Kawasaki Vulcan Special Edition 900

I just looked at the Kawasaki Vulcan Special Edition 900, anyone see anything special about it? The bike itself is a good bike, don't get me wrong. If you slap a special edition sticker on it and follow it up with actual stickers on the fenders and plastic covers over the spark plugs, how special is it?
When I first saw it from a distance it had a little "wow" factor but my feeling is that they took short-cuts that take away from a cool design. Why not get it right the first time?
