In less than 10 hours the democracy process of my beloved tanah air will start. In my personal opinion, change is better than not changing at all. Yes, change will be painful at first but all will be good after. I don't think there will be anything to fear even if there's a change of ruling party for the Federal Government. Well, maybe those BN cronies will be a bit scared lah.

Which ever party or candidate you are voting tomorrow my fellow Malaysians, I wish you all Happy Voting tomorrow.

Authentic Kelantanese Cuisine at Kelantan Delights, Sooka Sentral

I was selected to be one of the founding members of Nuffnang's Tastebuddies Group. Last Sunday, we met up for the first time to have a taste of authentic Kelantan cuisine at Kelantan Delights in Sooka Sentral.

I was an hour late to the tasting session because I was doing Qing Ming duty for my late grandfather and grandmother. So, I missed tasting the starters of Sirih Daun Kaduk and Tomyam Kelapa Muda. Straight, I go for the main. I wanted to order Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik because there's ulam as side but I absentmindedly ordered Nasi Dagang Gulai Ikan instead. Nasi Dagang is cooked with a mixture of half rice and half glutinous rice hence there will be a soft and slightly hard texture. The gulai is cook right with a slight sweet taste. The fish is not overcooked. Extra gulai was given so I can eat it with the rice.

Just as we thought we were done with the mains, we were asked which second main to choose in between Nasi Tumpang and Laksam. I asked for Nasi Tumpang. A bit of history about Nasi Tumpang. It was actually rice with different layer of dishes wrapped in a cone shape with banana leaf. It was staple food for farmers in Kelantan to bring to work. The top later which consists of egg and rice is the breakfast, the middle part is lunch made of prawn sambal and gulai ikan tongkol and last but not least the bottom is tea time with rice and chicken floss.

Nasi Tumpang

Traditionally I think won't be fried chicken going with the Nasi Tumpang. I love the fact of how ingenious people in the olden days packed their food to go for work. Unlike nowadays what we do is eat outside or take away. When we take away we were given Styrofoam container that is not friendly to mother earth.

Nasi Tumpang for me is like eating ketupat with side dishes. Start with a light egg floss and rice, then heavier taste of prawn sambal and gulai ikan tongkol and end it with a slightly sweet chicken floss. If you haven't tried before, please do so. Early reservation might be required because Nasi Tumpang takes 3 hours to prepare and only 50 are served daily.

My neighbour was kind enough to let me have a taste of his Laksam. Blended fish meat santan gravy with a spread of ulam consists of bean sprouts, cucumbers and daun selom is what it's need to go with round rice noodle. The rice noodle is a bit like a thicker version of chee cheong fun. For those that can take hot and spicy food be sure to put in the sambal belacan it will take the taste to another level.

According to the owner, they have an eel version of the Laksam which has a richer gravy. I'll be sure to come back again to have a go for it.

I'm amazed of how after all the food I had I would still have room for dessert. The dessert we had is consists of Lompat Tikam which is Pandan rice cake and Pulut Merah (Red Glutinous Rice) and Ketupat Sotong.

The Lompat Tikam is eaten with the santan and gula Melaka because on its own the Pandan rice cake and Pulut Merah is not sweet. I love the Pandan rice cake which has to nice aroma from the pandan leave and I can control how much gula Melaka to eat it with.

At first I thought it's weird to see a sotong (squid) as dessert. The grilled sotong was stuffed with glutinous rice cooked with ginger and pandan, slightly sweeten with gula melaka and santan. It may look weird but it taste quite nice. I love the texture of the grilled sotong with the glutinous rice. For me, this is more like a snack rather than a dessert. You'll need to eat it to know how it feels.

Lompat Tikam and Ketupat Sotong

To get authentic Kelantanese Cuisine in Klang Valley, I would say that Kelantan Delights will be one of the restaurant that can do it. So, you don't have to go all the way to Kelantan to have a taste of authentic Kelantanese Cuisine.

Kelantan Delights has two branches, one in Subang Jaya and another in Sooka Sentral. On weekends only the Subang Jaya branch is open.

Mikan Japanese Cuisine & Bistro Re-vishifted

Wow. It's been a year plus now since I ate at Mikan Japanese Cuisine & Bistro. You can read about my last visit here. I saw Groupon Malaysia was selling Mikan cash voucher at 50% discount. Every RM 50 voucher will be sold at RM 25 a piece. So, I paid RM50 and got a total of RM 100 worth of Mikan cash voucher. It's time to revisit Mikan again.

Before I could utilize my vouchers, I got email from Groupon that Mikan has been shifted to Damansara Perdana. Time extension was given. Phew. I left only 5 days before the vouchers expired. So, two weeks ago I asked my cousins Joyce and Jas to tag along with me.

The shop was only 80% complete according to the co-owner, Casey. There's still a little bit of touch up needs to be done. I left the ordering to Casey, which is somewhat like an Omakase. I didn't even see the menu.

Coincidentally Nicole was there too. It's been a while I didn't camwhore with her. So, a #selca is a must, especially she just got her long hair cut short that day itself.

Back to the food. For starter, Casey recommended Kinoko（木野子） Salada (Mushrooms Salad). Using cooked Enoki and Shitake sprinkled with Ebiko tossed with cherry tomatoes, Japanese cucumbers and lettuce dressed with special sesame salad dressing. There's a mix of warmness from the mushrooms and coolness from the vegetables. The dressing is nice for a Japanese style salad. Nice playing of different texture. Substitution of meat with mushrooms made this salad healthier to be eaten.

Kinoko Salada (RM16++)

Moving on is Shake Sashimi (Salmon Sashimi), which according to Casey he just collected it fresh that afternoon. If, it's that fresh, I will want taste of it. True enough, the salmon sashimi is so fresh that just a dab of soya sauce is enough to make it taste good. What I like is that Mikan is not stingy at all with their sashimi, the cut is thicker that some of the Japanese restaurant I've been too where I only get very thinly sliced sashimi. Ah, it's salmon orgasm in my mouth.

Shake Sashimi (RM16++)

The current trend of Japanese cuisine in Malaysia is the use of mentaiko sauce in the dishes. We had two mentaiko dishes that night. Mentai Tamagoyaki (Grilled Eggs with Mentai Sauce) and Hotate Mentai (Scallops with Mentai Sauce).

The Mentai Tamagoyaki looks simple but it's quite hard to make it taste good especially the right texture for the eggs which is not over or undercooked. The chef in Mikan did it just right. Top with the flavourful mentai sauce. Yums.

The most expensive dish that night is the Hotate Mentai. Why? The scallops are air flown from Hokkaido and it's the biggest scallop I've ever eaten in my life. My mouth can only fit in half of the scallop. The Hotate Mentai here beats all the other versions that I've eaten in so many other Japanese restaurant chains.

Last but not least, something that I rarely see in any Japanese restaurant here in Malaysia. Behold, le Braised Pork. Although it's not some expensive pork like the Black Fur Pork from Japan is used the chef was able to make the Braised Pork so juicy and tender that it will just melts in my mouth. The broth is the best. Tasted just nice, not too salty nor too greasy. A few pieces of pork lards were put in there to just bring out the aroma. It's a must order for pork lover. Although I've ate quite a lot of the braised pork but I don't feel 'jelak' at all.

We also had Mushroom Skewers (RM4.50++ per stick) but I didn't take any photo because Casey told us to eat it quick while it's warm. Not much flavouring was used but the natural sweetness of the mushrooms made up for it.

It's such a wonderful dinner. High quality ingredients are used and the price is quite reasonable. Also, there's pork served now after shifted to Damansara Perdana. I will surely come here quite often from now on.

Dato' CQ Teo Debate Challenge 2013 at KDU University College

The only debate I participated in during my secondary school time was the inter-class debate competition. I was not the debater but an audience. Forward to year 2013, I was privileged to be invited by KDU University College to cover the final of their annual Dato' CQ Teo Debate Challenge. The key objectives of this annual event are to help promote the spread of English among high school students and provide a platform to enable students to enhance their communication skills. This year the organizers decided to limit the Challenge to 60 teams with each participating school only allowed one team. Last year there were 63 teams from all over Malaysia participated in the Challenge.

The finalists that made it to the final were Team Tunku Kursiah College and Team SMK Assunta. Team TKC formed the Government and Team SMK Assunta formed the Opposition.

I won't go into details of what each speaker had said. The Government points out that it has always been a closed door affair amongst the Cardinals and the result of the voting is based on the white smoke or black smoke. The Pope needs to be closer to the people and thus should be chosen by the people instead of just the Cardinals. They proposed that 5 nominees to be the Pope will be chosen amongst the Cardinals and their profiles will be published and make known to all the Christians in the world for them to vote which among the 5 will be the Pope.

The Opposition pointed of view is that the Cardinals knows better than the normal people when it comes to choose the right Pope because they the Cardinals have always been working together and knows each other well. Also, they pointed out if the Pope was to be voted by the people then he'll have to sanctioned policy that will pleased the people in order to be favoured by the people for example approving LGBT relationships.

If I were the Opposition, I will points out. What mechanism the Government planned too use for hundred of millions or even billion of Christians around the globe to vote? How to qualify whom is or whom is not a Christian? Is there an age limit? If a well planned mechanism can't be proposed, don't even think about letting the motion passed. This is just my own opinion.

It's interesting to see debates of this scale. Now I only I know during the speaker's session the opposing party can stand up and challenge point or points that the speaker just spoke. The speaker has the right to accept the challenge or to reject it. Hence, I heard a lot of "Please sit", and "No. Thank you" when the speaker rejects any challenge. Sometime the challenge will be accepted.

I will really love to see motion that is closer to home, something like "This House Believes That The People and not the Federal/State Government Should Elect the Local Goverment". Nevertheless, this kind of debating competition is very good to nurtured our young to be critical thinking and has no fear voicing out their own opinion. It's also a good stepping stone to train them to debate in an open and civilized manners, unlike the comedy we see now in the Parliament or Dewan Undangan where the focus is not on the motion but on politicizing and personal attacks.

Finally, the final was won by Team Tunku Kursiah College and they went home with the new and improved Challenge trophy and RM 3,000 cash. Team SMK Asunta went home with RM 2,000 cash. The best final speaker is from Team TKC. Congratulations to both teams. See you all next year!

Wow. Time flies. It's March already and it means one thing. St. Patrick's Day is back! And Guinness Malaysia is the expert when it comes to celebrating St. Patrick's Day in style.

I was invited to Guinness St. Patrick's Day 2013 celebration launch in Havana, Changkat Bukit Bintang last week. At the event, Mr. Thum Chee Yuen, Sales Director of Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB) shared the highlights to this year’s celebration, “GUINNESS has always been synonymous with the St Patrick’s Day. Here in Malaysia, it is no different. In fact, GUINNESS Malaysia was the host of the biggest St Patrick’s Party in Asia last year. I had the opportunity to be one of the few first one to have a taste of what's the pub crawl is like. Basically we just hop on the Guinness St. Patrick's Day Double Decker with a group of entertainers.

While the bus tour around the pub areas in the Golden Triangle guests will have fun being entertained by magicians, clowns and Drink Sensibly Angels. If memory serves me correctly, we departed from Changkat Bukit Bintang, passed Jalan Alor and into Jalan Bukit Bintang up to Jalan Pudu. The bus then make a turn into Jalan Imbi and then turn into Jalan Sultan Ismail passing Sg. Wang. It's quite fun when people on the street see the Double Decker and wave at us. Moving along Jalan Sultan Ismail, the bus drove up to Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur and make a left turn into Jalan Doraisamy. Frequent clubbers will know that there are a few night spots along this road.

The bus then moved to Jalan Dang Wangi and into Jalan Ampang and turn right back into Jalan Sultan Ismail. Thinking that the bus will make its way back to Havana but it make a left turn into Jalan P. Ramlee instead passing by Beach Club. The bus then turn into Jalan Kia Peng making its way to Jalan Raja Chulan and turn back into Jalan Sultan Ismail. At the cross road it turned left into Jalan P. Ramlee and then left again into Jalan Raja Chulan and finally made it back to Changkat Bukit Bintang through Lorong Ceylon.

Tickling My Tastebuds

Kolo mee, the famous noodle from Kuching, Sarawak. One can get it almost in any eatery is Kuching, it's not too far fetch if I say that it is a staple food in Kuching. The name Kolo mee is actually the style of cooking and not the type of noodle used in it. The noodle used is usually "Q-mee" which is the thin noodle. One can choose to have a wider version called "mee bok".

Trusted a Kuching local friend to bring me to Sin Lian Shin, one of the oldest restaurant specializing in serving kolo mee. He told me it's been two generations and the 3rd generation will be taking over. There's two version of kolo mee. One white and the other is red. The only different is that the red is mixed with char siew sauce (BBQ pork). The noodle "Q-mee" got it's name because the thin noodle is very springy. True enough when I bit into the Q-mee it is indeed very springy. The savoury sauce that is mixed with the Q-mee goes very well. As for the red version, the char siew sauce has a subtle sweetness to it. Personally I prefer the white and my local Kuching friend likes the red. Both are equally good, it's just taste of personally preferences. Although, the serving is simple with only minced pork and char siew but once you've tasted it you won't get enough of it. If you ever go to Kuching, kolo mee is a must. Although, people from Sibu might not agree with me. ;)

After all that we’ve seen in the long distance relationship between Amy & Nick and the love Joe had for Amy, it’s obvious that keeping in touch is so important. A quick glance on Facebook on your loved one’s wall or a tweet on your latest makes a world of difference. So it’s always important to fuel up on data to constantly stay connected with our loved one to maintain an amazing relationship.

It's quite important nowadays to keep the data going with the use of Whatsapp and WeChat replacing SMSes and Voice Mail. Don't you hate it when you are waiting for an important reply from Whatsapp or WeChat but your data has been used up?

Having data is quite useful when visiting a friend's new house. My experience when I went to Ipoh to visit my friend, he just need to send me his location through Whatsapp and I just use my smart phone to load the navigation app to find his place. It's the same for another friend that just shifted to a new place in Puchong, which that I'm not very familiar with the new area there.

Vault Wine Bistro, Menara Glomac, Damansara

Tuck away in this new building named Menara Glomac in between TTDI and Tropicana City Mall is Vault Wine Bistro. A place with simple and cozy design.

Because the building is still quite new so there was ample parking space and also the parking is currently free of charge. So, it's good to come by here for lunch or dinner because it's not too crowded yet.

It's two days before Chinese New Year when we were gathered here for a food tasting session. So, we decided to toast for CNY with
Prosecco Col Solivo Champagne - RM 100.

While enjoying our bubblish drink, we started with some starters.

Crispy Calamari - RM 15

I like that it's crispy and not to salty the batter. It will be perfect if the squid ring is bigger.

Roasted Pork Belly - RM 16

Yums. Roasted Pork Belly stir-fried with camerelized dark soy sauce. It goes quite well with champagne but beer will be perfect.

Fried Chicken Wing - RM 16

Fried chicken that taste better than KFC. Crispy outside soft and tender inside. Careful not to bite too eagerly when it's first served because it's still very hot.

After such a meaty starters, let us refresh out palate with Arugula Salad - RM 16. Fresh arugula tossed with olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Add in a bit of diced oranges. Some might not like the unique taste we arugula but I love it. It will goes very well with cube feta cheese.

The Seafood Marinara - RM 28, the pasta is cooked al dente. Fresh ingredients makes it taste good and the sauce is not too overpowering the seafood.

Prawn & Scallop Aioli - RM 38 is great with the fresh prawns and scallops seasoned just right. What we didn't expect is the mashed potato stole the spotlight. It was smooth and creamy with rich butter taste. It was so good that we ordered mashed extra mashed potato - RM 6. Too bad not all the batch of mashed potatoes are created equal.

The Trio Mushroom Soup - RM 12 was not in the tasting menu but a few of us are soup person, so we side ordered this. It didn't disappoint us, the soup is smooth and rich with the taste of mushrooms.

Succulent Spanish pork is used to make the Marinated Pork Rib - RM 48. The fat and meat ratio is just right on this piece of rib. Juicy and tender. Too bad due to the bad weather in Europe, the signature dish of Iberico Pork Steak was missing from the tasting menu. I'll sure will come back again for that.

Aglio Olio - RM 18 is the simplest way to enjoy pasta.

Mix Sausage Platter - RM 38 consists of Italian Sausage, Spicy Nungarian Sausage, Nuernberger Sausage, Chorizo Sausage and German Pepper Sausage. A savory dish that best goes with beer.

I Was Searching For A New Washing Machine...

and there's something that I would like to share with you all. It's a video about the crew that was shooting the still photos for Samsung Ecobubble washing machine had an uninvited guest. Watch the video first before you continue reading.

So, what you think about the video. Yes it's actually not a real bear but I think it's kind of creative way to show how powerful the Samsung Ecobubble washing machine is. Even a bear's fur can be washed from brown to white lol. It's kind of nice too the CGI of the bears. No wonder it has more than 5 million views now.

Upon checking the Samsung Ecobubble website, why the washing can be so powerful is because according to the website; "Samsung’s ecobubble™ technology uses a bubble generator to dissolve detergent into the water and inject air, making a rich soapy foam cushion. This means detergent is better dissolved and penetrates clothes faster so cleaning needs less hot water. Super Eco Wash mode washes at just 15°C with great results, so you save energy."

Using less hot water means no need to heat up the water so much, hence one can save up on energy there. With the cost of electricity going up every now and then, I will try to purchase electrical appliances that has energy saving features. I think with Samsung's Ecobubble technology that efficiently dissolving the detergent, I will not have to use too much detergent to clean the same amount of clothes as before. This will help to save the river from being polluted with detergent. Of course, using a Eco-friendly detergent will helps a lot too.

Some of the Samsung Ecobubble models come with Vibration Reduction Technology (VRT) which is a sophisticated sensors that keep laundry loads balanced and reduce noise and vibration. Now this will really help because the old washing machine that I'm using is so noisy that even I could hear the knocking sound from my room on the 1st floor. I will have good night sleep with VRT washing machine when washing the clothes overnight.

One of the criteria that a washing machine could save energy is by having a inverter motor. Samsung Ecobubble washing machine uses the Digital Inverter Motor that cuts energy waste, lasts longer and reduces noise. I think my search for a new washing machines ends here.

Last Saturday I went to Sutera Gemilang Auto in Shah Alam, one of the Hyundai 3S Center which was selected out of 12 outlets to host "ONCE UPON A TIME -皇宫灿烂 CASTS AUTOGRAPH SESSION". While waiting for the cast to arrive, I was able to go and see what is a Hyundai 3S Center is all about.

It's been kind of his tradition now to come up with CNY movie every year ever since the first one，大日子 Tiger Woohoo. Coming soon to cinema on 7th Feb 2013. Most likely the first CNY movie I will watch because I got the tickets for the special screening on 4th Feb 2012.

Eat, Play, Drive with Nissan Almera - Aunty Koh Best Cendol

Last month, I was invited to join a test drive food trip by Nissan Malaysia. The plan is to drive from KL to Malacca and explore some of the good food there. I was assigned with Kelly and Joshua to drive a stock entry level Nissan Almera which doesn't have the push-start key-less feature. Some of the other teams were driving Impul premium version which comes with the key-less feature and body kit with 16 inch rims. The stock comes with 15 inch rims.

One thing about the Nissan Almera is the spacious boot space. It can easily fit two of me inside. I am 178cm tall and weight about 95KG. Yes, so gonna lose weight soon.

The journey to Malacca was quite smooth. Although the pick up response is a bit laggy for the Nissan Almera but once you are in a constant speed, it is a smooth ride all the way. Well, Nissan Almera is built for economy and fun driving in mind. If one wanted a speed demon, one would have gone for a Nissan GTR.

The fuel economy is surprisingly good even after driving some long sub-urban road to reach Aunty Koh Best Cendol in Bukit Rambai we only have to fuel up about RM 16.78 worth of RON95 petrol to reach full tank again. That works out about 6.8 liter/100KM.

The first stop is Aunty Koh Best Cendol as I've mentioned. It took a lot of turnings in the sub-urban area after Alor Gajah exit to reach Bukit Rambai. I was told that Aunty Koh only opens for business during the weekends from 12pm to 2pm but usually sold out by 1pm.

It is actually a stall located in a house with huge land, so parking will be easily available but advised to reach early so that you don't have to wait for too long.

We have a huge orders and Aunty Koh only works alone so we need to wait for quite a while.

And it's worth the wait. The cendol here is thick, springy and rich with the taste of pandan and santan. The gula melaka used is also not too sweet and rich with the aroma of gula melaka. I would have to say that this is one of the best cendol I've eaten so far.

Besides the normal cendol, I also tried the santan-less Taibak. Pandan infused sugar syrup is used for Taibak instead of gula melaka. For those that can't take santan, this is a good alternative to have a go at cendol like dessert. Personally, I still prefer cendol. Taibak is a bit too plain for me.

Everyone seems to like Aunty Koh Best Cendol.

Simon Says Turned 5 Yesterday!

I almost forgot it was my blog 5th anniversary yesterday. Too bad I've already promised to publish an advertorial yesterday so I can't do a Blog Birthday post. Sorry blog. As usual, during each blog birthday I'll change the header to reflect what's I've blogged about and been to events that related to this blog of mine. Also, together with the new header will be a new background colour.

The year 2012 is a year of change for me because I started working in a new company after I quit my previous job of 4 years. So far the new company has been good. Better benefit and better job satisfaction.

As for blogging activities, this year as always I've been invited to many many events, especially alcohol beverage related event. Started with this and ended with this. I also did something related to cars, which is not a common in Simon Says. Got the media pass to Super GT 2012 and then I was invited for a makan trip to Malacca while driving the all new Nissan Almera.

Of course the tons of movie screenings from Nuffnang and Churp Churp that saves me a lot of movie tickets money. Hell, I can even earn from the two. Coincidentally, Nuffnang also turned 5 this year.

Ah, long distance relationship. It's a love and hate situation. It used to be difficult to communicate with your bf or gf in the old days. It's usually writing letters to each other because long distance call cost a bomb back in those days. So to make LDR work in those days is quite difficult.

Where's The Party 2012 In Penang

It's December already! It was just a month ago I was in Penang joining the Where's The Party 2012 winners from Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong to celebrate this epic event organized by Carlsberg in Hard Rock Hotel Penang. It's been almost 3 years plus I had not been to Penang and now thanks to Carlsberg I was able to come again and also visit Hard Rock Hotel.

The medias and VIPs depart were all gathered in the Carlsberg brewery and were driven in a few tour buses to Penang. I was in bus no. 3 and the host there is Karl. He's there to break the ice and keep us entertained.

Traffic was not too good that day so it took us about 6 hours to reach our hotel. Once we reached, we were greeted by Carlsberg ambassadors and Joey G. There was not much time for me to rest. After checking-in to my room, I took a quick shower and then I depart to Hard Rock Hotel next door for the press conference.

The Carlsberg Managing Directors from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong giving their speeches and answering the Q & A. This is the first Where's The Party event that includes three countries from Asia region.

Miss World Malaysia 2012 Yvonne Lee was my bus mate during the trip.

We were then introduced to some of the performers that will be performing at the event later that night. Some of those that appeared at the press con are DJ Mayumi, Love Cubic from Korea, Edmund Leong, Rubberband and

After the press conference, we all moved to the beach to where Where's the Party is being held.

I went straight to the food area where a lot of local Penang food is being served. Hungry sial. Before I step in the that area, I bumped in to Chutipond who is working as one of the Carlsberg ambassador there.

Taking photos is part of the job as a blogger in an event.

Shawn Lee was there to beat-box for us.

Besides food. There were games too to keep the guests entertained.

The guests were all into it. Enjoying the music and atmosphere. Epic is right.

The MCs of the night are Patricia K and Joey G. This is Simon S reporting from Where's the Party 2012 at Hard Rock Hotel beach.

The crowds went wild when Mad August ditched out the currently most popular song in the world, PSY's Gangnam Style. They all started dancing to the song.

Edmund Leong and Rubberband came out after Mad August aka Crossfire's performance. He sang some fast songs and also a song original sang by Beyond, 俾面派对. The party goers asked him to sing one of his famous song, 七友 but he told them that the song is not suitable to be sang here. LOL.

All in all, this is a great party. The best thing is we can drink all the Carlsberg till drunk because we can just walk back to our hotel. Carlsberg encourage us to drink responsibly so no one is driving that night. I really enjoy myself that night. Hope next year I'll get to go again.

THE PINNACLE OF H-ARTISTRY @ MIECC

The grand finale of the H-Artistry series this year happened early this month. Alas, I was only able to make it there at around 11pm because I need to attend the wedding dinner of my flogger friends, Christine & Chris. I made it in time to see Alexandra Burke elevating on to the stage.

I missed seeing Block B from Korea perform. I think I bumped into them in the hotel elevator earlier in the afternoon. Oh, well, friends told me I didn't miss much.

I am more interested to see another Korean group, Evol perform =P Not too bad, can dance and sing a bit. Of course there are still room for improvement.

I of course, need to get a glass of Hennessy Mix to start warming up for the next act. I asked for extra strong one.

The next act is Havana Brown. Oh, she is good with her DJ mix. She will also interact with the party revelers there too. The music she played is the kind of music I like to dance to.

Look at the crowd that night. I read that were 4000 strong of party revelers there.

Last but not least, it's Starkillers' turn to wow the crowd. Too bad he only get to wow us for 30 minutes before we end the night with a bang. I was almost KOed by that time. As, I practice to drink responsibly, I've booked a room in Mines Wellness Hotel, which is just opposite MIECC. Walking back to the hotel is no problem for me.

H-Artistry at MIECC was a night of true musical artistry, mixed with a sensational experience befitting of the amazing culmination for the H-Artistry Trilogy of 2012. Brief Look Through of Urbanscapes 2012

Just now I went to Urbanscapes 2012 for about an hour plus only because I have to work to be done at 5 pm. I reached at about 3 p.m. It took me a few wrong stop only to find out where is the main entrance and ticketing booths. The main entrance is near Armada Hotel. I parked at the back of Armada Hotel and there's a bridge that leads to Padang Astaka where Urbanscapes 2012 is being held.

This is the layout of Urbanscapes 2012. There are three stages. Green Stage is mostly for play and teatherical performance, The Next Stage is more on indie music, and Volkswagen Stage is the biggest stage that some of the well known singers will be performing. Yuna will be performing today at 10 pm and Sheila Majid will be performing at 7.30 pm tomorrow on Volkswagen Stage.

The rundown of activities and performance on each stage.

I started with the Volkswagen booth because it has cover, it was quite sunny while I was there.

I took part in the contest to count the number of balls inside the Polo Sedan. First prize is an iPod Touch, 2nd prize fly on a plane and view KL, and 3rd prize an iPod Shuffle.

How I wish I have enough money right now, Volkswagen is having year end sales. This Special Edition Golf TSI is selling at with a great discount, what's more this comes with premium specs like 17 inch rim, bi-xenon headlights, sunroof and etc. Previously, this specs will need to top up about RM 8K.

Next stop is of course food!
