Fat Burner Class

Well its week 4 of the Fat Burner Class and I'm feeling better. Today was a killer as I am fighting a cold but I made it through anyway. Brent, our trainer, even said I showed good improvement in my squats. Sweet!

Saturday Justin and I visited the Morton Arboretum. It is an internationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to the planting and conservation of trees.
