My lil’ lady bean was practically born standing up. In comparison to how lackadaisical her big brother was as a baby, my darling girl has been ahead of the curve physically from day one. She had control of her neck shockingly early and even when she was a teeny weeny infant, we could feel how strong her legs were. She’s a little powerhouse and sitting still is most definitely not her thing. Neither is lying on her back. She screamed every…single…time we gave her a bath until she was able to sit up. From that moment on, bath time has been a breeze.

I’m sure you can imagine why diaper changes have become increasingly harder to do. The traditional diaper changing process was not designed for a baby that hates lying on her back and just wants to be up and standing. That’s why Huggies Little Movers Slip-Ons are so genius. I can literally pull them on her while she’s in her favorite position…standing up and dancing at her music table. Oh yeah…my daughter can get down! Just sayin’. She literally squealed the first time I put one on her. while she was gettin’ her groove on! It was quite the first fitting.

On a side note, I can’t believe how fast she’s growing up. I mean, wasn’t it just yesterday that we were taking her home from the hospital? I know moms always say that, but it’s true. You feel like you give birth to this precious miracle one moment and the next she’s on the verge of walking. Le sigh. Ok, back to the topic at hand…

Yesterday, the hubs and I celebrated six years of wedding bliss. After nearly eight years together and two beautiful kids, all I can say is I hope that you all have the love and happiness in your life that I’ve found in mine!

Happy anniversary to my favorite partner in crime! It’s amazing that two people that hate The Hangover found each other. Haha!

Happy Monday lovelies! I hope you had a fabulous weekend! The hubs and I hit six years of wedded bliss on Sunday, so we took our beautiful babies and headed to Disney World for the weekend to celebrate. We had such a blast, but I’m still recovering. Haha! So, no Monday Mingle lookbook for me, but I do have some of the lil’ lady bean’s recent ensembles. Have I mentioned how much I love dressing her up?
