Questo è il grande tema per le aziende che vogliono competere oggi nei mercati globali.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La risposta che io propongo è ciò che ho definito la &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;"focalizzazione distribuita"&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; si tratta di creare un ambiente fertile per favorire lo sviluppo di robuste competenze in aree precise e ben circoscritte, ma anche di creare un processo di condivisione di queste competenze, con lo scopo di permettere la diffusione di nuove competenze attraverso processi di ibridazione attraverso la collaborazione .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se questo concetto (non nuovo) può essere condivisibile sul piano teorico, poiché nessuna entità (impresa, organizzazione, ente) è in grado oggi di lavorare in modo indipendente ed autonomo, ma deve trovare forme di collaborazione, trova invece forti resistenti nella sua applicazione.  La collaborazione implica una perdita di controllo e questo  per molte persone è inaccettabile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ho avuto modo recentemente di partecipare come docente al &lt;a href="http://www.ttgincontri.it/interna.aspx?idA=1009"&gt;TTG Lab &lt;/a&gt;alla fiera del Turismo di Rimini,  dove ho presentato sei workshop in due giorni, su temi legati al turismo, ma anche diversi fra loro. Nel contempo ho preparato altri due workshop per altri settori merceologici. Non sarebbe mai stato possibile se non utilizzando un approccio a network sulla ricerca e sviluppo su nuovi temi del marketing strategico con altre persone dal background completamente differente dal mio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La società di consulenza di cui sono partner, è organizzata a network. Stiamo creando innovazione mettendo insieme metodologie del Knowledge Management con processi del pensiero creativo per lo sviluppo di nuove idee, stiamo lavorando su nuovi modelli della promozione digitale mettendo insieme le comunità di videomaker con esperti di tecnologie dell'informazione, per citare alcuni progetti su cui stiamo lavorando, ma stiamo soprattutto  creando &lt;a href="http://www.innovacting.com/innovacting/cosa-facciamo/reti-di-imprese.php"&gt;reti di imprese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si stanno definendo nuovi mercati dalle potenzialità straordinarie, che richiedono nuove competenze distintive e differenzianti. Occorre però fuggire dal rischio di un eccesso di specializzazione, perchè fa perdere la visione di insieme. (Se sei un martello l'unica cosa che vedi sono chiodi).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ci sono oggi ampie possibilità per far sviluppare nuovi mercati nell'ambito della comunicazione, del marketing, ma come è stato fatto notare allo IAB FORUM 2008, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;mancano i presupposti per la creazione di una nuova filiera e quindi di una nuova catena del valore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La realtà dei fatti dimostrerà a brevissimo, se la logica dell'integrazione verticale o della mera esternalizzazione sarà ancora vincente oppure no. per favorire  i processi di sviluppo dell'empatia in azienda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alcune considerazioni:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="font-style: italic; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;molte aziende si dichiarano orientate al cliente, ma non lo sono di fatto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;non basta lavorare su valori, sulla cultura e sui processi, occorre anche agire profondamente sull'empatia in azienda, considerando il fattore umano quale elemento centrale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;l'orientamento al cliente non è in contrasto con la profittabilità, al contrario&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;non occorre reinventare nuove discipline del marketing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;la vera sfida dei programmi di customer satisfaction riguarda l'utilizzo delle informazioni raccolte per migliorare i processi interni&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;comprendere i clienti senza coinvolgimento non è sufficiente&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sentire solidalmente è la chiave per una comprensione profonda&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sono i dettagli a fare la differenza nel processo esperienziale dei clienti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;agire consapevolmente, significa rivedere il ruolo di un'impresa nell'ambiente in cui opera a 360 gradi ed essere disponibili a mettere la propria organizzazione costantemente in discussione&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Forse il concetto di &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;"umanità dell'azienda"&lt;/span&gt; Baltimore: United Book Press&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Empatia&lt;/span&gt;: Capacità di comprendere lo stato d'animo e la situazione emotiva di un'altra persona, in modo immediato, prevalentemente senza ricorso alla comunicazione verbale. Il concetto ha trovato applicazione, alla fine del 20° sec., nella cd. 'psicologia del sé' di H. (Disclaimer - Sono coinvolto nel progetto TTG LAB come formatore,   presentando in questa edizione, cinque workshop)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;TTG Incontri&lt;/span&gt;, molto intelligentemente e in modo lungimirante ha deciso di non "monopolizzare la conversazione", ma di offrire ospitalità a tutti gli operatori che sono oggi attivi nei diversi Social Network per conversare sui temi del turismo. I video verranno raccolti tramite il portale www.ermes.net e diffusi attraverso molteplici canali di distribuzione: social network, web tv e canali satellitari. I migliori, valutati da una giuria di esperti e direttamente dal pubblico web, consentiranno agli autori di partecipare ad esperienze di turismo responsabile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La campagna è sostenuta da Mondial Assistance grazie allo stanziamento di 2 euro per ogni polizza venduta attraverso il portale www.e-mondial.it.
