Hi everyone ! My friend Nicole Jacoby will be holding the open house this Friday night May 15th 6 - 9 pm and Sat. morning 9am - 2pm . Some of the products offered at the last open house were emergency shaker flashlights, solar oven, wheat grinder , food fresh packets and a water purifying bag . If there is anyone you know that is working on their food storage please let them know about the open house hours of operation. She priced buckets and water containers at Walmart in Cedar City ,Utah and you are saving about $6 a bucket, that's wonderful !! So come check it out ! If you haven't been to one of the open houses please come and see all the products available!!

The ad we received from Vons this week said double coupons, but that is only for thier CA stores. Too bad, but you can still save some money this week at Vons. I was able to use my rain checks for the pop tarts and yo-gos from a few weeks ago plus an in-ad store coupon along with my coupons from the Sunday Paper!! I had to do 3 transactions (called "rolling")to make the most of this sale.

Smiths had Buy One, Get One Free on all L'Oreal makeup, and of course I also had coupons!!Here's the breakdown:

$14.99-Total Value Purchased

$11.40-Sale and Coupon savings

$3.59-Total Spent

That's a 76% savings!!

Remember when you are buying items that are Buy One, Get One Free, you can use a coupon for each item. So, for this purchase, I used two, $2.00 off coupons, plus my Smiths Fresh Value savings. Not a bad deal for Mascara and Lip Gloss!!

It's a bummer, but don't be alarmed!! No Coupon inserts came in the Sunday Paper today because of the national holiday President's Day!! Coupon inserts come almost every Sunday, but there are times throughout the year that they don't come!! That goes for RP &PG too.

Here is an Underground Shopper's great shopping trip!!

Well I did my Walgreen's run today...My total for all of this was $16.09 (including tax)I bought 15 cans of the Progresso, 3 rolls of the Bounty paper towels and 7 tubes of Colgate.... Not bad...
