I have the seasonal flu jab every year and this year I had both the swine flu jab as well as the seasonal flu jab. I got the swine flu jab on my non-dominant arm.

I must say the swine flu jab arm was much sore compared to the normal one. I had it 2 days ago and it is still sore now. The worst was the first night after the jab, I dare not even turn during sleeping as I was aware of the pain.

Then now it is getting better. During the first day I also had headache, not sure it's caused by the swine jab or not seasonal jab. But then I never got headache with seasonal jab.

Definitely more sore getting the swine flu jab.

It is unusual for pilots to warn passengers that the flight will be 'bumpy'. Signifying that it will be a turbulent flight. Flying on a small plane, ie Fokker, is never that stable, but yesterday it was pretty shaky. I can feel the plane swaying from left to right, rotating. I must say it is not an easy job for the pilot to control the plane with 15/16 knots of wind. I always thought that turbulence can only caused by difference in pressure.

The worst I have experienced so far was on an international flight, big plane, dropping down 100 feet, well, describing it as like on a roller coaster would be similar.

When we were young, we went to school, we had fun in college or university. No worries about anything at all. Going into my 30-year-old stage now, I realise that there are so much in life to do, and what I actually want for my life.

Being it simple a life, get a house, a car, getting married and have children, seeing parents and friends, having holidays, all that we have to work hard for.

Sometimes getting them done, with hard work is very satisfying. We don't need a big house, maids, expensive cars with chauffer.

Most important thing is, imagine what you want in your future, and actuallly achieving it.

In Asia, they have their own celebrities and so famous but we never heard of from here.

This is one of them, from Taiwan, best actress of the year.

Ariel Lin (Chinese: 林依晨; pinyin:Lín Yīchén; born October 29, 1982 in Taipei) is a Taiwanese actress and singer.

Lin was first discovered in the Taiwanese variety show Guess and was the champion of the pretty subway girl contest in the show. After appearing in several television roles in Taiwanese dramas during the early 2000s, she rose to fame for playing the role of Yuan Xiang Qin in the hit drama series It Started With a Kiss opposite Joe Cheng.

I never really think of the life in a submarine till today.

I agree North Korea should be more transparent on what they are doing.

Letting others know more clearly what they are doing.

But again, if let say the country who is firing the missle is not North Korea,

Even young children today have mobile phones to bring to the school.

Imagine 10 years ago, this will be a unseen scene.

Whether they really need the mobile phone or not, I am not sure.

Just to call the parents after school is the only practical thing I can think of.

Other than that, I think children is more keen to use its games function.

Nowadays the internet is so widely available to everyone, and there is no strict rules to govern the use of it.

It is hard to monitor its use anyway.

It is not right to download copyrighted stuff, but most of the people are doing it.

There are two common routes of doing this.

Firstly, using the Bittorrent machine.

Secondly, using the Emule machine.

Of course, after you get these machines, you need to know where to download the stuff you need.

Bittorrent is faster, you can search for the newest movies etc at

mininova.org

However, because they are so new you cannot guarantee the quality.

For a more comprehensive list of things to download,

VeryCD.com

is the place to go, but it is in chinese, although you can just type in key words and search.

For musics etc, you can search them directly in emule search engine, they are usually available.

Trust me, there is a way to get anything.

Remember to delete them 24 hours after downloading.

Certainly the spokeman has done a good job not to create a panic situation.

Although it's hard for the savers to remain calm when they hear about this.

Imagine your bank is up for sale, and you don't know who is buying it, or whether it can cover it's debt.

I presume not many buyers can afford a multi million sale.

And the government cannot bail it out.

It was hoped the Dunfermline could continue with a government bailout of between £60m to £100m.

However, the regulators have decided it is no longer viable, with a £26m loss expected to be announced next week.

I can't think of anything else.

When Northern Rock went into trouble, so many people just want to withdraw from it.

The same with Dumfermline Building Society?

Pretty much so, as human nature asks us to protect ourselves.

Just when you think HP 2140 is a good enough substitution for 2133, think again.

I know it is now Windows OS, bigger screen with 2140.

But 2150 has got one more advantage, it has a built in 3G.

However, the bad news is, it's not out till June 2009.

Wait if you have the patience.

HP may have just launched the HP 2140 Mini-Note during CES last week, but DigiTimes reports the company is already planning another model called the HP 2150 Mini-Note. THe 2150 will basically be the same machine as the 2140, but it will have a built in 3G wireless module
and should be available in June, about four months after the February release date for the HP 2140.
Both netbooks will have a 10.1 inch display with resolutions up to 1366 x 768 pixels, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a 160GB HDD or 80GB SSD and a 3 or 6 cell battery.

Unlike the HP Mini 1000 netbook which is being handled by HP’s consumer division, the HP 2133/2140/2150 Mini-Note models are part of HP’s commercial division, which means that while anyone can purchase one of these netbooks, the machines are aimed at business users. And the next is HP Mini 1000 Mi Netbook.

Well, I don't think it's available yet in UK.

As mentioned above, HP 2140 is not bad, but the 2150 is not far from coming out.

I can't seem to find any store which sells 2140 though.

Lastly it is the Compact 700.

This is the only one available. I had a look at it at PCworld.

Not bad, but there is no output for external monitor.

I never know much about rugby.

But the match between Scotland and England today was pretty entertaining.

A lot of brute force and blood.

A lot of good trials from England.

A lot of good kicks from Scotland.

Unlike the game between Italy and France, well, not much fun.

England is leading now 21 to 12, 10 more minutes to go.
