Se pun ingredientele in cuva masinii de paine, in ordinea de mai sus. <em><span style="color:#cc0000;">Daca masina voastra de paine va cere mai intai ingredientele solide, schimbati ordinea.</span></em><br /><br />2. Se pune cuva in masina de paine si se porneste masina: <strong>program normal, coaja medie, 1000 gr.</strong><br /><strong></strong><br />3. Lissa recomanda sa ii servim cu gem si smantana, dar eu mi-am pus imaginatia la bataie si iata ce-a iesit: papanasi cu nutella si iaurt de fructe!<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingrediente</span> <span style="font-style: italic;">(pt 8-9 papanasi, cam 4 portii, 2 papanasi/persoana)</span>:<br />- 125 gr faina<br />- 250 gr branza de vaci<br />- 1 ou intreg<br />- 1 lingura de zahar<br />- 1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat<br />- un varf de cutit de sare.<br /><br />- nutella<br />- 3-4 iaurturi mici de fructe (eu am avut Activia de capsuni)<br />- capsuni din compot<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparare:</span><br /><br />1. Se amesteca ingredientele intr-un bol <span style="font-style: italic;">(in ordinea scrisa mai sus)</span><br /><br />2. Bananele se taie in 4, de-a lungul, se dau prin aluat si se prajesc in ulei.<br /><br />3. Se scot si se pun pe o hartie absorbanta.<br /><br />4. Se taie marginile urate ale aluatului <span style="font-style: italic;">(daca e cazul)</span>.<br /><br />5. Se ung cu nutella si se presara cu cocos <span style="font-style: italic;">(eu am pus cam mult, pentru ca sunt fana cocos)</span>.<br /><br />6. Se aseaza pe un "pat" din siropul ales. <span style="font-style: italic;">(eu am avut sirop canadian de artar, ca e inceput cam de mult si vreau sa il termin).</span><br /><br />7. Daca e inca foarte moale si iese un suc roz din ea, atunci carnita va fi "in sange" adica mai neprajita ea asa. Daca e mai tare <span style="font-style: italic;">(nu foarte tare)</span> si nu iese suc din ea, atunci e facuta.<br />Nu stiu daca ati inteles ceva din ce am vrut eu sa va spun aici dar nu stiu cum sa va explic altfel procedeul de testare. :)<br /><br />8.. Dupa ce e prajita, se ia si se pune pe o hartie absorbanta pt 1-2 minute. Inainte de a o servi, se sareaza sau se pune delikat. Se amesteca mustarul cu zaharul.<br /><br />2. Adaugati ulei cate un pic (cateva picaturi), ca la maioneza. (de fapt, va iesi un fel de maioneza dulceaga fara ou). Aveti mare grija ca la faza asta se poate "taia" usor compozitia. Deci, ulei putin cate putin... si rabdare.<br /><br />3. Dupa ce ati obtinut cantitatea dorita <span style="font-style: italic;">(cu cat mai mult ulei adaugati, cu atata va iesi mai multa)</span>, adaugati zeama de la 1/2 lamaie si amestecati.<br /><br />4. Adaugati tarhonul si amestecati pt omogenizarea compozitiei.<br /><br />5.Potriviti de sare (eu am pus doar foarte putin)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Merge foarte bine cu gratare si fripturi de carne de porc si carne de vita. Atat ar trebui sa spun!<br /><br />Desi pretul e un pic cam piperat (eu l-am luat pe al meu de la Interspar Ungaria cu aproximativ 80 ron), merita fiecare banut.<br />Face niste gratare de pui sau pork steak sau beef steak.....de iti ploua in gura!<br />Gratarele nu ies atat de uleioase ca si cele prajite in tigaie si parca gustul carnitzei e mult mai bun.<br />E suficient de mare sa incapa 2-3 gratare mari (o sa vin si cu demonstratii curand)<br /><br />Ca <span style="font-style: italic;">dezavantaje</span>: o sa va faceti un picut de fum in bucatarie (cu o hota se rezolva bine problema).<br /><br />De curatat, se curata usor: il lasati cu apa fierbinte si detergent de vase cateva ore si apoi frecati bine cu partea mai aspra a unui burete. Clatiti bine si gata.<br /><br />In Romania am vazut la Selgros un astfel de gratar, dar nu mai stiu pretul. Puneti pe foc o tigaie pt clatite unsa si turnati cateva picaturi de ulei in ea.<br />6. Cand s-a incins tigaia, adugati cu un polonic din compozitie in tigaie.<br />7. Miscati tigaia astfel incat aluatul sa se intinda pe toata suprafata tigaii.<br />8. Cand aluatul nu mai e crud deasupra, intoarceti-l.<br /><br />9. Probabil merge mai bine ca si garnitura langa o carnita. Adaugati sarea si zaharul in colturi diferite ale cuvei.<br />Adaugati untul pe margini, taiat bucatele.<br /><br />3. Adaugati drojdia in mijlocul fainii, dar fara sa ajunga la apa. Puneti cuva in masina de paine si setati masina pe programul de aluat cu drojdie (1 ora si 30 min), program care framanta si dospeste aluatul.<br /><br />5. Dupa ce a terminat de dospit, luati aluatul si puneti-l pe o suprafata presarata usor cu faina.<br />Rupeti aluatul in bucatele de 40-50 gr, intideti-le putin cu sucitorul si rulati-le.<br /><br />6. Asezati-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, acoperiti cu un prosop curat si lasati-le la dospit inca 30 min, cam pana isi dubleaza volumul.<br /><br />7. Dati la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 gr Celsius pana se rumenesc bine.<br /><br />8. Cand le scoateti din cuptor, ungeti-le pe deasupra cu putin unt.<br /><div style="text-align: left;"><br /></div><span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">Important: daca la masina voastra de paine se adauga ingredientele solide mai intai, inversati ordinea. A mea le cere pe cele lichide prima data.</span><br /><br />Imi place reteta cu ou pentru ca painea creste mai mult (a mea e putin alba deasupra ca partea aia a atins gemuletul masinii ca nu a mai incaput in masina de cat a crescut). Ungeti cu unt 2 tavi de copt sau captusiti-le cu hartie de copt.<br /><br />2. Cerneti faina intr-un bol mai mare.<br />Drojdia se amesteca cu 60 ml lapte (din cei 280 ml), puneti apoi si restul de lapte. Turnati totul peste faina si amestecati pana obtineti un aluat moale.<br /><br />3. Rasturnati aluatul pe o suprafata presarata cu faina si framantati-l vreo 10 min, pana cand aluatul va deveni elastic si neted.<br />Asezati-l intr-un vas, acoperiti-l si lasati-l la dospit intre 1-1,5 ore.<br /><span style="font-style: italic;font-size:85%;" >(la mine toti pasii de mai sus au fost facuti de tanti masina de paine :D )</span><br /><br />4. Rasturnati aluatul pe o suprafata presarata cu faina si aplatizati-l putin. Dupa ce au mai dospit, luati bilutele si asezati-le in tava. Preincalziti cuptorul la 200 gr. C.
