Dykstra, 46, has no more than $50,000 in assets and between $10 million and $50 million in liabilities, according to a petition filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.

Jonathan Hayes, one of Dykstra's lawyers, had no immediate comment.

Dykstra's filing comes in the wake of some 20 lawsuits he faces tied to his activities as a financial entrepreneur, including The Players Club, a glossy magazine he had helped launch, according to published reports.

The bankruptcy petition shows several banks among Dykstra's largest unsecured creditors, including units of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Corp.

Dykstra, whose lifestyle included a lavish house, a jet and a Rolls-Royce, says he owes millions of dollars to his 20 largest creditors, many of them banks. His filing follows at least two dozen lawsuits over his business and financial dealings.

As I mentioned on last post, DDSS break out again today, in @ 2.49 and out @ 2.65. NICE quick 6%+ profit.
hit 2.95 after I sold it. FDA decision on next week, will go much higher from here..good luck!

Stocks ended mostly lower Monday as drops in prices for oil and other commodities had investors worrying again that demand for basic materials may remain slack. The major market indexes closed mixed but off of their lows for the day.

The Dow Jones industrial average rose 44.13, or 0.5 percent, to 8,324.87, and the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index rose 2.30, or 0.3 percent, to 898.72. The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index fell 9.12, or 0.5 percent, to 1,787.40.

Oil fell $2.68 to settle at $64.05 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Last week, oil hit an eight-month high above $73.

Stocks rallied Monday as convicted Ponzi swindler Bernie Madoff received the maximum sentence and oil topped $71 a barrel.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 90.99, or 1.1 percent, to close at 8,529.38, while the S&P 500 gained 0.9 percent and the Nasdaq added 0.3 percent.

Market rallied because of Madoff case? I don't think so, the market is just trying to make money anyway possible. As I mentioned before, market is uptrend till August.

We will have to see what happens tomorrow to find out real move.

Investors are looking to start a holiday-shortened week on a positive note.

U.S. stock futures are slightly higher in early trading Monday, amid mixed moves in overseas markets. Stocks in Asia were lower, while European markets advanced.

The dollar was mixed against other major currencies, while gold prices rose.

Light, sweet crude for August delivery rose 47 cents to $69.63 in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

As I mentioned on Friday, Funds dumping due to Russell 3000 delisting. Nothing fundamentally different about the company. This is just typical action, over 100 companies are delisted. It happens once every year. Don't panic, it will recover on Monday and Tuesday.

Also, we shoud see Golden Cross on late Monday or possibly on Tuesday and that should take us to 8600++ for DOW.

제 생각에는 다우가 월요일, 화요일까진(?) 사이드로 움직이다가 8600-8700 point 사이 까지 올라갈수 있다고 봅니다. 그 후에 또 어느정도 내려가겠지요. 연말에는 (8-9월정도 시작) 항상 마켓이 어느정도 조정기간을 갔습니다. 그 전까진 계속 uptend 를 따라 가지 않을까 생각합니다.

Added VG at .39 and going to sell high .40s hopefully.

The Dow capped another down week with a loss Friday as investors shrugged off a surge in consumer sentiment and instead focused on the fact that consumers are squirreling away their money at a feverish pace. But techs gained after encouraging earnings from Palm.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 34.01, or 0.4 percent, to close at 8,438.39. The S&P 500 fell 0.2 percent, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq gained 0.5 percent.

Funds dumping due to Russell 3000 delisting. Nothing fundamentally different about the company. (VG, ACLS, XOMA, SIRI and many others)

Traders have to economic reports to look at, with personal income coming in the pre market, while the ever important consumer sentiment will be released after the opening bell. Before the reports, Dow Jones Industrial futures fell 18, or 0.2%, to 8,396. Standard & Poor’s 500 index futures fell 2.70, or 0.3%, to 913.90, and Nasdaq 100 index futures fell 4.25, or 0.3%, to 1,468.75.

Economic Calendar

Personal Income: the dollar value of income received from all sources by individuals. Consumer spending: Includes consumer purchases of durable and nondurable goods, and services.
The consensus decrease in personal income for the month of May is 0.4%. April saw an increase of 50 basis points. Consumer spending is expected to have risen 0.3% in the month, above the 0.1% decrease in April.

Consumer Sentiment: Consumer sentiment is directly related to the strength of consumer spending, by questioning 500 households each month on their financial conditions and attitudes about the economy. The consensus reading for the end of June is 69.7, up from the mid month reading of 69. The big driver in the measurements sharp move upward since early in the year stems from consumers future expectations rather then their current situation; which is reflected by dampened spending patterns.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 172.54, or 2.1%, to 8,472.40, after falling 40 points in the early going as 29 of the 30 blue chips rose. The broader Standard & Poor’s 500 index rose 19.32, or 2.1%, to 920.26; its highest gain since the first day of the month, and the Nasdaq composite index rose 37.20, or 2.1%, to 1,829.54. The Russell 2000 index of smaller companies rose 14.23, or 2.9%, to 509.18.

The energy sector saw impressive gains as the rally in equities sent oil up $1.56 to settle at $70.23

I think market is still in uptrend, don't fight the market. NEVER! We gonna see 8800 points before we see 8000-8200 points, market will go higher next few days in my opinion. I hope we see more greens tomorrow.

Futures down on Fed comments

Futures indicated a slightly negative open for Wall Street Thursday after the Federal Reserve cautioned that the U.S. economy would remain weak for a time, adding concerns about the sustainability of a recent recovery.

The Fed also said it would maintain its government and mortgage debt purchasing program and kept its interest rates near zero.

일단 오전에는 Red 로 출발을 하겠네요.. 오늘도 보물찾기 해야할듯..

The Federal Reserve's decision Wednesday to keep interest rates low because of the weak economy took the air out of a stock market rally and heightened concerns that some of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke's "green shoots" were turning brown.

Stocks started the day sharply higher after the Commerce Department reported that Durable Good Orders rose 1.8%, compared to expectations of a 0.9% decline. It was the 3rd gain in 4 months for the report. However, new home sales fell 0.6% in the month of May, disappointing the market like the existing home report the day before.

By the closing bell, the major indices finished mixed on the day. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 23.05, or 0.3%, to 8,299.86. The Standard & Poor’s 500 index rose 5.84, or 0.7 percent, to 900.94, and the Nasdaq composite index advanced 27.42, or 1.6%, to 1,792.34. The Russell 2000 index of smaller companies gained 5.18, or 1.1%, to 494.95.

Stock Futures Rise on Fed Anticipation

Futures indicated a higher open for Wall Street Wednesday ahead of the Federal Reserve's announcement on interest rates and monetary policy.

The Federal Open Market Committee releases its statement at 2:15 pm New York time, at the end of two days of meetings. Economists expect the Fed to give a nod to stabilization of the economy. It may also add some weight to its comments about holding rates down, and it may tweak its quantitative easing program.

The dollar hit its lowest level in nearly two weeks against a basket of currencies ahead of the Fed meeting.

A lower dollar boosted mining stocks and in Asia and Europe as metals prices increased. Gold climbed past $930.

Other U.S. economic data due later will shed more light on the health of the U.S. economy. The Commerce Department will release U.S. May durable goods orders at 8:30 am New York time. Economists polled by Reuters expect a fall in orders of 0.6 percent versus a rise of 1.7 percent in April.

U.S. new home sales data for May is out at 10 am New York time and are expected to rise to 360,000 annualized units versus 352,000 in April, a Reuters poll showed. Weekly mortgage applications are expected out at 7 am.

Oil slid below $69 a barrel after data from the American Petroleum Institute's (API) showed a surge in U.S. gasoline stockpiles, signaling weaker-than-expected demand from the world's top energy user.

Investors are holding off making big moves while they wait for the Federal Reserve. Stocks ended little changed Tuesday, a day after the major indexes had their worst day in two months. Traders are looking for the central bank at its two-day meeting ending Wednesday to outline its expectations for the economy and signal when it might raise interest rates. Federal Reserve is the key point for tomorrow but we lost about 600 points last few weeks already and I think it's time for rebounce.
Usually, market go up after Feds, so it will be happen again this time :)

I sold some of my positions today with some slight losses. I still have too many positions to play in this market. I will rearrange more positions coming days. I strongly believe that market will go higher next few days and next weeks but never know the future.

The price of crude oil rose $1.74 to settle at $69.24 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. I think it is time to reconsidered oil stocks. One of my oil play last month DPTR, and my all time favorite oil stock PDO, watch one of them for tomorrow with oil momo. good luck

Morning Outlook

Futures indicated a slightly higher open for Wall Street Tuesday, after the stock market saw its worst one-day loss in two months, as defensive stocks rose.

Automakers were likely to be in focus as two of the industry's leaders were set to take advantage of a $25 billion government loan program aimed at helping the companies retool their factories to make advanced-technology vehicles.

Later in the day, existing home sales data for May will be out at 10 am New York time. Economists expect to see sales at 4.8 million, up 2.6 percent.

The Richmond Federal Reserve will release its monthly survey at 10 am New York time. And Goldman Sachs chain-store sales data will be out at 8:45 am.

The American Petroleum Institute will release its weekly stockpile data at 4:30 pm New York time.

President Obama holds a 12:30 pm New York time news conference at the White House. He also plans to spend part of the day meeting Chile President Michelle Bachelet.

Sirius XM iPhone App gets over 500,000 downloads in four days

SIRI up 2% on ugly bloody market today. Is SIRI worth to buy now?The Sirius XM iPhone App has been downloaded more than a half-million times as of Sunday night, according to an internal company memo obtained by Orbitcast.

"That is one of the fastest download rates by any App," writes Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer of Sirius XM Radio Inc. in the email to employees today.

Four days after initially going live, the App remains as the top free music App as well as the No. 2 most downloaded free App overall. And, according to the company memo, this popularity has resulted in exactly 513,319 downloads as of late Sunday.

Today was nice healthy sell off for the market. I know, Dow down 200 points today.
Last 3 months rally was too much for the market to handle. Market just barely holding above 8300 points, right below 50MA which I think we gonna see pop from this level. All I can do is wait and see what happens tomorrow.

Two new picks today.
ACLS - positive news out this morning and it did hit .61 and sell off like all others, news was positive in my view and .70+ target .

ONSM - same sector as ONT, volume alert this morning, hit .41 with highest volume this year(?). and losing steam like any other stocks. .45+ target for this.

This is hard time to find stocks. I don't have anything to watch for tomorrow. Do you?

Futures in the U.S. point to the downside over concern about the economy and where the Fed will go later this week as the FOMC meets. In pre market trading, Dow Jones industrial average futures fell 50, or 0.6 %, to 8,426. Standard & Poor’s 500 index futures fell 6.90, or 0.8 %, to 908.80, and Nasdaq 100 index futures fell 9.00, or 0.6 %, to 1,455.00.

Currencies and Commodities

Crude fell on the negative outlook, with a barrel of light, sweet crude on the NYMEX for July delivery falling $1.25, or 1.80% at $68.30. Fears of a deeper global recession dropped inflation expectations and raised demand for the greenback, sending the dollar higher against other major currencies. The drop in inflation pressure, coupled with the stronger dollar sent gold to a one month low. The precious metal fell $10.40, or 1.11% to $925.80 an ounce.

Pretty boring last week and we were at right below 200MA on last Friday. I think we going to see big break out(up) this week, we need to break out 8600 first tomorrow or on Tuesday. If we don't see a break out, we could possibly drop down to 8372 which is 50MA BUT we defenitely gonna pop from that level, so don't panic sell on the dips.

Two new picks on Friday

NXXI - looking for .35 - .40 next week
ONT - nice break out on last trading hour on Friday. $0.65++++ target. Nice triangular fomation on chart look at the below.

Watch for Tomorrow

ONSM - same sector as ONT, chart look very bullish last couple of days, looking for $0.40 + target.

OCNF - cheap shipper, crushed (?) last week, let's see we could see pop this week, $2+ target
