यह देखने में आया है कि जिन लोगों की इम्युनिटी कमजोर है और जिनकी लाइफ़स्टाइल खराब है, उनको ही कोरोना वायरस अधिक हुआ है| तो सबसे पहले हमें अपनी इम्यूनिटी को स्ट्रांग करना है और अपनी लाइफ स्टाइल में कुछ छोटी-छोटी बातें शामिल करनी हैं|

इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने के तरीके

इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने के लिए आप गर्म पानी दिन में तीन चार बार पी सकते हैं| एक गिलास पानी को उबाल लो और जब वह थोड़ा ठंडा होकर गुनगुन हल्का गर्म रह जाये तब जैसे चाय पीते हैं वैसे ही आराम से घूँट-घूँट कर के पी सकते हैं|

दूसरा उपाय है, आपको दिन में एक बार भांप लेनी है| एक गिलास पानी में आधी छोटी चम्मच अजवाइन और एक चुटकी हल्दी पाउडर डाल कर इसे उबाल लेना है और जब इसमें से भांप निकलने लग जाए तो गैस बंद कर देनी है| आपको सिर पर तौलिया ढक कर इसकी भांप लेनी है, अपनी नाक से सांस ले और साथ ही मुंह से सांस लेते हुए भांप लेनी है ताकि भांप गले और फेफड़ों में अच्छी तरह जा सके और इसका फ़ायदा आपको मिल सके| पंखा या एसी बंद रखना है|

जिनको एसिडिटी और गैस की अधिक समस्या रहती है वे लोग भांप का उपयोग कम करें!

तीसरा उपाय, रात को एक गिलास पानी गर्म करके उसमें एक चुटकी नमक डाल कर हल्के गर्म पानी से गरारे करें इससे गले में दर्द, गले में खराश भी खत्म हो जाएगी|

चौथा उपाय, तीन चम्मच गिलोय का रस और 3 चम्मच आंवले का रस मिलाकर रोज सुबह फ्रेश होने के बाद खाली पेट पी लेना है इसके आधे घंटे बाद चाय नाश्ता कर सकते हैं| गिलोय और आंवला दोनों ही चीजें इम्युनिटी के लिए तो बहुत बढ़िया होती हैं|

इसके अलावा आप प्रत्येक सुबह प्राणायाम भी करें ताकि आपके फेफड़ों की क्षमता बढ़ सके|

अपनी खाने पीने की आदत बदलें, जंक फ़ूड कम खाएं और फल सब्जी अधिक खाएं, घर का बना हुआ साधारण भोजन करें, तेल मिर्च मसाले कम उपयोग करें| समय पर सो जाना चाहिए और सुबह जल्दी उठकर प्राणायाम और हलकी कसरत करें|

इन सब उपायों से आपको अपनी इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने में सहायता मिलेगी और कोरोना से लड़ने की शक्ति आयेगी|

एसिडिटी / पित्त के लक्षण, कारण और इसे ठीक करने के उपाय

एसिडिटी के लक्षण: जिन व्यक्तियों को एसिडिटी होती है उन्हें सीने में जलन होना, सिर में भारीपन या दर्द होना, खट्टी डकार आना, जी मिचलाना, पेट फुलना, सीने में दर्द होना, कभी उलटी होना या पतले दस्त होना, शरीर में जलन होना, प्यास ज्यादा लगना, चक्कर आना, इनमें से कुछ ना कुछ लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं| | अधिक समय तक पित्त की समस्या में कॉम्प्लिकेशंस भी दिखाई देते हैं, जैसे त्वचा का लाल होना, खुजली या जलन होना, खून की कमी होना, बालों का सफेद होना या झड़ना और कभी-कभी अल्सर अर्थात आंतों में घाव भी बन जाता है जैसे गैस्ट्रिक अल्सर या ड्योडनल अल्सर|

पित्त बढ़ने के कारण: इसमें सबसे जरूरी है हमारा खान-पान हम कब, क्या, कितना और किस तरह से खाना खा रहे हैं यह जानना बहुत आवश्यक है| सबसे पहले देखते हैं कि खाना कब खाना चाहिए| पेट अच्छे से साफ होने के बाद, अच्छी भूख लगने पर भोजन करना चाहिए| सुबह का खाना 10:00 बजे से 2:00 बजे तक ले सकते हैं| हो सके तो 12:00 बजने के पहले आप खाना खा लेना चाहिए ताकि अगले 2 घंटे जो पित्त का समय होता है उसमें भोजन का पचन अच्छे से शुरू हो सके|

खाने का समय भी फिक्स रखें अगर भोजन पचाने वाला पित्त तैयार है और उसको खाना नहीं मिला तो वह भी तकलीफ दे सकता है शाम का खाना भी जल्दी खा ले खाना खाने और सोने के बीच में ढाई से 3 घंटे का अंतर रखें ताकि खाने का पाचन अच्छा हो और नींद भी अच्छी आए अगर इन नियमों का पालन नहीं करते तो खाना ठीक से नहीं पचेगा अगर आपने पहले कुछ खाया है और आपको भूख नहीं है फिर भी सिर्फ स्वाद के लिए आप खाते हैं तो यह भी अच्छा नहीं है इसके साथ ही आयुर्वेद ने विरुद्ध आहार का वर्णन किया है यानी ऐसी चीजें जिनका साथ में सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए जैसे दूध और खट्टे फल तो मिल्कशेक विरुद्ध आहार है शहद को भी कभी गर्म नहीं करना है और ना ही इसे गर्म चीजों के साथ सेवन करना है, दही को भी कभी गर्म नहीं करना है, दूध और नमक भी कभी साथ में नहीं लेना है, चाय के साथ रोटी भी नहीं लेनी चाहिए क्योंकि चाय में दूध और रोटी में नमक होता है और चाय पित्तवर्धक भी होती है|

यदि किसी को अपचन या इनडाइजेशन हुआ है तो तकलीफ दूर होने तक या अच्छी भूख लगने तक कुछ ना खाएं आप सिर्फ थोड़ा थोड़ा गर्म पानी पी सकते हैं इसके साथ ही जंक फूड, बेकरी प्रोडक्ट्स या फिर तला हुआ भोजन पचने में भारी खाना, जैसे नॉन वेज है या ऐसा खाना जो बहुत ज्यादा मिर्च मसाले डालकर बनाया गया है या फिर चीज पनीर इन चीजों का अगर आप बार-बार सेवन करते हैं या फिर फर्मेंटेड फूड जैसे इडली ढोकला आपके खाने में ज्यादा है तो यह सब चीजें पित्त को बढ़ाने वाली हैं| जो लोग बहुत ज्यादा उपवास करते हैं या उपवास के दिनों में साबूदाना या तली हुई चीजें ज्यादा खाते हैं उनको भी एसिडिटी की तकलीफ होती है|

ज्यादा पानी पीना भी पित्त बढ़ाने का एक कारण है| आयुर्वेद ग्रंथों के अनुसार स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को भी पानी कम पीना चाहिए| आप अपनी प्यास प्रकृति और मौसम के अनुसार पानी पियें, बिना प्यास के नहीं| जब आप खड़े-खड़े खाना खाते हैं या टीवी देखते हुए, बातें करते हुए खाना खाते हैं या फिर अगर आप गुस्से में हैं, किसी बात का मन में डर है, चिंता है या आपका मूड ठीक नहीं है तो इस समय अगर खाना खाएंगे तो उसका पचन भी ठीक से नहीं होगा| इसके अलावा रात में जागना, दिन में सोना या बहुत सारे काम एक समय पर करना, जिसे मल्टीटास्किंग कहा जाता है यह भी पित्त को बढ़ाता है|

पित्त कम करने के उपाय और आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां: जो खाना हम खा रहे हैं वह हमारे लिए अच्छा हो, जितना आवश्यक है उतना ही हो और उसमें हरे पत्ते वाली सब्जियां कम मात्रा में होनी चाहिए| खाना ताज़ा और हल्का हो, भोजन का स्वाद कसेला, कड़वा और मीठा रस का होना चाहिए जो पित्त को कम करता है| खाने में आप करेला, लौकी जैसी सब्जियां खा सकते हैं| मूंग की दाल लिया करें, शुद्ध देसी गाय का घी भी खाने में जरूर लें|

आंवले का मुरब्बा या चूर्ण भी आप ले सकते हैं| धनिया, जीरा, सौंफ को पानी में उबालकर पानी का सेवन आप कर सकते, यह पानी भी पित्त के बढ़ने से जो जलन होती है उसको कम करता है| सोंठ के पाउडर को मिश्री के साथ सुबह लेने से भी जी मिचलाना उल्टी जैसा लगना जैसी तकलीफ में आराम देता है, पाव चम्मच सोंठ का चूर्ण और आधा चम्मच मिश्री का पाउडर आप साथ में ले सकते हैं| शतावरी का चूर्ण या शतावरी कल्प, मुलेठी का चूर्ण भी पित्त की समस्या में फायदेमंद होता है| इसके अलावा आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां भी हैं जैसे अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण, कामदुधा रस आदि|

चाय और कॉफ़ी भारत में सबसे अधिक बिकने वाले पेय हैं| भारत में ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे विश्व में चाय और कॉफ़ी का सेवन सबसे अधिक किया जाता है|

अधिकतर लोगों का दिन चाय या कॉफ़ी के बिना आरंभ नहीं होता है| बिना चाय या कॉफ़ी पिए दिन आरंभ करना सोचना भी मुश्किल है| लगभग हर गली नुक्कड़ पर आपको चाय कॉफ़ी की दुकान मिल जाएगी जहाँ लोग चाय या कॉफ़ी की चुस्की लेते दिखेंगे| बूढ़े हो या जवान, सब की पसंद है चाय या कॉफ़ी| कोई दूध के साथ या कोई बिना दूध के साथ पीते हैं|

लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि चाय और कॉफ़ी में से कौन सी स्वास्थ्य के लिए अधिक लाभकारी है?

विज्ञान के अनुसार, चाय और कॉफ़ी दोनों ही बिना अल्कोहल (alcohol) वाले मसालेदार (flavored) पेय हैं जिनको पीना स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक नहीं है| विज्ञान के अधिकतर अध्ययनों में चाय और कॉफ़ी पीने के लाभों को ही बताया गया है|

चाय के सभी प्रकारों, जैसे कि ब्लैक टी, ग्रीन टी, येलो टी इत्यादि, में अच्छी मात्रा में एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स पाए जाते हैं जो आपकी इम्युनिटी (रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता) को बढ़ाते हैं| यह भी बताया गया है कि इसको पीने से टाइप 2 डायबिटीज और हार्ट अटैक का खतरा कम होता है| इसके अलावा चाय में EGCG (एक प्रकार का फिनॉल जो फैट सेल्स को घटाता है) होता है जिससे वज़न घटाने में सहायता होती है|

विज्ञान में अनुसंधानों के अनुसार कॉफ़ी भी ऐसा पेय है जो कैंसर, डायबिटीज, अल्झाइमर और पार्किन्सन जैसी बीमारियों से बचाव कर सकता है| लेकिन यह भी कहा जाता है कि अत्यधिक कॉफ़ी या चाय पीने से स्वास्थ्य पर गलत प्रभाव भी पड़ता है|

कॉफ़ी या चाय अधिक मात्रा में पीने से नुकसान इसलिए हो सकता है क्योंकि इन दोनों में ही टैनिन (TANNIN) और कैफीन (CAFFEINE) नामक पदार्थ होते हैं| टैनिन से एनीमिया हो सकता है और दांत पीले पड़ सकते हैं| और कैफीन से ब्लड प्रेशर और हार्ट रेट बढ़ सकता है और इससे हड्डियों में कैल्शियम की कमी होती है| कैफीन के कारण ही लोगों को इनकी आदत लग जाती है और फिर इनको छोड़ना कठिन होता है|

साइंस के अनुसार दिन में 2-4 कप चाय या कॉफ़ी पीने से नुकसान नहीं होता है और खाली पेट कभी भी नहीं पीनी चाहिए|

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार चाय और कॉफ़ी दोनों ही शरीर में सूखापन और गर्मी बढ़ाने वाले पदार्थ होते हैं| जिससे गैस और एसिडिटी हो सकती है| इनके लगातार प्रयोग से पाचन बिगड़ सकता है, बाल झड़ने और सफ़ेद होने की समस्या हो सकती है|

आयुर्वेद में चाय और कॉफ़ी का बेहतर विकल्प है जिसका नाम है अर्जुन चाय| यह चाय एल्कलाइन होती है और ब्लड सुगर लेवल को ठीक रखती है और ह्रदय के लिए टॉनिक का काम करती है| इसका कोई साइड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं होता है| यह चर्बी कम करती है| इसे आप बिना दूध के या दूध डाल कर चाय की तरह ही बनाकर पी सकते हैं| चीनी की जगह इसमें मिश्री, शक्कर या शहद डाला जा सकता है|

इसके अलावा यदि आप चाय या कॉफ़ी छोड़ना या कम करना चाहते हैं तो आप तुलसी, लौंग, अदरक इत्यादि वाली चाय भी पी सकते हैं! चाय या कॉफ़ी में चीनी की जगह आप शक्कर या मिश्री मिलाकर पी सकते हैं| इसके अलावा आप हॉट चॉकलेट पी सकते हैं या आजकल बाज़ार में Decaffeinated कॉफ़ी भी मिलती है जिसमें कैफीन की मात्रा बहुत कम होती है लेकिन स्वाद वही होता है|

'Thalaivi' / 'थलईवी' का ट्रेलर रिलीज़ हो गया है| कंगना के दमदार अभिनय के कारण ट्रेलर बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है| यह फिल्म जयललिता के जीवन पर आधारित है| वैसे भारत में बायोग्राफी फिल्मों में पूरा सच कभी नहीं दिखाया जाता है| पहले की जितनी भी बायोग्राफी बनी हैं उन सभी में पूरा सच नहीं दिखाया गया है| इन फिल्मों को फ़िल्मी स्टाइल में बनाया जाता है जिसमें कुछ सीन्स ऐसे होते हैं जो सच्चाई से परे होते हैं|

ऐसी घटनाओं को नहीं दिखाया जाता है जिससे उस व्यक्ति की छवि पर प्रभाव पड़े| यह फिल्म पूरी तरह से कंगना की लग रही है, बाकि और कोई नहीं दिखा जिसका रोल कुछ कहने लायक हो|

कंगना को जयललिता की तरह दिखने के लिए बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ी होगी और उनके लुक के लिए प्रोस्थेटिक्स का प्रयोग किया गया है जिससे वो दिखने में जयललिता लगे| अभिनय के मामले में कंगना बहुत सक्षम कलाकार हैं किसी भी भूमिका को संभालने में|

कंगना को इस भूमिका में देखना बहुत रोचक होगा|

'D Company' / 'डी कंपनी' फिल्म का ट्रेलर रिव्यु

5 मार्च 2021 को 'D Company' / 'डी कंपनी' का ट्रेलर रिलीज़ हुआ था YouTube पर| नाम देख कर ही लगा था कि राम गोपाल वर्मा की फिल्म होगी! रामू के अलावा और कौन बना सकता है यह फिल्म| लगता है रामू भैया पगला गए हैं, उनको और कोई कहानी सूझती ही नहीं है| इससे पहले वो कई फ़िल्में बना चुके हैं अंडरवर्ल्ड पर लेकिन अभी भी वो इसी सब्जेक्ट पर अटके हुए हैं| एक वेबसीरीज भी शुरू की थी अंडरवर्ल्ड पर जिसका नाम था 'Guns & Thighs', इस सीरीज का क्या हुआ पता नहीं, किसी भी OTT प्लेटफार्म पर रिलीज़ नहीं हुई यह सीरीज|

रामू जी ने पहले कई बहुत अच्छी फ़िल्में बनाई हैं, जिनमें 'रात', 'शिवा', 'सत्या', 'सरकार' प्रमुख हैं| और भी कई अलग प्रकार की फ़िल्में हैं उनकी| उनका कैमरा वर्क, बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक और स्क्रीनप्ले बहुत अलग तरह का होता है| लेकिन पिछले कुछ वर्षों से उनकी कोई भी अच्छी फिल्म नहीं आई है|

लगता है उनकी क्रिएटिविटी ख़तम हो गयी है, कोई नई कहानी नहीं मिल रही है उनको या फिर उनको बस अंडरवर्ल्ड की दुनिया से लगाव है| ऐसे ही एक और निर्देशक हैं, संजय गुप्ता| उनको भी बस अंडरवर्ल्ड की दुनिया पर फ़िल्में बनाने में रूचि होती है|

लोगों को अब ऐसी अंडरवर्ल्ड की फ़िल्में देखने में कोई रूचि नहीं है, वो समय अलग था जब अंडरवर्ल्ड फिल्मों का ट्रेंड चल रहा था और उनकी फ़िल्में अच्छी चलती थीं|

इस फिल्म के ट्रेलर में भी वही सब दिख रहा है| पहले की फिल्मों की तरह कैमरा वर्क है और बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक भी वैसा ही है| कुछ नया नहीं लग रहा है| और अभिनेताओं को देख कर तो हंसी आ रही है, कहाँ से पकड़ कर लाये हैं पता नहीं| सब कार्टून लग रहे हैं|

अजवायन (Carom Seeds) के लाभ और नुकसान

अजवायन हर घर की रसोई में देखा जा सकता है और इसका उपयोग सब्जियों और बाकि चीज़ों में किया जाता है| लेकिन इसका उपयोग केवल खाने में मसाले के रूप में ही नहीं बल्कि आयुर्वेद के अनुसार इसका उपयोग औषधि के रूप में भी किया जाता है|

अजवायन की प्रकृति गरम और सूखी होती है|

गरम होने के कारण अजवायन वायु का शमन करता है और वायु के कारण होने वाले दर्द को भी ठीक करता है| इसके अतिरिक्त यह सूखा होता है तो शरीर में जमे कफ या बलगम को भी कम करता है| पेट के कीड़े मारने में भी इसका उपयोग होता है|

यदि पेट में कीड़े हैं और पेट में दर्द होता है तो आप लगभग एक चम्मच अजवायन गुनगुने पानी के साथ ले सकते हैं|

पाचन बिगड़ा हुआ है तो गुनगुने पानी में अजवायन के साथ आप थोड़ा काला नमक या सादा नमक डालके भी ले सकते हैं| ऐसा करने से आपके पाचन में सुधार होगा|

कई लोगों को दूध पचने में समस्या होती है| यदि आप दूध पीने से पहले या दूध पीने के बाद थोड़ी अजवायन ले लेते हैं तो यह दूध पचाने में सहायता करता है|

छाछ के साथ अजवायन लेने से विशेष लाभ मिलते हैं, पाचन ठीक होगा, भूख अच्छी लगेगी और बवासीर का दर्द कम करेगी|

जिन महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म की समस्या है वे भी छाछ में अजवायन ले सकती हैं, इससे समय पर माहवारी आने लगेगी| लेकिन जिन महिलाओं को माहवारी अधिक हो रही है या ब्लीडिंग होती है या पित्त की तकलीफ है उनको अजवायन का उपयोग बहुत कम करना चाहिए क्योंकि अजवायन गरम और सूखी होती है| इसलिए इसे छाछ में लेने से इसकी गर्मी और सूखापन कम हो जाता है क्योंकि छाछ प्रकृति में तर होती है|

जिनको गेहूं के आटे की रोटी खाने से गैस होती है उनको आटे में अजवायन मिला कर रोटी बनानी चाहिए| पित्त प्रकृति वाले व्यक्तियों को अजवायन का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे पित्त की समस्या बढ़ सकती है| बहुत कम मात्रा में ले सकते हैं वो भी केवल छाछ में डाल कर|

डिलीवरी के बाद महिलाओं को अजवायन अवश्य खाना चाहिए| चाहे लड्डू के रुप में या सामान्य भोजन में डालकर खाने से उनके uterus की सफाई होती है!

जिनको शरीर में कहीं भी ब्लीडिंग [खून निकलने] की समस्या है वे लोग अजवायन का उपयोग न करें|

'Big Bull' / 'बिग बुल' का ट्रेलर रिलीज़ हुआ है| इस फिल्म के निर्माता हैं अजय देवगन और मुख्य भूमिका में अभिषेक बच्चन और इलयाना डीक्रूज़ हैं| फिल्म हर्षद मेहता के जीवन पर आधारित है|

कुकी गुलाटी इस फिल्म के निर्देशक हैं, उन्होंने कोई अच्छी फिल्म अभी तक नहीं बनायी है, पता नहीं उनको यह फिल्म कैसे मिल गयी! यह फिल्म पिछले वर्ष रिलीज़ होने वाली थी लेकिन कोरोना के कारण कई फिल्मों की तरह यह फिल्म भी अटक गयी थी|

अभिषेक बच्चन एक फिल्म स्टार के रूप में अभी तक कोई बड़ी हिट फिल्म नहीं दे पाए हैं, इस फिल्म से भी कोई आशा नहीं लग रही है, क्योंकि यह कोई मसाला फिल्म नहीं है और दूसरी बात इस सब्जेक्ट पर पहले ही एक वेब सीरीज OTT पर आ चुकी है और लोगों को पसंद भी आई थी| तो अब लोग उसी सब्जेक्ट पर बनी एक और फिल्म देखेंगे ऐसा लगता नहीं है| वैसे भी अभिषेक की इतनी फैन फॉलोइंग भी नहीं है|

ट्रेलर देख कर कुछ मज़ा नहीं आया| फिल्म में कोई रोमांचकता नहीं दिखी| अभिषेक को देख कर 'गुरु' फिल्म की याद आ गयी, उसमें भी उनका ऐसा ही लुक था| अभिनेता अच्छे हैं लेकिन उनका फिल्मों का चयन ठीक नहीं होता है| या हो सकता है कि अब उनको कोई बड़ी फिल्मों के ऑफर ही नहीं मिल रहे हैं, क्योंकि जो बिकता है वही चलता है|

'Mumbai Saga' / 'मुंबई सागा' फिल्म रिलीज़ हो चुकी है! फिल्म की कहानी पुराने समय की है जब मुंबई में गैंगस्टर्स हुआ करते थे| फिल्म को देख कर 80s और 90s की याद आती है जहाँ हीरो अपने एरिया का डॉन बन जाता था और फिर कोई नेता उससे अपने लिए काम करवाता था| इसमें भी जॉन वैसे ही डॉन बनता है और फिर महेश मांजरेकर, जो नेता कि भूमिका में है, जॉन की सहायता करता है और उससे अपने काम करवाता है| जॉन एक मिल के मालिक का खून करता है और उस मिल मालिक की पत्नी घोषणा करती है कि जो पुलिसवाला जॉन को मारेगा वह उसे 10 करोड़ रुपये देगी| फिल्म का फर्स्ट हाफ इसी में निकल जाता है और फिर आता है इमरान, जो पुलिस की भूमिका में है, और 10 करोड़ पाने के लिए वह जॉन के पीछे पड़ जाता है|

संजय गुप्ता का निर्देशन बहुत अच्छा है और डायलॉग्स भी अच्छे हैं| फिल्म का एक्शन भी अच्छा है लेकिन थोड़ा फिल्मी स्टाइल का है, आजकल रीयलिस्टिक स्टाइल का एक्शन दर्शकों को अधिक पसंद आता है| फिल्म में केवल एक ही गाना है जो कि साधारण सा है| जॉन और इमरान दोनों ने अपने अपने रोल में बहुत बढ़िया काम किया है|

फिल्म वैसे तो अच्छी ही है लेकिन समस्या ये है कि आजकल की जो युवा पीढ़ी है वो इस फिल्म से अपने आप को जोड़ नहीं पायेगी क्योंकि उनके समय में ये गैंगस्टर नहीं हैं| वो समय अलग था जब चारों ओर गैंगस्टरों की खबरें आती रहती थी| लेकिन संजय गुप्ता और कुछ अन्य निर्देशकों को यही सब्जेक्ट पसंद आता है और वो ऐसी फ़िल्में बनाने में सक्षम भी हैं|

कुछ हफ्ते पहले संजय गुप्ता की नयी फिल्म ‘मुंबई सागा’ का ट्रेलर रिलीज़ हुआ| इस फिल्म में जॉन एब्राहम और इमरान हाश्मी मुख्य भूमिकाओं में दिख रहे हैं| संजय गुप्ता की अधिकतर फिल्मों की तरह यह फिल्म भी गैंगस्टर और पुलिस की कहानी पर आधारित लग रही है| कहानी वही पुरानी घीसी पीटी है, और गैंगस्टर की फिल्मों का समय जा चूका है!

क्योंकि अब गैंगस्टर समाज का हिस्सा नहीं हैं पहले की तरह| लेकिन संजय गुप्ता उसी समय में अटके हुए हैं, उनको बस गैंगस्टर की कहानी ही पसंद आती है फिल्में बनाने के लिए| उनकी बाकी फिल्मों की तरह यह फिल्म भी एक्शन और डायलॉग्स से भरपूर है लेकिन वो समय चला गया जब दर्शक ये सब देख के सीटी मारते थे| जॉन एब्राहम ऐसा रोले पहले भी कर चूका है संजय गुप्ता की फिल्म ‘शूटआउट ऐट वडाला’ में|

ट्रेलर देख के लग रहा है वही फिल्म देख रहे हैं| नया कुछ नहीं लग रहा है| जॉन के सामने हाश्मी को पुलिस बनाया है, लगता है हाथी के सामने चींटी को खड़ा कर दिया गया है लड़ने के लिए| हो सकता है कि इस रोल के लिए कोई अच्छा एक्टर न मिला हो तो मजबूरी में हाश्मी को साइन किया गया है! तकनीकी स्तर पर संजय गुप्ता हमेशा अच्छी फ़िल्में बनाते हैं लेकिन कहानी में दम नहीं होता है!

कुछ घंटे पहले YouTube पर ‘चेहरे’ फिल्म का ट्रेलर अपलोड हुआ है| फिल्म में अमिताभ बच्चन के साथ इमरान हाश्मी, रिया चक्रवर्ती और अनु कपूर मुख्य भूमिकाओं में दिख रहे हैं! ट्रेलर देख के लग रहा है कि फिल्म एक सस्पेंस थ्रिलर है, किसी खेल की बात हो रही है जिसमें हाश्मी फंसा हुआ है| तकनीकी स्तर पर फिल्म अच्छी दिख रही है|

थ्रिलर तभी चल पाती है जब कहानी अच्छी हो| भारत में वैसे भी इस प्रकार की सस्पेंस थ्रिलर फिल्में कुछ खास नहीं चलती हैं| बहुत ही कम ऐसे लोग हैं भारत में जो ऐसी फ़िल्में देखना चाहते हैं| यदि फिल्म की कहानी अच्छी होगी तो मल्टीप्लेक्स में थोड़ी बहुत चल सकती है|

बच्चन जी का लुक अच्छा लग रहा है, विशेष रूप से उनकी दाढ़ी और टोपी| फिल्म में अभिनेता तो अच्छे हैं, जैसे कि अमिताभ बच्चन, अनु कपूर और बंगाल के बहुत ही बढ़िया अभिनेता धृतिमान चटर्जी, लेकिन रिया के फिल्म में होने से लगता है कि फिल्म को बहुत कम लोग देखेंगे| रिया का नाम सुशांत और ड्रग्स के मामले में अभी भी चल रहा है| सुना है कि उनका रोल छोटा किया गया है लेकिन यह तो फिल्म देखकर ही पता चलेगा कि रिया का क्या और कितना रोल था फिल्म में|

रूमी जाफरी ने इससे पहले ‘गली गली चोर है’, ‘लाइफ पार्टनर’ और ‘गॉड तुस्सी ग्रेट हो’ फिल्में बनाई हैं! ये सभी फ़िल्में बेकार ही थी! अब देखना है कि यह फिल्म दर्शकों को कितना आकर्षित करेगी|

ASUS TRANSFORMER BOOK T 100 #TimeToTransform

Super excited I was to know there is a Laptop ( ASUS Transformer Book T 100, 2-in-1 ultra portable Laptop with detachable Tablet) which can transform into a Tablet and started imagining places where I couldn't possibly have imagined to use my conventional Laptop. I am at a phase where I look for Utility in Machines for myself and not to own gadgets just to look trendy and cool among my peers.

First thing came to my idle mind was using it while traveling - By traveling I meant the crowded Buses and Metro rail I travel everyday several times to commute for work and other purposes. No, I can't possibly use the Tablet as I rarely get a seat to settle down where I can enjoy some Movie to kill the time it takes to travel and when the vehicle is stuck in never ending traffic signals. And using a 10 inch screen standing in the crowd doesn't look feasible or logical unless I have this weird urge to flash it to the people and feel proud as they stare at my gadget and me in amazement. Even if I manage to get a seat, my mind is too occupied with other things to think of using a Tablet for some possible entertainment while traveling in Buses and Trains. But guess if at times I managed to get a seat and owned this hybrid machine, I wouldn't mind distracting myself by watching some Movie or play some game and or may be use Internet and kill time on FB or Twitter. Wait no, ain't sure if I can connect with a Dongle on the Tablet part. It has a USB 3.0 port only on the Keyboard which means I can get online through Tablet only if I am in a zone where free WiFi is available.

At home, I don't think there would be a situation where I would need to use the Tablet. Work wise, I need to type a lot and doing that on Tablet would be very painful for me so I would prefer a Keyboard support and for that, my conventional Laptop is doing fine I suppose.

Where else can I think of using the Tablet part just for the heck of feeling convenient and IF I would own it I need to think of ways where I can use it, right? Otherwise what's the use of owning it?

In the Loo while taking a dump? What the Big Eff, why not? Many people carry a newspaper or some Magazine with them while they spend those minutes on the toilet seat, then why not updating status of FB or post a selfie.. LOL! Crazy!!

While jogging or walking in park? No!

While watching a boring Movie in Cinema? No!

In shower? No and it ain't water resistant.

And I ain't into a profession where I am always pressed for time and struggling to breathe and keep up with those Deadlines to maintain.

Where else then?

After some brain storming, I think I can make good use of the Tablet when I want to watch some Movie in bed. Yea, that would be great!!! It won't take up much space. And to get a Machine just for that purpose won't be a wise decision unless I have enough money to waste and experiment.

Utility wise, for a person of my profile, I don't see much of use owning this amazing machine which has all the necessary latest features for people to make things easy for them as far as convenience of usage is concerned.

But for me, it's not the Time To Transform as yet unless there is a time where I won't be able to survive without such hybrid machine. So, for now, I would pass and continue with my conventional Laptop and my Smart Phone which is more than enough for my On-The-Move requirements.

The ASUS T 100 is more suitable for people who need to be glued to their Machines for work or otherwise and for casual hyper users who think they won't survive if they are not connected to online world and those who are always looking to own the latest gadgets. Going by the specs, it's a strong enough machine to do basic computing work and play games and watch movies and the price is quite low which is an advantage for it to do well in the market for people looking for portability.

KRRISH 3 - CRAMMED WITH PRODUCTS AND BRAND NAMES

Krrish 3, the latest in the Super Hero franchise is overly laden with Brand names in every possible frame through out the movie. It was quite apparent the maker (Rakesh Roshan) wanted to squeeze out every possible penny by cramming every possible shot with Brand names in the background and products used by the characters at times. He strategically shot many scenes where the action takes place in Commercial Areas and Malls, including the climax of the film. The deliberately chosen locations looked more like a jungle of Brands. It might be good strategy for the maker from the business perspective but as a viewer it felt like the Brand names were being shoved on my face which encumbered the joy of watching a Movie without getting distracted. We pay to watch the Movie and not to be spammed with Brand names. It was clearly a flagrant use of In Film Product Placement which turned out to be an eyesore for me as a viewer.

KRRISH 3 - FORGETS TO FLY?

The maker thought of a Grand entry for Krrish in Krrish3 and put a plane into problem mid air to show India’s Super Hero’s super skills to the people. The plane in problem is flying over the skyscrapers which didn’t look at all the skyline of Mumbai where the incident was supposedly happening. I overlooked it but what I couldn’t overlook was how Krrish was made to jump down and up of those endless skyscrapers and ran in supersonic speed over the roofs of them for about 90 seconds chasing the plane which kept hovering over those endless jungle of skyscrapers conveniently for him as he performed those super stunts. All these stunts were not helping him to reach to the plane and he uses his super brain and eyes a pole (weirdly made of some elastic material which could bend) on the roof of one such skyscraper. Excellent!! He grabs the pole and revolves and catapults himself in air towards the plane and is finally able to get hold of it. Claps!!! What a relief, I was so worried for the passengers in the plane, my racing heart very much relaxed now to see the Super Hero finally getting hold of the plane and knowing there won’t be any more trouble in the landing of the plane.

And as expected, he helps the plane land safely. The passengers and the Pilots cheer for him; he waves at them and then... then he flies off! Wait, He flies off just like that? HE FLIED???? I replayed the scene as I couldn’t believe and yes he really did flew away just like that, no efforts, just took off up in air!

Okay, it kept bothering me as I was confused and continued watching the film and later and towards the end, he was shown flying with ease, like Superman, when he saved the kid stuck in wires above and when he was chasing and fighting in air with the super villain Kaal. It all came back again, HE CAN FLY??? Well okay, if he can fly then why he was running and jumping down and up of those Skyscrapers and had to take the help of some damn pole to catapult to the plane to save it? He could have simply flied to it and spared us mortals the nonsense dramatics, Innit?Or he just forgets to fly there?

And do planes really have Cameras installed on the body through which Pilots can view any part of the plane they wish to? In the film the Pilots get to view live telecast of Krrish fixing the wheel and then assuring them with hand gesture all is fine and they can go ahead and land safely.

The visual effects by RedChillies.VFX were satisfactory.

Salim-Sulaiman could have NOT used bits of Batman score in the film’s background score.

It was a relief to see the maker used Indian girls as background dancers in the songs for a change when in most films today more of white (Foreign) girls are being used as dancers.
