&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

250g de margarina, 1 ovo, 2 1/2 xícaras de farinha de trigo 1 1/2xícara de maizena,1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó,1 xícara de queijo parmesão ralado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;
Bata a margarina até ficar leve, junte o ovo e bata bem, peneire juntos a farinha de trigo, a amaizena e o fermento. Adecione a margarina, alterando com o queijo . Amasse bem até desprender das mãos . Modele biscoitos formando cordões, cortando no tamanho desejado e polvilhe com queijo provolene ralado. Coloque em tabuleiro polvilhado com farinha de trigo, asse em forno moderado 190º por 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

1 á 2 Kg de sardinhas frescas&lt;br /&gt;
1&amp;nbsp;copo americano&amp;nbsp;de oleo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2&amp;nbsp;copo americano&amp;nbsp;de vinagre&lt;br /&gt;
1 copo de água&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e Pimenta á gosto&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola media inteira&lt;br /&gt;
coentro á gosto&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Limpe as sardinhas,retirando o máximo possível das espinhas deixando as sardinhas interias,&lt;br /&gt;
coloque -as&amp;nbsp; bem arrumadinhas na panela,e por cima vai colocando os engredientes,coloque o sal,a pimenta do reino,a cebola inteiras em rodelas finas,o alho espremidos,as 2 colheres de sopa do molho de tomate e o coentro, coloque por cima 1 x de oleo, 1/2x de vinagre.&lt;br /&gt;
Tampe a panela&amp;nbsp; e coloque em fogo alto até pegar á pressão, depois abaixe o fogo deixando cozinhar aproximadamente de 30 á 40 minutos. A pós o cozimento deixar enfriar totalmente para poder abrir a panela,a mesma estando bem fria abre e &amp;nbsp;retire -as da panela colocando em uma tigela ou bandeja e pode se servir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
OBS. as espinhas restantes&amp;nbsp;ficam moles, e também pode usar no lugar de&amp;nbsp;1 copo de oleo, usar 1/2 copo de oleo e 1/2 copo de azeite de oliva. Ai vai á gosto&lt;br /&gt;

Acrescente o chocolate,derretido em banho maria, a gema e a manteiga amolecida. Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre, até adquirir uma consistência pastosa, sem deixar ferver.Junte o vinho do porto. Coloque em um refratário raso e leve à geladeira por 4 horas. Faça bolinhas com auxilio de 2 colheres de chá e passe pelo chocolate em pó misturando ao açucar de confeiteiro.
