How to Add Quick Launch to Windows 7 task bar

Windows 7 Quick Launch is located under your user profile at: AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch.

To add to taskbar:

Right click on a empty space on the taskbar, then select Toolbars and click on New Toolbar. Read more at Windows SevenForums.com.

Internet Explorer is faster & safer than it used to be. When combined with Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9 provides 256-bit encryption, and that's not bad when compared with FireFox (Mozilla) 128-bit and Google's Chrome, 128-bit. The Wise Old Blogger always recommends some of the best and safest Internet software. Our latest great find is a FREE program that used to be called Crap Cleaner, and is now known as CCleaner.

This program is F-A-S-T and safe. Our computers continue to run normally after using CCleaner.

We are currently using MS Security Essentials for SpyWare and Virus protection. And, since the better half discovered KeyScrambler, we've been encrypting everything we type in a browser, including e-mail. These programs are Free and are working well for Internet safety.

Registry Cleaners:

Some registry cleaners are "use at your own risk" because files needed for System Restore points may be removed; while other registry cleaners automatically create a new restore point before performing changes. A great idea

I recently came up with an idea for Alaska in lieu of budget problems and wildly fluctuating oil prices and the high cost of living. Having grown up in the midwest, I remember the "farmers coops" that allow farmers to buy farm products at lower prices because of the buying power of all the coops members. There are also electric and grocery coops in many parts of the country... So, why not create an Oil Coop? Oil and gas companies would gladly sell their crude oil and natural gas to the members coop for refining and distribution to members at reduced prices!

Wow, what an idea! Imagine the people of a huge oil state, paying less for gasoline instead of more. And, for good reason: It's our oil! Post your comments and if we like it, we'll publish it.
