fight for her life. She's not alone in the pregnancy question, though; Carly, too, thinks she's carrying a baby. The difference is, whereas Claudia's baby could save her life, Carly's could kill her.

After being nearly destroyed in a blaze of fire and biotoxins, GH is up and running again this week -- thanks to a generous donation from Nikolas Cassadine. Be sure to note the makeover as the new-look GH re-opens its doors; Robin and Patrick christen the place with a blowout argument right in the main hub, but that's nothing compared to the shock of Helena Cassadine showing up in the middle of the dedication ceremony.

All this, PLUS: Rebecca gets her biopsy results, though she may need a body cast after Alexis gets through with her. The Port Charles ace lady lawyer thinks that there's a Rebecca/Helena connection and she's determined to get at it. Meanwhile, Spinelli may be done with Maxie for good, and Carly falls down the stairs! As any loyal fan can tell you, Carly's no stranger to falling down the stairs ...

Now on to the good stuff.....

ROBIN! Face down in Lake Port Charles, Patrick is a far better human than I am, because, me personally, I wouldn't have gone looking for you and if I did I would have just left you there face down and kept walking. Thus sparring myself the pain of watching your lying face in the hospital, where I am almost positive you will spit out that medicine as soon as Patrick's back is turned and hide it under the mattress. I will give you credit for good acting, because you portray a great looney toon!

Rebecca Shaw. I think she was sent by Helena Cassadine, who is returning to Port Charles this month.

I can't believe Claudia Carly stooped so low as to poke holes in condoms. But who keeps their condoms in the buffet drawer?

Jerry Jax is also on his way back to town and Ric and Snatch Face are no longer on contract, but have moved to recurring, so we won't have to look at them nearly as often as we did.

I'm going to get what I want this week when we see Patrick and Elizabeth at the park with all THREE kids. Go ahead Robin, over the edge, over the side of the pier, just go or hurry up and get sane, because your current self is annoying!

Kristina, you know Sonny's daughter with Alexis, will be back as a teenager.

AND one last visitor.......HOLLY! So maybe we will finally find out how on earth Ethan can be Luke's kid!

For the week of 3/30:
Claudia plots to get pregnant, while Jason may be onto her secret! Is Robin dead?

Nikolas continues to help Rebecca through her potential breast cancer crisis, which ends up bringing the two closer together. But just as Rebecca is looking most vulnerable, she also starts looking awfully suspicious; she's taking mysterious phone calls and saying cryptic things while sedated. Will Nikolas catch on to Rebecca's secrets? And what IS Rebecca's secret? Post your theories on the message board!

Ric continues to menace Claudia and Johnny with his knowledge of Michael's shooting (it even gets him choked at one point, which is sort of a satisfying sight), despite the fact that it's already earned him a poisoning from Claudia. This week, he starts dropping hints around Jason, enough to get him suspicious. Jason starts his own little investigation into Michael's shooting, all of which adds up to very bad news for Claudia.

As for the shooting victim himself, Carly is encouraged when she sees Michael move his hand. So encouraged, in fact, that after Patrick tries to play down the development, she seeks out a riskier treatment. And Carly's zeal for a cure could end up threatening Michael's life.

Meanwhile, now that Robin has admitted to having post-partum depression, she can begin the rocky road to recovery. It proves to be very rocky indeed. Can Patrick and Jason -- even Carly -- convince Robin to accept treatment? Or does the fact that Patrick finds Robin floating face down in the freezing water signal that things don't really go anyone's way?

All that, PLUS: Lulu and Ethan continue to bicker and try to one-up the other, and -- to ensure her own safety -- Claudia comes up with the most brilliant idea of all: get pregnant with Sonny's child!

This Heather was the crazy that stalked Diana in an attempt to be close to the baby Heather gave up for adoption, Steven Lars/PJ.

Wow was Greenlee's step daddy (Roger AMC) pissed off or what, oops sorry, he's not Greenlee's step daddy anymore, he's Special Agent Rayner now.

Looks like The Priestest might find a way to help Spinelli, what with her higher security clearance and all and perhaps Minimista and The Jackal will live happily ever after.

Question of the day, how long before someone at Mercy Hospital finds Robin's coat??!! But when they do she'll just tell more lies to cover it up. She's getting good at this lying thing.

Speaking of the looney toons Dr, where was she going in her car that wasn't a van anymore? Interstate 94? She's headed to see me in J-town, so I can bitch slap some sense into her.

Soap Central says....

It's been long rumored, but General Hospital has now confirmed that it has recast the role of Sonny Corinthos and Carly Corinthos Jacks's son, Michael. The decision will age the character slightly and dash the hopes of fans who hoped for the return of the actor best known for portraying the role.

Newcomer Drew Garrett will take over the role of Michael Corinthos from Dylan Cash in April, but the actor won't have any lines to learn for at least a few weeks. Michael, who is currently in a vegetative state following a shooting in the spring of 2008, won't regain consciousness until May.

Garrett joins the cast of General Hospital with just one other professional acting gig under his belt. Last year, Garrett appeared in an episode of CBS's primetime drama series, Criminal Minds.

Sources told soapcentral.com last year that Cash's ouster from GH came as a total surprise to the young actor. Cash made his General Hospital debut in March 2002 at age 7. Three years later, Cash was offered a contract with the show and, subsequently, his role became much more prominent. During his six years with General Hospital, Cash earned numerous awards, including a 2003 Young Artist Award in the Best Performance in a TV Series by a Young Actor Ten or Younger category.

During the initial whispering about a possible Michael recast, former As the World Turns star Jesse Lee Soffer's (ex-Will Munson) name was brought up as a possible candidate for the role. The only crink in that plan was the age difference between Cash and Soffer. Soffer was nearly twice as old as Cash, and a sudden "aging" of Michael might be too jarring for viewers.

I've been, eh whatever, I haven't watched GH for FOUR episodes, so I caught up yesterday. I fast forward through much of the stupidity but a few things had me asking WTF.

Jason, I didn't like you at first, but your arms are like so big and manly and the black t-shirts that Maxie makes reference to, yeah I likey. But dude, you have weird ears! Like they cut off before the lobe part and look all deformed. Deal breaker, sorry.

Carly the real Carly, or the now real Carly, not to be confused with Claudia Carly. Stick to making out with Jax, cuz that was some hot and heavy making out in the lobby of the Metro Court and the ELEVATOR! Sheesh. I built up a little sweat watching. But your whining about Michael and this EXPERIMENTAL treatment, STOP already. I want to slap you.

Sonny, oh my Sonny, you will be on The View on Thursday. You had some hot and heavy moments with Claudia Carly last week too. I like you guys together, can you just forgive her for putting the hit out on you and getting Michael shot instead. Cuz you guys are hot and if I can 't have you, Claudia Carly may as well be my ~~stand~~ lay in.

Maxie! When did you have time to change your nail polish from black to pink?

Sam, is it me or is your voice more raspy all of a sudden? I don't like it. But your scarf? How'd you tie that knot? I've been trying and yeah I just can't get it to look like that.

Robin! WTF! Drinking midday? You're a biotch.

And speaking of drinking, I counted at least EIGHT shots that Ethan poured for Luke and Luke still managed to walk out of The Haunted Star? Then in yesterday's episode which was still the same GH day, he had MORE! Luke think of your liver.

And just this one more thing. Did the hospital not have insurance? Why do the Quartermaine's and Prince Cassadine have to pay for the repairs?

Oh wait, one more thing.....why did the Dr call Claudia Carly Mrs. Quartermaine when she went to see Michael? Slip up or was she giving a fake name?

There's more about Robin, but I gotta scoot right now. Stuff to do.

Monday

Sam and Maxie take matters into their own hands and plan a rescue road trip. Find out if Jason can resist to join the kids in Los Angeles as Carly makes a decision about Michael when she drags Patrick in New York in attempt to make him perform surgery.

Tuesday

After threatening to expose Claudia’s crimes, Kate has surprising news for her. Elsewhere, it is revealed that Spinelli is no match for the mystery woman, and Lucky and Elizabeth come to a mutual understanding.

Wednesday

More suspense ensues when Spinelli finds himself in grave peril. Wednesday also finds Robin accidentally putting Emma in danger. Meanwhile, Lucky finally meets Ethan and they don't hit it off. In fact, viewers can expect their fists to meet as well.

Thursday

Jason, Sam and Winifred set out to find Spinelli, as Robin luckily avoids a potential tragedy. At the same time, Sonny and Carly are there for each other.

Friday

As Sonny and Carly appear to be close yet again, Sonny and Claudia have their moment as well. Nikolas, on the other hand, is jealous of Lucky’s friendship with Rebecca. And as the week comes to a close, Robin’s behavior becomes more and more erratic.

1. Ethan must be that yahoo that got locked up with Luke.
I see him and LuLu getting tied up somehow.
I love Claudiacarlys son and Maxi together, so that a ok with me ;)

2. I think Nic and Not are as dumb as dumb can be and to always have Nic follow Not with that stupid look on his face is getting old fast.

3. Why would Not stay in a town where she doesn't know anyone and she can't even get a job and then get pissy everytime anybody looks at her?
