DH had 1 tsp of &lt;a href="http://westonpriceuk.blogspot.com/2009/05/homemade-elderberry-tincture-extract.html"&gt;elderberry extract&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/strong&gt; ½ grapefruit. DH also had spinach soup (made with spinach, leek, onion, garlic, salt, broth and freshly ground peppercorns).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch:&lt;/strong&gt; I had spinach soup (as above), a little cold boiled chicken, a tomato and a slice of cold roast beef. DH had cold roast beef salad (made with cold roast beef, celery, cucumber, olives, tomato, sunflower seeds, fennel, fresh coriander and extra-virgin olive oil). &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Evening Meal:&lt;/strong&gt; Butternut Squash Curry (made with butternut squash, onion, garlic, creamed coconut, tomato, tomato powder, lime juice, salt, red pepper, chilli, shiitake mushrooms, ground cumin, ground coriander, fresh coriander, ground cloves, ground cardamom, chilli powder and ground turmeric) served with short steamed cauliflower and mango chutney (made with mango, ginger root, salt, garlic, dates, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, cayenne pepper and water – recipe from Brendon Brazier’s book &lt;a href="http://www.brendanbrazier.com/book/index.html"&gt;‘The Thrive Diet’&lt;/a&gt; ).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Snacks &amp;amp; Desserts:&lt;/strong&gt; Coconut &amp;amp; raisin almond cake (made with almond butter, eggs, coconut oil, salt, vanilla extract, raisins and coconut). DH also had an apple. I’ve decided that I will continue until day 200 and then change the emphasis of the time I spend blogging, hopefully making the site more useful to those finding or following it. Also despite a few misgivings I’ve decided to stick with the &lt;a href="http://thinkingoutsidebox.wordpress.com/" target="_blank"&gt;new Wordpress blog&lt;/a&gt; and retire this old Blogger one. This is his full dose so we plan to maintain this dose for 6 months from now before easing off again towards a maintenance dose. It has made cooking for him so much more rewarding.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Daniel’s bloated belly is showing real improvement. Progress is very gradual so you don’t necessarily notice it from day to day but then over months the improvement is clear.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Thanks to a tip from another blogger &lt;a title="http://gapsjourney.wordpress.com/" href="http://gapsjourney.wordpress.com/"&gt;http://gapsjourney.wordpress.com/&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#160; -&amp;#160; I’ve restarted our fermented cod liver oil. She suggested mixing it with a shot of kombucha and it worked a treat! Thanks Sarah.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Having introduced Manuka honey I was able to give Daniel his fermented cod liver oil mixed with honey and he loved it! Begged for more! He kicked, flailed, arched his whole body violently, slapped me hard in the face, cried and screamed VERY loudly in both anger and frustration. Lasting about an hour these were more than just ‘normal’ toddler tantrums, from what has become a very calm, compliant and mild mannered little boy. He completely refused to listen to gentle reasoning and rejected all my attempts to distract him. What did I do? Did I break the spell? :(&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Having looked at his food consumption over the last 48 hours I’m seriously suspecting banana as the culprit.
