Knowing your customers is very important. This was the main topic of the 2nd Webinar of Deepak
Kankraju sir on Digital marketing. The webinar started exactly at 9:05 PM and ended by 10:30 PM.

FOCUS is key to success:- Focus like laser rays. The first thing was to focus on the webinar class.
Distraction is a drug in today’s world. The whole business is running on attention. So, everyone wants
your attention via phone, message, email, social media or any other mode. But it’s your duty to focus
on what you want not what others want. Others want your attention so they try different methods to get
your attention.

The webinar started with how we can get expertise in certain fields? Obviously the first is the Learning
method next is doing method and the most important 3rd is the teaching method. If you teach someone
then you learn a lot during teaching.

During class, he emphasized on mistakes that we make during our work. It is important to make
mistakes during work and learn from those mistakes. Mistakes make a strong foundation in learning
better skills. So, keep moving and make a strong foundation by learning from mistakes.

Communication:- In marketing, Communication is the most important key element. While conveying

your personal message or your product’s message be authentic. Being authentic generates authority

in people’s minds. Which gives a better brand value and best return in the future. Listen to customers’

feedback be authentic. Show them your real-life and real value. People are smart and they know who

is faking and who is real.

People with more experience in life is a better marketer. People love to listen to stories. People who
have traveled a lot, learned new languages and have more hobbies are able to tell more stories.
During training, Deepak sir told us to travel solo, learn a new language and do some hobbies work.
It will enhance your life’s dimension and you shall be able to share more experience with people via
stories. I found it matching with myself. I know 4 languages and try to learn new hobbies. Currently,
I am learning skating and in 30 days i learned a lot. People in social media are appreciating me for
new hobbies that I have. I share them stories about my new skill and they love to listen about it.
Now I will keep moving forward in learning more and more skills.

Even this digital marketing is my new skill. In December 2018 I had started digital marketing and
dropshipping business and i can say i have learned a lot.

Customers' Avatar:-The audience is the key to success for your business. Many businesses start without knowing their
audience and their problems. They just create products assuming that such a problem exists and
they put their product in the market. Ultimately they fail in selling products at a big scale. So, it most
important to know your audience and create an Avatar of your audience. If you really know the avatar
of your audience then it becomes easy to communicate with them. While writing an mail or messaging
your customer customize for them. The tone of the email should be friendly and guide them to what
you want from them in a very friendly manner. Know them via interaction, call, and survey. As much
as you know them you shall be very effective in writing them mail and communicating with them. You
shall know their pain point and how to resolve it. It makes them feel special and they connect with
your brands easily. If you communicate effectively and then it becomes easy to sell products and
services to them.

Quora and Reddit are one of the biggest platforms where you can find such a discussion under
different sections.

If you learn new things, you will always find it awkward and awkwardness is the signal that you are
learning new things. Just involve yourself fully in awkwardness and you will definitely learn new
things. While writing this long post about 2nd webinar is also very awkward for me but really it made
me easy to write in my second blog post. For this awkwardness, i would like to quote my instances.
At the job that I am currently doing, it is nowhere related to digital marketing. But it was my desire
to work in this field and by watching videos from youtube i could learn myself and designed my first
website in Shopify and started selling products via digital marketing. It was really awkward but it is
giving fruits.

In summary, I can say:

1. Learn to communicate and practice it. It will make you a better communicator.

2. Be authentic to the audience

3. Before starting any product see what customer really wants. What's their pain area. Create a
product around what they want.

4. Awkwardness in learning shows that you are learning new things in life.

5. Learn from the mistakes and keep moving, it makes a strong foundation in learning.

How it started?:-Some how on facebook i cam to know about Deepak kankraju. I am keen to learn digital marketing and because of that, I listen to every digital marketer. I started a Free video course on his website and Youtube channel. I could sense from his teaching style that his intent in content was to help people in a growing career as a digital marketer.

He made a positive impression on me and learned a lot. He recently launched a webinar on an internship course with an amazing methodology. That if you work on the assignment provided by him then money will be returned per work basis. It was a great webinar and he got great conversion during that webinar.

What I learned during this first journey as a digital marketer.
1. Make trust by true value for the customer
2. Give them free content that really helps them in growth

I have to put my title like that as a lot of people search for "how to increase blog traffic". Even i used to look for how to increase my blog traffic. As a blogger everyone wants to have a good number of traffic to their blog. I have visited many post related to traffic on blog or how to increase blog traffic.
But here i would like to post my experience and how i managed to increase my traffic.
What i would request you if u really want to increase traffic is- STRATEGY.

We read something and forget about it. So, first thing you must maintain one strategy about about your blog. Now i am posting some points and kindly maintain it for your blog.

1. First and foremost thing that you are posting it for reader not for yourself. So you must post as per user i.e reader requirement. So, see what is the search keyword for your blog. Or by which search words readers are coming on your blog. Make a list of them and post valued and very informative article related to those keywords. It will help you in bringing a good traffic. If you don't know how to find out keyword of your blog or what should be keyword of your blog then you must think about the topic or subject you are covering in your blog. Apart from that you can search for the keywords of your blog from google.

2.Submit your blog to search engine. This can be done by pinging your blog. How to ping your blog.? You can get it on that link and find detail on what is pinging, how it will benefit and how to do it.

3. Social networking- This is one of the effective tool to bring a good traffic on your blog. Make a fan page of your blog on facebook and promote it. you can digg your page. By digging digg search about your content on blog page and it gives to many search engine searchable. Apart form that you can stumble it. It has the same function of submitting your blog content to searchable engine and good number of reader. A great number of blogger do digging and stumbling of their blog. They search for good blog and to comment on them. Hence the get comment back and get good traffic from there. So, it would be advisable to join both the website and keep posting your blog there and have lot of friends in order to get good traffic.

4. One of the most important thing is see from where a lot of traffic is coming and devote your time on them. I am just giving you one example.

If your blog is getting traffic from facebook then you must devote your time on facebook fan page.
If it is coming from stumble,digg, then devote your time on that source and the way readers are coming on.
if the traffic is via your blog comment on others then keep commenting on other's blog and leave your url over there in order to get readers to your page.
If search is coming directly form search engine then you must devote time on SEO i.e. search engine optimization key word. Track the key work by which your blog is getting searched and keep posting a serious topic related to that key word.

It was awesome, i just opened my blogspot and found that i can integrate my blog with Google+ account. You might think what would be effect of it. I think Google is going ahead of facebook in some days in terms of blogger user. If you have a blog associated with blogger then you would love to have more and more visitors/traffic on your blog. I am just describing you how it will give a good benefit to blogger.

What does a blogger want for his blog?
They always want a good, organic and permanent traffic for the blog. Which encourages them to write more good and original post. if their traffic increases then obviously their revenue from blog will increase.

How Google+ will help blogger in bringing traffic to his blog?
Google+ is a social network like orkut and facebook. You will have a lots of friends on that social network. When ever you are going to have new post on your blog, it will be automatically updated in your status. And hence your new post will be visible to all of your friends. Among them some like your post and may visit your blog hence no need of posting your blog to any social diretory. It will automatically drive a good traffic from Google+.

There was such thing in facebook as well. Where you had to create your fan page and then your blog will be updated via atom/rss feed of your blog. On facebook you can get a lots of fan but for them you have to work on your fan page a lot. But in Google+ you need not to do any thing else.

Globalfxtrades.net is a scam or legitimate. I also tried hard to find out the fact about this website and i thought of investing money in to Globalfxtrades.net in order to test the legimacy of the website.
What this globalfxtrades.net had promised?
It had promised 2% daily return on your investment. Yes it is paying up to now.It will keep showing that yest you have earned money in your account. But i will suggest you guys to keep away from this investment.How i am explaining it below?

Initially they used to pay via Liberty reserve a very legitimate e-currency website. But what this Globalfxtrades.net people has done is they have created one their own e-currency website e-dollarpoint to scam people. Now it will show that you have earned money. And they will payout as well in new payout website edollarpoint. But when you are going to incash that money they won't incash in to your bank account. This scam is bing done by Globalfxtrades.net website owner.

So Globalfxtrades.net is a totally scam and not a legitimate website and investment option. What ever they are promising is for short period and they can take away with your hard earned money.Be alert and don't invest in this scam website.

At many places you might have seen image verification. Do you know why image verification is given at some places. Image verification is needed to beat attackers. who might try to make the website too busy or they may keep spamming like giving comment to any blog.

What is this site for?
This site is to target the advertisement of the advertiser's site. you will be paid to visit the ad of the advertiser's website. As an publisher you put some ad on your website and you want to get clicked it. trekpay gives solution to it.it is not a scam it is legit anyway.
