Have you ever imagined it was so easy to sell your product through this tips. And this promotion tips I offered to you had some unique...not such other online promotion you can read more often....Do you know what kind promotion is? I used a simple trick and the point is you don't need to push your client to make them buy your product, but they don't have choice except.. buy your product. Want to know more, go ahead reah my article bellow...

At this first paragraph, i tried to explain how to give a clear description about product, real benefit, easy and direct order. What the most important thing when you want to explain or describe your product? There was only two important thing; this product can solve your problem and give a promise benefit. To give a clear description about it, the first thing i let you know about good sales letter. This sales letter has only one objection is to promote your product. You may believe or not, if you promote your product with bad newsletter you will lose about 70% of your sales power So because promotion is too important to rocket your sales, we can underline that word or sentences you used to promote became most important. That why the process of making sales letter become the most important thing and spend most of your time. Imagine that you are only having time about 2 until 4 second to make sure your visitor keep reading your sales letter. So the sentence you write on headline must be quickie trigger to make your visitor felt curious keep reading. So.. the underline word you should know is what kind sentences make you visitor curious and interesting with your product.

Making selling trigger at your headline

1. Using Pre-headline

Pre- head line , this is content to tell about most commont your client problem, for example like this..."feeling about uncertain about your future, having no enough money to pay your loan, your tax , your premy insurance. You must keep work uder your boring boss, must working underpressure just for to get your monthly salary". The point is you try to explore the problems of people you want to solve.

2. Using Headline.

It is important part to make your visitor want to read more your sales letter. The part contained about giving solution as entitiled at Pre-Headline part. Here this example " have you ever imagine you don't need a job anymore, having unlimited income, can go vacancy in anyplace in the world and do anything you like without worrying about your cash. The point is you have unlimited income and reached freedom of finance." I believed freedom of finance is common for you but can u imagine you can make it only with just a blog. So make your blog became a money machine for you." You can see I tried to offered a certain product here and that is how to design a specific blog can make a lot money so it help me to reach finance freedom.

3. Body Text

This is most important thing of everypart,...you begin to explain about your product. But you don't need to tell about detail..not like other promotion.. You must expose about The benefit of your product. All sentences in your newsletter should be design well and given attractive colors such like red, blue and green or other colors depend on your choisces. The point is your design should be creative and attract visitor to read more and more. If the product you sell have a competitor tried to make different by naming your advantage or unique. The point of this part is your product is MUST HAVE BENEFIT AND UNIQUE.

4. Testimony

You need this part to ensure your visitor about your product by giving some testimony. You can do it by testimonying yourself, or asked your customer to doing testimony and giving them an incentive like discount for new product . If u don't have customer yet, you can do it by yourself . For the example you can show your report of income if you promoting online blog can monetize you. Testimony can help your visitor to make final decision : buy your product or walk away. Here the example:

"In the beginning I don't believe to make money online promotion. So far I just depend on my monthly salary which not give much contribution to meet my daily needs and more over ny family. Until I finally have found this promotion and thought It not bad to try this product and the prices is quite cheap. After I followed this instruction in this e-book, while I go to the bank to withdrawn my money because my son go to the hospital,..I heared the bank officer complained because too many paper of my account should be printed. I asked why to him? He said you got a lot tranfer for two months adn after I chechked, I was shock by supprised.. My accunt is double couple times than before...only for two months I can collect ct

5. Confirmation Phrase

This is hard confirmation to make your visitor said...Yes I have read your promotion then I decided to buy your product...and also ...waited If you order right now, you will get bonus discount worth 30%.... This is to make your visitor to take immediate decision then don't forget to add button Order Now. It will link to other page where the visitor can write down personal data at availiable form. This data is important for you to proceed payment process and send your product according customer address. If your product is only e-book you just send it by e-mail.

To make easy that you can send or respond email from customer automatically you can consider using autorobot respond software.. And don't forget to add customer name in each head letter ...people like if we wrote their name completely.. so you will never late to reply any customer answer..

Erectile dysfunction, also called Male Impotence, is defined as a man’s inability to get an erection or maintain it long enough to have sex@ with a partner. For some men, impotence means they are unable to ejaculate during sex.

Erectile dysfunction or impotence happens to most men at one time or another, but studies indicate that erectile dysfunction is more common in older men, so it is often associated with the aging process in men.

Occasional impotence is often not seen as a problem, but when impotence continues for awhile, it can bring on great emotional distress for both the man and his partner.

Causes

There are a number of reasons why you may have male impotence. In around three-quarters of cases there are physical problems affecting the blood supply. However, there is a complex relationship between the physical and psychological aspects of sexual function. For instance, you may have physical health problems that cause psychological distress and this may have an additional effect on erection problems.

Physical health

A number of different conditions may cause impotence, including: -
Diabetes
Multiple sclerosis
Parkinson's disease
If you have had surgery in your pelvic area
Hormone imbalances

Cardiovascular disease: - High blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), and other problems with the heart and blood vessels can cause erectile dysfunction or male impotence by hampering blood flow to the penis. The Massachusetts Male Aging study found that 15 percent of men with hypertension were completely impotent, compared with 9.6 percent of the entire study group.

Medications: - The National Institutes of Health reports that many common drugs can lead to erectile dysfunction or male impotence , including antihistamines, antidepressants, tranquilizers, appetite suppressants, the ulcer drug cimetidine, and blood pressure medications such as beta blockers and diuretics. (If you develop erectile dysfunction while taking antidepressants or blood pressure medications, however, remember that the disease itself could also be to blame.)

Diabetes: - If it causes extensive damage to nerves and blood vessels, diabetes can block pleasurable sensations as well as blood flow. The NIH estimates that 35 to 50 percent of all men with diabetes suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Psychological factors: - According to the NIH, psychological distress lies at the root of 10 to 20 percent of all cases of erectile dysfunction or male impotence . If you suffer from erectile dysfunction but have erections in the morning or while you sleep, there's a good chance your problem is largely psychological. Factors that can lead to erectile dysfunction include stress, fear, performance anxiety, guilt, depression, and low self-esteem. Feelings of resentment or hostility -- harbored by either the person experiencing erectile dysfunction or his partner -- can also derail intimacy.

Prostate surgery: - Not long ago, many men had to sacrifice their sex lives after undergoing surgery for prostate cancer. Today, thanks to new surgical techniques that spare the nerves and vessels feeding the penis, erectile dysfunction is far from inevitable. Surgeons at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis recently conducted a study of cancer patients who were able to achieve erections normally before surgery. Sixty-eight percent of the men studied were still able to have erections after the prostate gland was removed. However, only 48 percent of those 70 and older regained their potency.

Smoking: - Cigarettes can damage your arteries, with consequences that are enough to make even the Marlboro Man find a different habit. According to a recent report from the Centers for Disease Control, smokers between the ages of 31 and 49 are 80 percent more likely than nonsmokers of the same age to suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Bicycling: - Although there is controversy on this subject, a few experts say regular cycling is a major cause of erectile dysfunction or male impotence . A recent Boston University survey looked at more than 1,000 male cycling and running club members, with an average age of 43, and found that 4 percent of cyclists had moderate to complete erectile dysfunction, compared with 1 percent of runners. There's no doubt that pressing one's crotch into a hard bicycle seat puts tremendous pressure on the nerves and blood vessels that feed the penis. If you ride a bike, be sure to lean back regularly to shift your weight from the groin area to the buttocks. You should also consider investing in a seat that's specially designed to put less pressure on the groin. If you often feel numbness in your penis after bike riding, or if numbness is less frequent but lingers, schedule an appointment with your doctor or a urologist.

Lifestyle: - If you drink too much alcohol, this can affect your ability to get and keep an erection (often called brewer's droop). In the longer term, it interferes with the production of the male hormone testosterone, which can reduce your sexual drive and desire (libido).

Smoking damages your blood vessels and so increases your risk of erection problems. Similarly, being physically inactive, which contributes to poor cardiovascular fitness, may raise the chances of you having impotence. Impotence may be an early warning sign that you are at risk of coronary heart disease (the arteries that go to your heart are narrowed).

Many men need greater tactile stimulation as they get older. You may want to consider a change in sexual foreplay and technique to ensure a sustained erection.

Other factors: - Alcoholism, pelvic injuries, multiple sclerosis, and below-normal levels of testosterone are all capable of causing erectile dysfunction.

Once you know the cause of the problem it can be easier to cure it naturally without any side effects. More information can be obtained from our website. Click here Impotence or Erectile Dysfunction

In January 2004, in a Knoxville hospital, Shannon van Tol gave birth to Tennessee's first quintuplets: Meghan, Willem, Isabella, Ashley, and Sean. Amid the cigars, balloons, and donated diapers, Guille Cruze--CEO of the White Stone Group, the software company where the quints' father, Willem, worked--was both elated and worried.

Willem van Tol had worked as a programmer at White Stone for more than three years and, like many of the firm's 70 full-timers, had enrolled his family in the company's health care plan. The year leading up to the quintuplets' arrival had included a great deal of medical care, including fertility treatments, three ultrasounds a week, eight weeks of bed rest in the hospital, and extended stays for the newborn babies.

All told, the medical bills added up to more than $2 million. Cruze knew that his insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, would pass some of the costs back to him. But when he received his renewal notice a few months later, he was stunned. His annual premium had shot up more than 30%, from $290,000 to $380,000. For a company with $8 million in revenue, that extra $90,000 was going to hurt. "Willem said he was sorry," says Cruze, who tried to reassure his employee. "I told him that it was okay, that we would live and die as a team."

Privately, Cruze wondered what to do. When he hired his first few employees in 1997, he covered 100% of their health care expenses. Every year since, insurance premiums had gone up, forcing him to scale back. By 2004, he covered 95% of expenses for single employees and 55% for families. With this latest increase looming, Cruze was fed up. What if premiums jumped another 30% next year? In a moment of frustration, he considered doing away with health benefits altogether, but he soon realized that such a drastic step would destroy the close-knit culture he had spent years cultivating.

Cruze called dozens of insurance carriers for quotes, and they all told him that a $400,000 annual health insurance bill was the norm for a company White Stone's size. The situation seemed hopeless. Then he read about an interesting alternative: health savings accounts. HSAs let individuals save money for health care expenses using pretax dollars. The accounts seemed like a good deal for employees. They could roll over any money remaining at the end of the year and take the accounts with them if they should leave White Stone. They could also withdraw funds for nonmedical expenses, though they'd have to pay income tax and a 10% penalty. After age 65, they could withdraw anything remaining, paying only income tax.

There was one big drawback: HSAs are used in conjunction with qualified health plans with low premiums and high deductibles--between $1,000 and $5,100 for individuals and between $2,000 and $10,200 for families. (Unlike flexible spending accounts, HSAs limit employees to one health plan.) Cruze could save a bundle by taking advantage of the low premiums, but he worried that his employees might resent the high deductibles, or forgo necessary medical treatments to avoid paying them. The only way to get around that problem, he figured, would be to cover the deductible himself. After doing some calculations, he figured out he'd still wind up paying about $400,000 a year.

Cruze was torn. On the one hand, he liked the idea of HSAs. He'd much rather deposit money into his employees' accounts than continue filling an insurance company's coffers. But HSAs were a new concept, and he worried that his employees would be confused and even intimidated by the complex model. In many ways, it would be easier to stick with a traditional plan and either absorb the entire increase or ask employees to pony up a bigger percentage of the premium payments. We had heared a lot about Yoga, which somekind like ancient sport from India who taught us about how to maintain ballance among, you mind, your soul and of course your body. I guess the yoga basic principal is not quite different with Tai Chi which also taught about ballance we should maintain between us and universe. Some a wiseman said if you want to learn about universe, you must start to learn with your self. Learn from your body, your breath and your mind then realized why you took a breath, why you were walking and so on. But you must reach the first step of learning yoga which mostly know as asana. All Yoga steps will bring you a power that you can't imagine before. What's the power of yoga? .. Keep reading this article..

Stars do it. Sports do it. Judges in the highest courts do it. Let's do it: that yoga thing. A path to enlightenment that winds back 5,000 years in its native India, yoga has suddenly become so hot, so cool, so very this minute. It's the exercise cum meditation for the new millennium, one that doesn't so much pump you up as bliss you out. Yoga now straddles the continent — from Hollywood, where $20 million-a-picture actors queue for a session with their guru du jour, to Washington, where, in the gym of the Supreme Court, Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and 15 others faithfully take their class each Tuesday morning.

Everywhere else, Americans rush from their high-pressure jobs and tune in to the authoritatively mellow voice of an instructor, gently urging them to solder a union (the literal translation of the Sanskrit word yoga) between mind and body. These Type A strivers want to become Type B seekers, to lose their blues in an asana (pose), to graduate from distress to de-stress. Fifteen million Americans include some form of yoga in their fitness regimen — twice as many as did five years ago; 75% of all U.S. health clubs offer yoga classes. Many in those classes are looking not inward but behind. As supermodel Christy Turlington, a serious practitioner, says, "Some of my friends simply want to have a yoga butt." But others come to the discipline in hopes of restoring their troubled bodies. Yoga makes me feel better, they say. Maybe it can cure what ails me.

Oprah Winfrey, arbiter of moral and literary betterment for millions of American women, devoted a whole show to the benefits of yoga earlier this month, with guest appearances by Turlington and stud-muffin guru Rodney Yee. Testimonials from everyday yogis and yoginis clogged the hour: I lost weight; I quit smoking; I conquered my fear of flying; I can sleep again; it saved my marriage; it improved my daughter's grades and attitude. "We are more centered as a team," declared the El Monte Firefighters of Los Altos Hills, Calif.

Sounds great. Namaste, as your instructor says at the end of a session: the divine in me bows to the divine in you. But let's up the ante a bit. Is yoga more than the power of positive breathing? Can it, say, cure cancer? Fend off heart attacks? Rejuvenate post-menopausal women? Just as important for yoga's application by mainstream doctors, can its presumed benefits be measured by conventional medical standards? Is yoga, in other words, a science?

By even asking the question, we provoke a clash of two powerful cultures, two very different ways of looking at the world. The Indian tradition develops metaphors and ways of describing the body (life forces, energy centers) as it is experienced, from the inside out. The Western tradition looks at the body from the outside in, peeling it back one layer at a time, believing only what it can see, measure and prove in randomized, double-blind tests. The East treats the person; the West treats the disease. "Our system of medicine is very fragmented," says Dr. Carrie Demers, who runs the Center for Health and Healing at the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy of the USA in Honesdale, Pa. "We send you to different specialists to look at different parts of you. Yoga is more holistic; it's interested in the integration of body, breath and mind."

The few controlled studies that have been done offer cause for hope. A 1990 study of patients who had coronary heart disease indicated that a regimen of aerobic exercise and stress reduction, including yoga, combined with a low-fat vegetarian diet, stabilized and in some cases reversed arterial blockage. The author Dr. Dean Ornish is in the midst of a study involving men with prostate cancer. Can diet, yoga and meditation affect the progress of this disease? So far, Ornish will say only that the data are encouraging.

To the skeptic, all evidence is anecdotal. But some anecdotes are more than encouraging; they are inspiring. Consider Sue Cohen, 54, an accountant, breast-cancer survivor and five-year yoga student at the Unity Woods studio in Bethesda, Md. "After my cancer surgery," Cohen says, "I thought I might never lift my arm again. Then here I am one day, standing on my head, leaning most of my 125-lb. body weight on that arm I thought I'd never be able to use again. Chemotherapy, surgery and some medications can rob you of mental acuity, but yoga helps compensate for the loss. It impels you to do things you never thought you were capable of doing."

A series of exercises as old as the Sphinx could prove to be the medical miracle of tomorrow — or just wishful thinking from the millions who have embraced yoga in a bit more than a generation.

Yoga was little known in the U.S. — perhaps only as an enthusiasm of Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and other icons of the Beat Generation — when the Beatles and Mia Farrow journeyed to India to sit at the feet of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1968. Since then, yoga has endured more evolutions of popular consciousness than a morphing movie monster. First it signaled spiritual cleansing and rebirth, a nontoxic way to get high. Then it was seen as a kind of preventive medicine that helped manage and reduce stress. "The third wave was the fitness wave," says Richard Faulds, president of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Mass. "And that's about strength and flexibility and endurance."

At each stage, the most persuasive advocates were movie idols and rock stars — salesmen, by example, of countless beguiling or corrosive fashions. If they could make cocaine and tattoos fashionable, perhaps they could goad the masses toward physical and spiritual enlightenment. Today yoga is practiced by so many stars with whom audiences are on a first-name basis — Madonna, Julia, Meg, Ricky, Michelle, Gwyneth, Sting — that it would be shorter work to list the actors who don't assume the asana. (James Gandolfini? We're just guessing.)

Panic Attacks Get Fueled With Little Oxygen to Your Body - Check Your Breathing! by: Bertil Hjert

<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcSxVFvv1SGNCJm1hvum8IN_2RclDTPsnq5pIWmxEC8vaG2CiS2qmj-3HA53WYKQYtx5hf3LyVSsYAXgvql3GeKo-T4YWRoj8ZhPe8qpYPOpzcJRmMt8-4ehncQz9dPnGFdXl_hFGZFiM/s1600-h/breath01.jpeg"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 115px; height: 116px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcSxVFvv1SGNCJm1hvum8IN_2RclDTPsnq5pIWmxEC8vaG2CiS2qmj-3HA53WYKQYtx5hf3LyVSsYAXgvql3GeKo-T4YWRoj8ZhPe8qpYPOpzcJRmMt8-4ehncQz9dPnGFdXl_hFGZFiM/s400/breath01.jpeg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5322480644429523298" /></a>
Most people breathe shallowly. They hold in their stomachs and fail to engage their diaphragms when breathing. We all want to look slim but pushing that belly out with our breaths is the only way to fill up the lungs and utilize their full capacity. Analyze and check your breathing.

• Are you breathing quickly or slowly?
• Are you breathing deeply or shallowly?
• Do you feel your breath in the center of your chest around your heart or do you feel it down low in your abdomen?

You want to breathe slowly and deeply from your abdomen, that´s your goal. Breathing incorrectly causes more harm to your body than you realize.

Not only are you not supplying your body with sufficient oxygen to produce the energy you need you are also causing tightening in your neck and shoulders. When you breathe from your chest you are tightening the muscles in your neck and shoulders which is causing increased tension throughout your body.

If you have a pet, look at them. People, who have dogs or cats and watch them while they´re sleeping will see that their stomachs rise and fall with each breath. This is true of all animals, look at your guinea pig or gerbil, they all breathe with their whole bodies.

Now look down at your belly, is it moving at all? Probably not! But this wasn´t always the case.

When you were a baby, you breathed with your whole body, just as all babies do. If you have a young child, look at them when they are sleeping, their bellies rise and fall. This is because they are abdominally breathing. Something happens and as we age, we stop engaging our diaphragm and stop breathing from our abdomen.

You can re-learn the proper way to breathe and re-engage your abdomen again and get your body feeling better than ever before. Getting the most amount of oxygen to your body in the most efficient way will greatly improve your health and mental wellbeing.

Our bodies are engines in need of a lot of fuel. Every cell in our body needs large amounts of oxygen to function properly. Having a healthy diet and watching what you drink is only part of the battle; breathing is an essential component of a healthier body as well.

Oxygen is needed to run the nervous system, digestive system, power the muscles, to sleep properly, for concentration and memory and to provide energy throughout the day. It´s no wonder that when we are having a panic attack and cutting off our oxygen supply with shallow, inefficient breathing that these are the very functions most directly impacted.

Our heart starts beating rapidly, desperate to get the oxygen it needs to run, our digestive system stops working properly, our muscles tense up, we lose feeling or experience tingling in out extremities because our nervous system has gone into survival mode.

We can´t think properly and our sleep patterns are disrupted. Sufficient oxygen is crucial to restoring normal function, that´s why forcing yourself to breathe slowly and deeply can trigger the relaxation response so deeply needed by your body.

It´s hard to breathe slowly and deeply, our minds tell us that we need to gulp in air as fast as we can. This is the worst thing to do in a panic attack or anxiety filled situation. Gulping in air quickly, using only your chest actually supplies very little oxygen to your body and helps fuel the panic attack because all the quick shallow breathing isn´t having the desired effect and thus you are more nervous.

Breathing slowly and deeply from your abdomen is the key and a technique that you need to learn and practice so you can utilize it in an emergency. By breathing from your abdomen and engaging your core, you are helping your body to get the oxygen it needs and triggering a calming effect in your body that will help ease the unpleasant sensations.

Why Visitors Do Not Trust Your Website? by: The SSL Store

<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVQ7RdxNC2T5dzi55BcUV06Je5oDuHEsqVzJGT1nS5a4b0gn7QAfBCd6AIh94hoo_7wTX0BKEpiTeQOW2HPf3iQdyUd-AbtJpvzXnojbJJNevIpt2qP2jkKiEKNzxkqU1_8jtlUc8Oh8E/s1600-h/internet01.jpeg"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 150px; height: 114px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVQ7RdxNC2T5dzi55BcUV06Je5oDuHEsqVzJGT1nS5a4b0gn7QAfBCd6AIh94hoo_7wTX0BKEpiTeQOW2HPf3iQdyUd-AbtJpvzXnojbJJNevIpt2qP2jkKiEKNzxkqU1_8jtlUc8Oh8E/s400/internet01.jpeg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5322192752990158770" /></a>

In general, if you want to build up a successful online business than you must need trust seals like

Your presentation makes your proposal come to life. It must instill a feeling of confidence about your company as it relates to the project you’re bidding. It also must be memorable. The last presenter has an advantage, but many times whoappears last is out of your control. So what you say and do must form a lasting colorful picture and positive feeling with the voters no matter who follows you.

The C-level and powerful people will probably attend your presentation and most likely will only have read your proposal’s executive summary. Therefore, your presentation has to cover the essences of the proposal, as well as, the personal desires of the powerful and make all confident you have the where-with-all to complete the project seamlessly and successfully deliver what each values.

Proposal Points Relative to the Presentation

In the proposal articles, we covered the following points that must be integrated into the presentation:

1. The Three Key Factors -- (1) Showing you understand the project; (2) Showing you’re capable of performing the project: and (3) Giving each voter what he or she wants to win that vote.

2. Numbers Names and Details -- These paint the colorful picture that will develop a memorable positive feeling.

3. Options And New Ideas -- Show you can handle the spec'd method before offering new ideas and benefits.

4. Focus on your capability to do the project well. Do not focus on the competition.

5. Explain project impacts, and circumstances that can affect the project and how you will and have handled them on other projects.

6. Wording -- This is critical. The audience has to feel it is all about them. They must feel confident you understand the project and their personal needs. They must feel you’re capable of delivering the results risk free. So your words have to be carefully crafted.

Staging the Presentation

Typically, presentations are done in PowerPoint. However they can be done as casual conversations around a table, or with handouts or formally with charts on form boards. Ask what the most powerful voters’ prefer before you decide how you will present. No matter your method, some large pictures, renderings and/or charts should be displayed for easy referral, but more importantly for imprinting your images to their memory.

Determine somehow who will be there from the buyers’ side. You should bring people from your side that have relationships with those attending from the buyers’ side and all your people should participate in the presentation. Rule of thumb: relationships are more important than expertise.

Keep in mind, every attendee has a boss, and those bosses’ desires will factor heavily on what that attendees want to hear about - whether or not the bosses are present. Never underestimate the power of the bosses, and the impact it has on individuals.

It’s also critical to know about the presentation room - the style, size and shape.

Tactics

Your presentation leader should have the strongest relationship with the most voters. When entering the room, this person should greet each of the attendee separately and ask what his or her expectations are for the presentation, and what in particular s/he wants covered. Some people feel uncomfortable doing this, but if you can, it may provide some insights about necessary concerns and/or desires that need to be emphasized in the presentation.

Handouts of the presentation (if they are to be given) should be given at the end of the presentation - unless they are a working document. An agenda with the names of your participants and their role is good to handout by the leader during the initial greeting process.

While the leader of the presentation is greeting the attendees, the rest of the team is setting up the presentation equipment, pictures, chairs, etc. Then they should start to mingle and ask each person they speak with about expectations or certain areas they want covered in the presentation.

When the presentation starts each participant from your side should introduce him/herself and give a credibility statement in 20 words or less. Be sure to use numbers, names and details. For example. "Hi, I'm Sam Manfer and I am the senior operations manager for the XYZ division. I've been in this position for five years, and I have 20 years experience in construction and installation and have been the project manager on the SSS overpass and the TTT tunnel projects."

The purpose is to give the audience a feeling that this person knows what they're doing as it relates to this project. Doing their own introduction is more believable than the leader doing it. It also helps build rapport. If the person has relationships with a number of the attendees, have him or her add something personal, such as "And I've worked with many of you on projects similar to this, such as the XXX and YYY projects in the past." The idea is to make everyone in the audience as receptive as possible to accept what that person will be explaining.

When presenting, participants must make eye contact. Many times people will be focused on the screen or pictures. Point where necessary, but look back to the audience as soon as possible. It’s more important to look at the people then trying to hit the right spot.

Try to avoid dark rooms. You want the people to see you and your team, and you want to see the reactions of the attendees. It's okay to use index cards as prompts to glance at, but resume eye contact. Keep you eyes moving back and forth among the attendees. It’s easy to get stuck on a friendly looking face or someone nodding. So be conscious you don’t get stuck. If anything, concentrate on the most powerful voter.

Vocal projection is also important. If someone speaks very soft, or has a cold, it's hard to hear them and they come across as less believable. Have someone else present while the other person nods. Again, use numbers, names and details when describing anything. Be careful not to talk about things that are of no interest to anyone, but you feel may excite the voters about your company.

Practice makes for perfect presentations. So in the next section I will show you how to rehearse, handle Q&A’s, and Wrap-Up to leave a colorful memorable impression in each voter’s belly.

And now I invite you to learn more.

People that work from home and succeed have the habit of being quite active in networking and contacting people. They are communicators. The many who fail in home business ventures often lack the communication and people skills that are needed to succeed. If you intend to set up your own small business or work from home enterprise, please read the following pointers:

1) Don’t Become Isolated: It is an easy trap to fall into to stay home and get stuck in the infinite number of websites on the net. People spend so much time reading skills books and getting ready to get ready. This would be an example of a work from home candidate who is really interested in having his or her own business but has become isolated and blinded by the home business concept. This is also an example of perfectionism where the person wants everything to be perfect before taking the really important actions.

In fact, in home business start up, there’s bound to be obstacles, but if you spend your time reading about the potential obstacles all the time, you won’t get anywhere. You won’t even get the opportunity to face one of these obstacles by reading. Doing is vital, and most of the doing is communicating your ideas with customers, and business partners.

2) Get Supported: It would be foolish to go out there with no background in setting up your own home business. Remember over 95% of home businesses fail. Don’t become part of that statistic. It would be wise to plug into a home business or government support agency to give you support, advice and possibly funding to get you going. The role of communication here is key. You want to come across as being serious about your goals, and honest about your service and skills. Your support will want to help you out but you need to help them too by preparing your plans, and following through on the advice. Keep in close touch with your support network on a weekly basis at least.

3) Get External Opinions: This is another important pointer because you must remember at all times: you can’t do it all on your own! You may be writing info products, or you may be writing a book. You may be writing advertisements that sound or look good to you but on reference they may not be good at all. If you prepare some work at home, you should find the most educated opinions you can afford, and get their advice on your work, and after consultation, you can carry on with your efforts. This doesn’t have to be expensive either. Almost everyone knows someone who writes, or does advertising, or lectures in a college or university. These specialist minds would be often glad to help. It’s up to you to communicate your ideas.

4) Respond to All Contacts: All business contacts you have and potential clients are the basis of your business. It is vital to stay in communication with all of these on a regular basis. If you receive questions, or comments, please always respond to these. People love communication and contact. You can become a really important point of contact if you keep these communication channels open, and healthy.

5) The Servant Attitude: An attitude of serving and helping is always the best one to have. Be humble and when you speak to people you should be friendly and nice and look to help them out with little things to put them at ease. If you listen to any support call center, they will usually ask; “Is there anything else I can help you with today sir?” This is the way to start thinking and it will reap rewards in the long run.

Communication is a key skill and yes it can be improved by practice and becoming a more rounded individual. It’s like anything; use it or lose it. ® All Rights Reserved

Find The Best Credit Card Type by: Ron King

<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8KyNke0FTTNLwrXzZ50dSnaTdwv_p-HQRUkudoZGEH9cnsbdNyPMpDnDpkxAxB-zNGgbCaZ9jzimXyAa1jiEBOyyiCi1nyol_YH8nDLijxLYOLhR_K2-YVm24eBvbIi2RSlmm3A8YTWk/s1600-h/card01.jpeg"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 107px; height: 122px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8KyNke0FTTNLwrXzZ50dSnaTdwv_p-HQRUkudoZGEH9cnsbdNyPMpDnDpkxAxB-zNGgbCaZ9jzimXyAa1jiEBOyyiCi1nyol_YH8nDLijxLYOLhR_K2-YVm24eBvbIi2RSlmm3A8YTWk/s400/card01.jpeg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5321578182568889842" /></a>
There are a variety of credit card types, each claiming to offer you the best possible deal. Finding the programs and incentives that works best for you is key to maintaining a good credit card history.

Each type of credit card offer different benefits. Some are geared toward the individual consumer, while others are set up to work for small businesses. To find the type of card that best fits your needs, let's review some of the options.

Business Cards

A business credit card offers the business owner an opportunity to keep business and personal expenses separate. The card may offer special business rewards and saving opportunities that go above and beyond what the individual card owner has. Since money management is essential for running a business successfully, this card may offer an expense management service that helps track outgoing money. You can obtain additional cards for employees who may need them for travel expenses and such. You may also have a higher credit limit than you normally would on an individual card.

Student Cards

Many credit card companies will issue student cards with lower credit limits and fewer incentives, helping new card users to keep their spending in check. However, note that many college students now graduate with credit balances averaging from $3,000 to $7,000. With high interest rates, these debts can be a real problem to pay off.

Debit Cards

Prepaid debit cards are 1 type of credit card that has grown significantly in recent years. Although it works like a traditional credit card when making a purchase, that is where the similarity ends. With a prepaid debit card, you actually set the credit limit yourself by depositing money into the debit card’s account. The amount you deposit determines the credit limit on that card. This is a great way to have the convenience of a credit card without the possibility of charging more than you can afford to pay off.

Cards for Bad Credit

Even with bad credit, it is possible to obtain a credit card. These cards come with some restrictions not typically found on other types of cards. Your credit limit will be lower and your interest rate higher. Some may require you to have a secured card, meaning you have to maintain a savings or some other type of account that will cover the expenses on the credit card. Once you have established that you will be responsible in your credit handling, some, if not all, of your restrictions may be lifted.

Cash Back Cards

Many cards will now offer you cash-back incentives for using their cards. Depending on how much your balance is, and how often you use the card, you can earn cash back for your purchases. Some companies offer 1% off your balance while others, like Sears, will offer you cash off purchases made in their store. Either way, if you are planning on using a card, finding one that will offer you a cash incentive is a smart choice.

Low-Interest Cards

One of the more recent additions to the credit card world is the low-interest credit card. These cards offer a significantly lower interest rate than most of the older cards you may already have. As balance-transfer cards, most of them offer you the option of transferring a balance from a higher interest rate card and, for a specified period of time, your transferred balance will be at either 0% interest or something quite low. This can save you a fair amount of money if your plan is to pay it off.

Reward and Incentive Cards

Since credit cards have become such a lucrative business, many corporations have jumped on the bandwagon. Even airlines now offer credit cards that come with a certain amount of frequent flyer miles attached, depending on your balance and purchases. If you do a fair amount of traveling, this can be a real bonus. Along these same lines, reward credit cards are growing in popularity. Competition is stiff, and many card companies are now offering different reward or incentive options for using their cards. Once you accumulate enough points, the rewards pour in. These can be anything from travel insurance to small appliances. If you use a card regularly, finding one with a reward program can really pay off.

Instant Approval Cards

Another form of credit card is the instant approval card. Once you fill out the application, a quick background check will be done and you will have your approval almost immediately. Regular cards can take up to 2 weeks to process. Although you can get instant approval, this does not always mean you can get instant credit. Some companies will supply you with a temporary credit card number and allow you to begin making purchases immediately, while others will not, due to an increase in credit card fraud potential.

Protect Your Credit

Since there are so many options in choosing a credit card, you should do a little research before you apply. Decide what type of card best fits your needs and apply for that one. Don't go overboard, though. Applying for too many cards will negatively affect your credit rating.

And, above all, once you get your new credit card, use it responsibly.

Trying to Retire With Less Money Than You Need by: Elizabeth Williams

<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwO7e5Zw8oMgR5knrJRj3e_TtcuGQiMLqMii-c-2ig8Ae14DlXL965XzeNu18um_gRnwNwYZ7onye3Sqamu4owOCFHxx_MVlWJSr6KWeDEGyO6Cp8J_FZRjkhaCU14RZ7InKLGXYxn_ys/s1600-h/money2.jpeg"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 135px; height: 135px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwO7e5Zw8oMgR5knrJRj3e_TtcuGQiMLqMii-c-2ig8Ae14DlXL965XzeNu18um_gRnwNwYZ7onye3Sqamu4owOCFHxx_MVlWJSr6KWeDEGyO6Cp8J_FZRjkhaCU14RZ7InKLGXYxn_ys/s400/money2.jpeg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5321576789312483810" /></a>
The younger you are, the easier it is to ignore what's going on with the economy and the effects of the financial crisis on your personal finances. You can afford to be more optimistic about your financial future because you have so many years ahead of you before you need to worry about retiring.

The closer you are to retirement, the more concerned you will naturally be regarding the amount of money you have in your retirement savings. With every downturn of the economy, you watch your nest egg grow smaller. Here are some practical ways you can survive on less money during your golden years:

Decrease Expenses: You might be surprised discover how many things you pay for every month that are just not necessary. Go through your expenses with a fine toothed comb and make sure you are sticking to the mandatory expenses and not going overboard with unnecessary purchases or subscriptions. Try little changes, like grocery shopping from a list only to limit impulse purchases, take less expensive trips or vacations, get rid of credit card debt or take advantage of a balance transfer offer to save on interest expenses. The money you save can be added to your retirement savings, to help extend the length of time your savings will sustain your lifestyle.

Downsize: Do you have a house that was suitable for a growing family – but seems larger than what you and your significant other really need? Consider downsizing the home to save money on mortgage and/or utility costs. Maintaining a smaller home costs less than maintaining a larger home. You may also be able to move into a condo that involves no maintenance on your part at all, depending on your personal preferences.

Learn to Live Frugally: Cut back on your energy consumption by living by lowering your heat a degree or two, or helping the central air work less by keeping it a degree or two warmer in the summer. Change hot water heating setting to warm, instead of piping hot. None of these small changes will decrease your lifestyle any, and within a week or so you won't even notice the changes other than in your wallet. Try energy efficient compact florescent bulbs for your whole house to decrease your electric bill, and unplug everything you're not currently using since many items draw electricity even if they're not on.

Consider a Part Time Job. If you feel like you've reduced your expenses as much as possible, consider a part time job that will let you earn a little extra cash. If you are computer literate you can work from home writing or doing virtual administrative assistant work. Otherwise, many retailers or restaurants are good places for part time work. In addition to boosting your income, keeping your mind active helps keep you sharp and alert.

Improving your financial situation is often as simple as making small adjustments to your everyday spending habits. Not all of the ideas in this article will work for everyone, but using just a few can add up to big savings over the long term.
