This is the most important quality an Online Learning student/individual should have because one must know or have the ability to use computers and technology efficiently. Without having the computer knowledge, one cannot experience education online. Without having computer knowledge, Online Learning students would not be able to do their paperwork or assignments given to them.<br /><br />33.3% of the voters have responded that the quality that they think an Online Learning student/individual should have is ‘highly motivated’. This is the second most important quality an Online Learning student/individual should have because a student/individual should be encouraged to do their studying online and obtain reference from various sources to be a successful online learner. Students/individuals should push themselves further and motivate themselves by doing things that will keep them occupied and interested in learning online.<br /><br />16.7% of the voters have responded that the quality that they think an Online Learning student/individual should have is ‘intelligent’. This is another quality an Online Learning student/individual should have. Most probably these voters responded to this is because they feel that a student/individual should have some sort of intelligence in order to be involved in Online Learning.<br /><br />8.3% of the voters have responded that the quality that they think an Online Learning student/individual should have is ‘punctual’. This is another quality an Online Learning student/individual should have. Online Learning students/individuals should be punctual for their lessons online. When a lecturer or professor wants to teach a student online, a student/individual should always be punctual and prepared for their lesson. They should be in front of the computer before the lesson begins.<br /><br />From this, we can conclude that ‘computer literate’ is the most highest quality a student/individual should have and then followed by ‘highly motivated’, ‘intelligent’ and ‘punctual’. So she decided to find it through online because she heard some of her friends said that online learning is much cheaper and have time management. While she is looking for her course in online learning she found that many people study through online learning but most of the people who studying are the people from European country. She said that Malaysian people also studying but not many people compare to European country because she said that most of the Malaysian people doesn’t believe what will happen in online are true. Finally she found out the online course that has make her satisfaction and now she has extra time to study and work. Disciplinary issues in class happened in Traditional Learning. This is because the way the lecture was teaching is wrong. He was scolding the students who were getting low marks for their exam. Besides that, when the lecture left for just a few minutes, the class was having fun and making so much noise and behaving inappropriately. This has made the lecturer conclude that the class has less discipline among the students. Moreover, when the lecturer is teaching in front of the class, the students were making noise for no purpose and the lecturer started to scold the whole class.</p><div style="font-family: georgia; text-align: justify;"> </div><p style="font-family: georgia; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><div style="font-family: georgia; text-align: justify;"> </div><p style="font-family: georgia; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal">In my opinion, the lecturer should not have bad temper when he is teaching his students because the moment he begins scolding, the students will feel unhappy and they will feel be in the mood to study anymore. So, the lecturer should comfort the whole class when they get low marks for the test. Besides that, the lecture should not scold the whole class when they were making noise but instead he should lower down his voice and explain the problem to the class. All the user need to do will be logging in to internet and he or she will be able to do reference. </div><div align="justify"><br />2. Using a voice recorder to teach on the internet. To do so, 1st the teacher will need to record what he or she will be teaching about. Once it's done, it will then be able to be post on the internet. If the student doesn't understand on any particullar subject, feedback will be given so that the teacher will be able to explain them better during the next session. </div><div align="justify"><br />3. Using web cam and video recorder. If the teacher is using the webcam, it means that the class that the teacher is teaching is going on live. It works as a video conference and the student will be able to interact with the teacher directly. </div><div align="justify"><br />Using the vidoe recorder will be something differnce. By using it, the teacher will first record his leature by using a vidoe recorder. Then he or she will post it up on to the internet. the student will then listen and wacth what the leaturer is doing. Besides that, users don’t have to go to the place to study they just have select the time and the place that will make them convenience. Moreover, users can also learning by traveling anywhere and they can also access to the online classes.<br /><br />The others advantages of using online learning is that the users can go for their pace which means that they can follow the flexible time that they have whenever the users have a busy schedule and doesn’t have enough time for learning, or they need more time to learn the subject that like, or users even want to accelerate through the material.<br /><br />In addition, online learning are also for those workplace training is because users can take the class which will make them convenient and also can make them easily access the information whenever they need it to do their work. Usually online learning course are more reasonable than the traditional courses. This is because online learning fees are cheaper and users don’t have to pay extra transportation coasts.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Disadvantages of Online Learning</span><br /><br />Online Learning is also has the disadvantages which some people prefer traditional learning because they can learn better. For the traditional learning users can be interaction with the instructor and other students although online learning try to simulate with the traditional learning but it cannot replace it.<br /><br />If users want to succeed for the online learning they must learn some specific skills which they must be responsible for their own learning, have self-motivated and also must have a good time management skills. If users does not have the skill to learn online learning courses they will have to choose traditional learning.<br /><br />The other disadvantages of the online learning is when the users are talking about online learning grids and virtual educational communities, it is accessibility but not everyone is really ready to access to a computer with an internet connection so without the internet users are facing the hard part.<br /><br />Many users think that online learning only have advantages and will neglect the disadvantages.
