You'll receive the router, adapter, and a length of ethernet cable to get you going. No Linksys CD, but if you need to revert to the original firmware, it's always available at the Linksys site.

The DD-WRT firware allows you to make this router do some very great things other routers are unable to do! Use any Wireless Access Point to access the Internet!
