The worldwide web is awash with information regarding schemes, ideas and concepts on how to make money online. Many have been quite sucessful but the numbers for those who tried and failed are quite high also. Many fell victims to scams from people who are promising fortunes overnight by selling "info" on how to make money online in PDF's, CD's,DVD's and VIDEOS.

Afilliate marketers are working round the clock in posting ads all over the net to lure prospects with their sometimes good-to-be-true online money making schemes. Is there a way to determine what's legitimate and what are scams? Well, in my case I'm using common sense. I joined online programs that doesn't require initial investment. Programs that offer free sign ups and you have the option to upgrade later to paid membership if you think shelling out some cash would be worth it and the potential ROI is good. Paid to click sites or PTC's are gaining popularity these days. In fact if you visit traffic exchanges such as
TRAFFICSWARM or WEBCENTRESURF, you can see new PTC sites with similar offers and even the physical layout of the sites are obviously copied from the more popular sites are sprouting like mushrooms in the net. The beauty in joining Paid To Click sites is you can earn although not that big by just viewing 30 second-sponsor ads available to members for a particular day. One view or ad click is worth between $0.01 to $0.02. Most PTC sites are offering referral commissions.So the more people you can bring to join the program,the higher your income potential. All that is required is just few minutes in front of your computer or to put it simply, you will be paid for the things you are already doing. Majority of the PTC sites are paying their members thru PAYPAL or ALERT PAY
although some are still offering to pay in cheques but this scheme is not quite convenient to members outside the United States where most of these PTC sites are based. If you are new to online marketing and have high hopes to make money online; I am sure that you have heard about the key to ranking high in the SERPs is SEO and gaining quality backlinks. Though this may sound simple I have been amazed at the amount of people that are not sure where to start when they begin to acquire backlinks. One of the biggest things I would like to stress to new webmasters and/or bloggers is getting enough backlinks to rank well in the SERPs (search engine ranking pages) is not a quick task. You will need to be willing to spend hours daily building and building making sure to place the keywords you would like to rank well for within the text of your backlinks. It is also a good idea to rotate the keywords you would like to rank well for. As you move up the SERPs the chances to make money increase. Anyway let's move on to where a new webmaster should look to when trying to gain quality backlinks.

1. The first thing to do when you have completed a website is begin submitting free press releases. A press release website is a website dedicated to a place that reporters can go to find new news. The most successful sites will be ones that are ground breaking these have the possibility to gain tens of thousands of backlinks. More than likely though you will end up with only a few, but it is a good start. To find a list of free press release sites simply do a Google search with those keywords.

2. The next thing a new webmaster should do is begin an article writing campaign. If you have a website or blog it is very important that you know your niche well enough that you will be able to write articles about the subject. Again to find a list all you need to do is search Google for "list of article directories" and you will be able to find one. Remember to submit your unique articles to high PR article directories at first then after they are published start submitting the old articles to lower PR directories.

3. Posting in webmaster forums. Now doing this actually will help you in two ways. First you will get a backlink for every post that you complete and second you will be able to learn all the ways to market a website and get backlinks. V7N Forums is the best webmaster forum and is mandatory for anyone trying to make it as a webmaster this is where I found my lists.

4. Start a blog (if you have a blog start one to support your first one). Ok this tip really is my little experiment so I suggest you do this at your own risk. What I do is in note pad get 5 or 6 sentences that have all of your blogs, websites, and webpages you would like to promote place each URL within each sentence for the keywords you would like to rank well for. Make sure as you go from sentence to sentence you use different keywords for each URL. Next start a blogger blog and begin posting 20 times daily making sure to copy and paste the html at the bottom of each post. Personally I use the free content that article directories have to post on my support blogs. You will want to build a few backlinks to the support blog making sure the links pointing from each post will hit your website. Fool around with the idea and see if you can figure out how to make it affect your SERPs position. This idea is mine I have not seen it, though I am sure it has been used before anyway it is a good way of not only gathering articles on a particular subject, but also getting links from every article you republish. On a side note do not screw over the article authors make sure if they have an author bio to place it under the article and keep the links active.

5. Social Bookmarking Websites: these are usually high PR for example digg.com is PR 8. They allow you to submit your website for the community to vote good or bad and again there are two good points to submitting to social bookmarking sites. First you will receive free one way high PR backlinks. Second if your website is very useful to the community using the social bookmarking site and is voted to the front page you have the possibility of thousands of referral visitors coming from the social bookmarking site. Well these five are definitely a must for any new webmaster trying to get free one way backlinks. Remember that the only reason anyone fails online is they think it is too hard so keep your head up never give up and you will succeed. 1. Use a hand written letter on your ad copy instead
of text. Write the ad on a piece of paper, scan it and
publish the ad on your web page. Adding a personal
touch will always increase your sales.

2. Publish a list of famous and respected customers
who have bought from you on your ad copy. People
will think that if these people bought from you, they
should also trust your business and purchase your
products. Make sure to get their permission first.

3. Show before and after photos for your products
on your web page copy. Show the problem picture
and then beside it, show the picture of the resolution
to the problem when they use your product.

4. Include an article or review that has been written

There are basically two types of bloggers in the world - reporters and experts - and some people perform both roles (usually the experts, it’s hard for reporters to become experts, but it’s easy for experts to report).

If you have ever taken an Internet marketing course or attended a seminar specifically for beginners, you have probably heard about the two different methodologies. Whenever the business model is based on content, and if you blog for money then the model is based on content, people are taught to either start as reporters, or if possible step up as experts.

I’ll be frank; you want to be the expert.

Reporters leverage the content of the experts and in most cases people start off as reporters because they haven’t established expertise. Experts enjoy the perks of preeminence, higher conversion rates because of perceived value, it’s easier to get publicity, people are more likely to seek you out rather than you having to seek others out, joint ventures come easier, etc… experts in most cases simply make more money and attract more attention.

Most Bloggers Are Reporters

The thing with expertise is that it requires something - experience. No person becomes an expert without doing things and learning. Bloggers usually start out without expertise and as a result begin their blogging journey by talking about everything going on in their niche (reporting) and by interviewing and talking about other experts (reporting again).

There’s nothing wrong with reporting of course and for many people it’s a necessity at first until you build up some expertise. Unfortunately the ratios are pretty skewed when it comes to reporters and experts - there are a lot more reporters than there are experts, hence reporters tend to struggle to gain attention and when they do, they often just enhance the reputation of the expert they are reporting on.

Don’t Replicate Your Teacher

If you have ever spent some time browsing products in the learn Internet marketing niche you will notice a pattern. Many people first study Internet marketing from a “guru” (for lack of a better term). The guru teaches how he or she is able to make money online, and very often the view that the student gleams is that in order to make money online you have to teach others how to make money online.

The end result of this process is a huge army of amateurs attempting to replicate what their teacher does in the same industry - the Internet marketing industry - not realizing that without expert status based on a proven record and all the perks that come with it, it’s next to impossible to succeed.

Even people, who enjoy marginal success, say for example growing an email list of 1,000 people, then go out and launch a product about how to grow an email list of 1,000 people. Now I have no problems with that, I think it’s fine to teach beginners and leverage whatever achievements you have, the problem is that people gravitate to the same niche - Internet marketing - and rarely have any key points of differentiation.

How many products out there do you know of that all claim to teach the same things - email marketing, SEO, pay per click, affiliate marketing, and all the sub-niches that fall under the category of Internet marketing. It’s a saturated market, yet when you see your teachers and other gurus making money teaching others how to make money (and let’s face it - making money as a subject is one of the most compelling) - your natural inclination is to follow in their footsteps.

If the key is to become an expert and you haven’t spent the last 5-10 years making money online, I suggest you look for another niche to establish expertise in.

Report on Your Process, Not Others

The secret to progress from reporter to expert is not to focus on other experts and instead report on your own journey. When you are learning how to do something and implementing things day by day, or studying other people’s work, you need to take your process and what you do as a result of what you learn, and use it as content for your blog.

It’s okay to talk about experts when you learn something from them, but always relate it to what you are doing. If you learn a technique from an expert it’s fine to state you learned it from them (and affiliate link to their product too!) but you should then take that technique, apply it to what you are doing and then report back YOUR results, not there’s. Frame things using your opinion - your stories - and don’t regurgitate what the expert said. The key is differentiation and personality, not replication.

Expertise comes from doing things most people don’t do and then talking about it. If you do this often enough you wake up one day as an expert, possibly without even realizing how it happened, simply because you were so good at reporting what you did.

You Are Already An Expert

Most people fail to become experts (or perceived as experts) because they don’t leverage what they already know. Every person who lives a life learns things as they go, takes action every day and knows something about something. The reason why they never become an expert is because they choose not to (which is fine for some, not everyone wants to be an expert), but if your goal is to blog your way to expertise and leave the world of reporting behind you have to start teaching and doing so by leveraging real experience.

Experience can come from what you do today and what you have done previously; you just need to take enough steps to demonstrate what you already know and what you are presently learning along your journey. I know so many people in my life, who are experts simply by virtue of the life they have lived, yet they are so insecure about what they know, they never commit their knowledge to words for fear of…well fear.

Blogs and the Web in general, are amazing resources when you leverage them as a communication tool to spread your expertise because of the sheer scope of people they can reach. If all you ever do is talk to people in person and share your experience using limited communication mediums, you haven’t much hope of becoming an expert. Take what you know and show other people through blogging, and you might be surprised how people change their perception of you in time.

Reporting Is A Stepping Stone

If your previous experience and expertise is from an area you want to leave behind or you are starting from “scratch”, then reporting is the path you must walk, at least for the short term.

Reporting is a lot of fun. Interviewing experts, talking about what other people are doing and just being part of a community is not a bad way to blog. In many cases people make a career of reporting (journalism is about just that), but if you truly want success and exponential results, at some point you will have to stand up and proclaim yourself as someone unusually good at something and then proceed to demonstrate it over and over again.

Have patience and focus on what you do to learn and then translate that experience into lessons for others, and remember, it’s okay to be a big fish in a small pond, that’s all most experts really are.

ONLINE WEALTH BUILDING???

When I started blogging almost six months ago, my idea of online wealth building is just one joining and then promoting affiliate programs in blogs. Dollars will start flowing overnight to your bank accounts if the guillible self-proclaimed internet marketers of the year is to be believed. Poor D3Marketers fell prey to this hype and bought one program for about $50 that even boasted to make you $1000 in an hour. I've spent sleepless nights reading the system and the only thing I found useful from that manuscript whom the author I wish to thank here is how to submit your site to GOOGLE. The rest are just overviews on how and where to start online wealth building.

I've realized soon enough that online wealth building is no simple task. It requires time, effort, money, specific goals and the discipline to implement your plans on how to succeed in your online wealth building efforts.

With that said, one important aspect in making money online is to stick with the FUNDAMENTALS on how to succeed in building a successful online business.

the gate, most people are running for the finish line without any
real plan in mind.

After a few short weeks, people begin to see the writing on the
wall that says, "This is going to be a long hard road."

People check their hit counters daily for six weeks before they
realize that getting traffic to their free site is going to be
tough.

At this point, they begin developing their first batch of
advertising. Then they spend countless months finding places to
show their advertisements for free. Some make an even more
drastic mistake by blowing thousands of hard earned dollars on
their new and untested ads.

These are the people who will learn the facts of life the hard

where do you turn for help? Sure, some people turn to the yellow
pages. But most will turn to friends and family and ask if they
know of anyone who can do the work.

The best place for your business to be positioned is to be the
business on the tips of the tongues of the people asked to make
the referral.

THE 300 RULE

Preachers, funeral directors and people in a few other
professions have learned "the 300 rule" through their own
personal experience.

"The 300 rule" states that the average person knows 300 people
on a friendly level. Wedding planners tend to make reservations
for 300 guests. Funeral directors tend to need to make room for
300 mourners. You get the idea.

DOODLING WITH CIRCLES OF INFLUENCE

Imagine your circle of friends, family and acquaintances, a.k.a.
your circle of influence. Now, draw your circle of influence as
a circle on a blank piece of paper.

Next, contemplate the people in your parents` circle of
influence. Some people who know your parents also know you.
Therefore, you will share some influence with the people your
folks know. Now draw your parents` circle of influence on your
piece of paper.

Your circle and your parents` circle will intersect in one area,
although the larger majority of the two circles will not
intersect. If you are like most people, the two circles on your
page at this point looks very similar to the MasterCard logo.

Now imagine drawing a page full of intersecting circles, each
circle representing the circle of influence of the people who
are within your own circle of influence. Imagine trying to
encapsulate an accurate rendering of where your circle and the
circle of your friends will actually intersect.

Some circles will share a large area of space, while others will
barely cover one another.

Actually, you can only imagine at this point what your piece of
paper will look like. The actual layout of the circles imagined
in this analogy is simply too overwhelming for the mind to
comprehend.

THE BIG PICTURE

300 multiplied by 300 equals 90,000. By using the analogy of
doodles in the previous section, the average person can actually
network with up to 90,000 people! Even factoring in the overlap,
one can still probably network with 50,000 people through their
own circle of influence!

Simply amazing, isn`t it?

HERE IS THE SECRET TO YOUR SUCCESS

There are 300 people on this planet whom you have a reasonable
amount of influence. Take advantage of this fact. Make darn sure
that every person within your own circle of influence KNOWS that
you are in business for yourself, and make sure they understand
what your business offers.

When your friend is asked to make a referral, they will
recommend you.

PASSIVE VERSUS ACTIVE REFERRAL NETWORKING

When people ask your friends for a referral and your friend
mentions your business, that is passive referral networking.

Active referral networking is when you can get your friends go
directly to their friends and say "Hey, I have a friend who just
started a business. If you are in need of what he offers or you
know someone who will need his services, would you please give
my friend a call or make the referral to his business?"

If you can get even a portion of the people in your own circle
of influence to actively refer your business, then you have
built the foundation to build an advertising campaign even more
effective than the average local television advertising campaign.

Think about that for a moment.

Most people only dream of reaching 50,000 potential customers
with their television advertising dollars. You now have the

Many people get the blind idea that if one works from home then
they are not actually working.

Well-meaning people may try to fill your doorway to bring advice
about getting a real job. Others may simply believe that if you
are at home, then you are fair game for chitchat and
socialization.

You must stand firm. You must make certain your friends and
family understands that when you are working, then you ARE
working! If they wish to socialize with you, then they need to
do it during the hours that are not dedicated to your home
business.

You are the only one who can stand up for you. Your friends and
family will seldom be able to appreciate your dedication to your
home business, unless you make the effort to make sure that they
have the same respect for your business that you do.

TIP #5:
You should allot a certain portion of your day to email and to
regular mail. For example, allot one hour in the morning and one
hour in the afternoon to handling your written communications.

Unless you dedicate certain times to the handling of these
communications, you will soon find yourself on the downward
slope of decreased productivity.

TIP #6:
When you find yourself spending too much time doing
non-productive activities, then you should seriously consider
finding a third-party service provider who will assist you in
those non-profitable business activities.

As an example, you might be in the mail-order business. You
might believe that your time is best spent writing ad copy and
setting up your advertising, but you find yourself spending far
too much time taking care of your books to take care of your
advertising in the manner that you should. In this event, it
might make more sense to hire a bookkeeper to handle your
financial records for you.

truly hope so! But most people get up and go to work
because they FEAR losing their job and ending up
homeless on the side of the streets begging for KFC
leftovers to get them through the night... The desire
to avoid this horrific pain is EXTREMELY motivational,
isn't it?! USE IT!!!

Don't fight against the forces that govern your very
existence... pleasure and pain. Use them wisely to your
benefit. If you know that pain motivates you, MAKE
YOURSELF FEEL PAIN so that you will TAKE ACTION and
change your current circumstances. It's OK to use your
imagination here.

Think about what would happen if you got fired and
couldn't find another job for the next 6 months... How
freaked out would you get then? Feel that.

Think about what would happen if you simply did nothing
different for the rest of your life and continued to
live the "status quo", do-what's-expected-of-you
lifestyle that's got you this far, and left many of
your most sacred dreams and ambitions on the table. How
painful will it be to be on your deathbed knowing that
you never even tried to do what your heart was telling
you that you *really* wanted to do in this life? Feel
that.

Think about what not having enough time or money is NOT
ALLOWING you to do that you really, really, really,
really wish you could do (insert all the things that
are important to you but seem out of reach right now
here)... Feel that.

THEN GET MAD!

GET ANGRY!

GET FRICKIN' PISSED OFF!

..... and then RIGHT NOW, before the feeling fades away
or is numbed out of existence by your favorite
television show or alcoholic beverage, MAKE A DECISION
to change. That's all it takes. As soon as you decide
that you've HAD ENOUGH with the mediocrity you've
accepted up to this point, the world shifts on it's
axis and will present you with new ways to think, new
ways to act, new ways to LIVE.

Big doors swing on small hinges and the hinges that
open the doors of opportunity are always the DECISIONS
we make about what we will and what we won't settle
for in our life. If you allow yourself to get MAD
ENOUGH, the "settling point" for what you can and
will receive in your life will be raised and you will
experience a better future... a future more closely
aligned with WHAT YOU WERE BORN TO DO here on Earth.

So GET MAD, TAKE ACTION, and GET PREPARED to *be happy*
as you start creating your life on your terms the way
you always hoped it would be... and it can my friend -
it really, truly can!

"ECONOMIC GLOOM, BE GONE"

I walked downstairs a few minutes ago and saw that my
wife was watching a little CNN (helping us stay
up-to-date on the latest world happenings...), and one
of the headlines that jumped out at me was the words:
"Economic Gloom".

This got me thinking...

From my point of view, I see that much of the world is
in a state of PANIC about the economy. There certainly
may be good reason for concern, but too much concern
will also certainly create the reality that you wish to
avoid through the law of attraction.

It is true that what you think about most of the time
shows up in your life. For example, if you're THINKING
about why you can't accomplish some goal of yours,
sure enough all the reasons that you *find* for why you
can't will affect your emotions and therefore the
actions that you will or won't take toward that goal.
Therefore, by thinking *why* you can't, you're making
sure that you don't.

Alternatively, if you use your mind to start finding
reasons why you CAN, you'll start to FEEL differently
and then those new feelings will motivate you to take
NEW ACTIONS and those new actions will create new
results in your results - most likely much closer to
your desired outcome.

In these times of great challenge financially around
the world, NOW MORE THAN EVER it is critical that YOU
tune your mind, feeling and actions into prosperous
frequencies. For many years, I've been reading books,
listening to audio tapes, doing meditations, watching
DVD's and surrounding myself with influences that make
me think smarter, faster, younger, happier, healthier
and wealthier. And little by little, day by day all of
these things have given me an edge in life and allowed
me to achieve more success, happiness and freedom in
my life than I would have ever been able to if I had
simply allow myself to "go with the flow" and allow
society to program me to it's own standards.

Speaking of standards, for many people here in the
United States the standard for success is to go to
college, get a good job, work hard for 40 years and
*hopefully* retire with enough money left in the bank
to pay your medical bills and assisted care living
expenses until you DIE. It's pretty sad.

That's definitely NOT my standard for this life
though. I "retired" a long time ago (without ever
graduating from college) and spend most my time these
being a passionate husband and father as well as
aggressively pursuing interests that light a fire in my
soul!

Today which is Tuesday (while many people were busy
working a job they don't enjoy), I was at my tennis
club at 8:30 am working on my serve, then went to the
ball machine at 10:00, then started my private tennis
lesson at 11:00, followed by an hour long massage at
12:15. Then I got home about 1:30 and made myself a
plate with a tuna sandwich, freshly cooked beets and a
delicious cabbage salad all bought from Whole Foods
Market where the words natural and organic truly means
something. While having lunch my car was being detail
cleaned in the driveway of my home and my gardener was
dropping off fertilizer and plants for this Fall's
planting. While my "team" was helping me keep my car
and home looking great, I jumped on the piano for 30
minutes and started practicing "Carol of the Bells"
which is a song I'll be playing during the holidays
this year for competition and for pleasure. After that,
I spent a little quality time with my wife and kids and
then my kids tutor arrived so I hopped over here to my
office to write you this email. Once I press send, I'm
going to head downstairs and eat a great dinner with
the people I love most in this world.

That's a day in the life of Stone Evans, The Home Biz
Guy, and it's pretty typical (for me right now). I
focus most of my energy on having fun doing things that
I love and working in ways that make me happy and make
feel like I'm making a positive difference in other
people's lives. These are some of MY standards. Do you
know what yours are?

You see, a standard is something that is basic to your
life. Something that simply couldn't be different. For
example, many years ago (before I was rich, *or at
least before the world agreed with me that I was
rich*), I knew that that description I shared with you
above about my day today was simply a standard of who I
was and what I was *committed* to experience in my
life. I knew that wanted to do and pursue all the
things that were important and exciting to ME, without
having to worry, or even *think* about how much money
it would cost. In fact, that's a huge part of
financial success for me - to never be limited to do
something you want to do because of money. This is my
standard. And it's because of this standard that was
set in my mind a long time ago that I've been able to
achieve some pretty extraordinary things in my life so
far, and that will continue to drive me to create and
experience the life I dream of.

I feel impassioned to write about these things right
now, not to brag, because life has far greater things
in store for each of us that chooses to embrace the
potential and power within us. Instead, I write to
inspire. If I've been able to break free of society's
"doom and gloom programming" and "standards of
mediocrity", you can too!

Turn off the "noooooooooooos" and TURN ON your own
mind by reading books that empower you, watching DVD's
that inspire you, talking to people that LIFT YOU UP
and taking new actions that move you in the *direction*
of YOUR deepest heart's desire. A couple of books that
have made a difference for me lately are: "The
Jackrabbit Factor: Why You Can" and
"Psycho-Cybernetics, A New Way to Get More Living Out
of Life". You can find them both at Amazon.com. Look
them up, buy them and devour them! Just READING these
books with an open mind will affect you in ways that
change your life and cause you to experience more
happiness and success, guaranteed!

In the world right now, the divide between the
"haves" and the "have-nots" is getting wider. Align
YOURSELF with the "have what YOU want" mindset and
YOU WILL. As I said earlier, *now more than EVER
before* if you want more out of your life, SELECT YOUR
PROGRAMMING CAREFULLY and take control of your mind,
and your future!

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and build wealth on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my

STICK WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS

Hey folks, I just wanna share with everyone a good article by Stone Evans-- The Home Biz Guy
regarding the fundamentals of making it big in online business. Here we go...

"In regard to making money on the Internet, everyone is
always looking for the quick fix. They want to sign up for a
program, place an advertisement, and make hundreds or
thousands of dollars instantly. While this may be possible
depending on your circumstances, the most direct and
guaranteed path to success on the Internet is to stick with
the fundamentals.

A friend of mine who is an athletic coach for kids in the
city where I live reminded me of this lesson. This guy is
actually so passionate about kids and athletics that he
coaches 4 different sports: basketball, soccer, baseball and
football. Of course, he has a kid of his own on each team.
But what is remarkable about this guy is the results he gets
with his teams.

He was recruited to coach the 8th grade football team where
his children go to school. After 27 years of losing seasons
in a row, the first year my friend became the head coach the
team won the district championship and repeated their
championship run the following year. This past weekend he
coached 12 different games and won all 12 of them. As you
can tell, this guy is extremely dedicated.

But the funny thing is that he and the kids he coaches are
not totally hung up on winning. If they lose a game, they
feel equally good about themselves as they would if they had
won. What matters most to them is how well they played and
lived up to their potential as a team.

The real question is how my friend's teams continually
perform on such a high level and beat nearly anyone they
play even though they are often smaller and younger than
their competitors. I asked this question to my friend the
other day and he told me that it's all in the fundamentals.

In his practices, all he works on with his kids is keeping a
positive mindset and practicing the fundamentals. He told me
that his teams never scrimmage or strategize about upcoming
games during practice. They simply work hard on all the
fundamentals of whatever particular sport they are playing
and do so more than any other team they play. This constant
practice and improvement of the fundamentals is what allows
his teams to progress faster than his competitors. While
most other teams get caught up with how to win,
out-strategize, be stronger than and intimidate their
opponents, my friend's team is just so good at the basics
that they blow everyone out of the water when game day
arrives.

This got me thinking about my own Internet business and why
I've been able to succeed on such a high level while most
others who have tried to do what I do have failed. The
answer is not really surprising.

Most people who try to build a successful Internet home
business are looking for the quick fix. They want it to work
IMMEDIATELY and so they usually fall prey to business
opportunities that promise to help them get rich overnight
and advertising scams that promise to deliver thousands of
hungry prospects to their website in the next 24 hours. Of
course, these opportunistic schemes are really just geared
to steal people's hard earned money. You see, when someone
is desperate and looking for an INSTANT solution, they will
often be taken advantage of and their chances for success
with an Internet home business are slim to none.

However, while there are thousands of business opportunities
on the Internet and millions of different ways to advertise
and promote your website, I personally practice the
fundamentals in my Internet home business. I do this by
sticking with the business opportunities I've joined for
the long haul and promoting my website consistently with
simple, affordable and easily maintained Internet marketing
techniques.

In fact, one of the techniques that works best for me is
writing articles like this one and getting them published on
other people's websites using article syndication tools and
software found online.

By writing articles and getting them published on other
websites online using powerful tools like those mentioned
above, I'm able to get my name and website address in front
of thousands of people without paying a dime in advertising.
Of course, the key to this strategy is that I write and
distribute articles consistently in this way. It's one of
those "fundamentals" that doesn't cost anything but a
little time and effort. Fact is, it's this price of time
and effort that most people are unwilling to pay. They'll
gladly part with hundreds or even thousands of dollars, but
ask them to do a little hard work and they say "No way."

It's this understanding that can separate you from the
pack. If you are willing to practice the fundamentals of
your business faithfully and consistently, you will be
destined to succeed on a high level. But if you can't and
you're only looking for the quick fix, you have already
lost the game before you even set foot on the field.

Even pros like me practice the fundamentals every day. In
fact, especially pros like me practice the fundamentals. The
moment I stop practicing the fundamentals is the moment I
stop being a pro. Think about this carefully and then renew
YOUR commitment to the fundamentals of your Internet home
business today. Do this and you will soar past your
competition.
