I received emails like this quite often, actually this one is pretty tame compared to some. I feel your pain!

I have followed your advice and I have not made a single penny from anything. I have read the report many times and followed everything in it and its failed and I have lost more money in the process in truth I’m feeling frustrated that nothing has worked out and now I’m going to have to find a job … this is whats happened to me and I’ve now had enough … JD

Have you ever felt like this?

Have you ever heard yourself saying things like, “it failed”.

I understand your frustration. It’s difficult when there is so much to learn.

HOWEVER – and I need this to be PERFECTLY CLEAR ~ the systems work … what isn’t working is the person using the systems! And please, don’t take that the wrong way. The Benefits of Using Safelists

As an Internet marketer, you will always be needing a supply of prospects interested in your product. One of the most effective ways to do that is through the use of safelists. A safelist is a reciprocal mailing list of contacts. Each member of the safelist has to opt-in to the list manually.

What all that up there means is that everybody in the safelist has ASKED to be in the list. By reciprocal, we mean that you get to send your ads to the list members in exchange for accepting mail from them as well. Very simple setup and immensely effective, safelists have been around for years.

The benefits of using safelists are multiple and include:

1. No danger of SPAM reports. Since the member are “opted in”, all the mail is not SPAM. This is important because a single SPAM report can get your ISP to drop you on the spot.

2. You can choose your level in the list. Most safelists have a free membership position which allows you send your ads less frequently. Then there are several paid position levels with individual access assigned to each. This leads us to #3…

3. You can send your messages to the list at a set interval. All safelists allow you send to the list at specific intervals like once a day, once every two days, once a week, etc…depending on your level in the list. For instance, a free member may be allowed to send their ads once every week whereas an executive member can send their ads once every 12 hours.

4. The big upside to a safelist is that the recipients of your emails are usually required to open and read a set number of messages each day to stay active. This gives your ad a greater chance of being read and acted upon.

5. Safelist members already know that they are receiving advertisements and have joined BECAUSE of it. So they are interested in your product and they know you have something to sell. There’s no need for sweet talk and relationship building.

6. Depending on the size of the safelist you are a member of, your ad could be seen by thousands of people each week or even daily in some cases.

7. You can be a member of as many safelists as you want. There is no limit to this so the more lists you are on, the more your ad is seen.

8. Some safelists let you use HTML in your messages, so you can diversify your ad formats and use banners, buttons, text links or just hyperlinks to your site.

9. Most safelists even allow you to save ads on the safelist server for use later on. SO if you have a campaign that you know works, sending that ad can be a one click operation.

10. YOU are the boss. YOU are in control. YOU decide what to send.

11. Use several safelists at a time and compare the results for different types of campaigns. See what works and use it more.

Safelists make advertising easy, affordable and effective. The audience is targeted and they already know they are getting an advertisement. The benefits of using safelists are many and the profits are even greater!

Are Pay to Read, (PTR) sites really worth it?

When I first started looking for internet opportunities a few years ago, I signed up for anything and everything! Most of them disappeared with my earnings and I never saw them again. Pay to Read, (PTR) sites are basically paying you to read email ads or view websites for a predetermined time, usually 30 seconds or less and they pay anywhere from .01- $2.00 with the average I've found at .02-.05 a piece.

Are they worth it? In my opinion yes, but with a few caveats. I look at these sites as passive income only...Although I do know of some who make a pretty good monthly income but that is mainly from their huge down lines. Most of these have a MLM or networking component where you can earn more. I still use them today and usually visit them at least once a day when the time allows. It's not my main source, but when used properly they can add more than a few dollars each month to your income. It's kinda like something to do while you're working on your primary business.

I am posting the ones that have paid me continually and have been around for a few years. I would not jump on every new one that seems to be springing up every day. Remember this is for passive income, you don't want to be sitting in front of your computer reading and clickin ads all day for pennies. These have been around for years and I have used them to earn money each month. They have always paid and I have full confidence in recommending them to you.

Safelists, How and Why I still use them in my marketing

I've used safelists for years now to build my own mailing list so telling me they don't work and is a waste of time is a waste of time. I like Sunday to send my emails out via my safelists. Even with all the new wave of marketing hitting us daily, this old school method still produces results each week for my business. One important item to remember is most who enter internet marketing start with safelists and traffic exchanges. That being said, I'll show you how I use them and how you can start using them for your business.

What is a safelist? A safelist is a mailing list that is geared towards advertising web sites, business opportunities, and so forth. All members of a free or paid safelist agree to receive advertising emails from the other members. It benefits you by allowing you to advertise to a number of people via email, without having to resort to spam. Basically a safelist is an opt in list where people accept emails from each other in return for allowing them to send them emails in return. Before you discard this, have an open mind and remember, I've built a huge part of my own personal mailing list from using safelists.

Things you should know. You need to have two email addresses to use safelists. One is your contact email. The other is to receive the thousands of emails you will get. Yes, I said thousands of emails, so you'll want to use google email. Most isp's are blocking all sorts of emails these days, so google is highly recommended.

Don't waste your time! There are thousands of safelists out there, seems like one starting everyday. Go with the top safelists, I use Traffic Hoopla's weekly report to get the top ratings and the new ones coming up. Traffic Hoopla has been around for years and do weekly reports on the best traffic exchanges and safelists based on certain criteria.

Today marks an important date for me. I'm not selling or promoting today. Today I celebrate my 5th year of sobriety! It was a Halloween night 5 years ago in a meeting where I began my new life.

To those who know someone caught in the throes of addiction, I am here to give you hope. To those who think there is no way out, I am living proof that it can be done. I thank my brothers and sisters who helped me along the way. But most of all, I thank my Father in Heaven for delivering me and giving me victory each day.
