&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carne com Quiabo&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;- 1,5Kg de paleta cortada em cubos (bem limpos)&lt;br&gt;- 10 dentes grandes de alho amassados&lt;br&gt;- sal a gosto&lt;br&gt;- pimenta-do-reino a gosto&lt;br&gt;- 100ml de vinagre de maçã&lt;br&gt;- 10ml de óleo vegetal&lt;br&gt;- 2 tomates grandes, maduros, cortados em cubinhos&lt;br&gt;- 1 xícara (chá) de cheiro-verde (salsinha, cebolinha e manjericão) picadinho&lt;br&gt;- 1 colher (sopa) de molho de pimenta temperado (molho feito com pimenta dedo-de-moça, cebola, alho, ervas, azeite, vinagre, sal batidos no liquidificador)&lt;br&gt;- 500g de quiabo bem lavado, cortado em rodelinhas&lt;br&gt;- suco de dois limões&lt;br&gt;- óleo para fritar&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;No dia anterior, limpe bem a carne e corte em cubos. Tempere com o alho, o sal, a pimenta-do-reino, o vinagre de maçã e o cheiro-verde picado. Deixe tomar gosto por pelo menos 12 horas.&lt;br&gt;Comece a receita cortando o quiabo em rodelinhas e coloque dentro de uma tigela. Regue com o suco de limão e deixe por 15 minutos. Escorra bem como uma peneira (não lave). Numa panela de fritura aqueça o óleo e frite as rodelinhas de quiabo até que fiquem douradas (esse processo evita a formação da famosa baba do quiabo). Escorra em papel toalha e reserve.&lt;br&gt;Numa panela de pressão, aqueça os 10ml de óleo e doure bem a carne, vá fritando com calma e pingando todo o líquido e temperos da marinada. Deixe que vá formando uma crostinha tostada e a carne bem marronzinha. Junte os tomates picados, o molho de pimenta, deixe refogar.&amp;nbsp; Coloque cerca de 300ml de água, tampe a panela e deixe pegar pressão, conte 30 minutos. Abra a panela, mantenha o fogo baixo, mexa e veja se a carne está bem cozida (quase desmanchando). Com a água ainda fria, vá juntando o fubá aos poucos e mexendo sem parar com o fuêt (ou com a colher de pau). Quando alcançar o ponto de creme feche a panela e conte 10 minutos assim que pegar pressão. Abra, mexa vigorosamente até obter um creme liso. Deixe descansar por 15 minutos. Junte a farinha de trigo - aos poucos - a margarina, um ovo e uma gema (reserve uma clara), o sal, a raspa de laranja e mexa bem. Vá acrescentando a água (1 ½ xícara) e a farinha de trigo, suavemente, até desgrudar das mãos.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;Divida a massa em três porções iguais e misture um recheio em cada porção. Faça mini pãezinhos (cerca de 40), pincele a superfície dos pãezinhos com a clara reservada. Deixe crescer até dobrar de volume. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 20 minutos. Retire do forno e regue ainda quente com água adoçada com adoçante. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBS:&lt;/strong&gt; somente os pãezinhos com passas e nozes tem zero açúcar, pois tanto as frutas cristalizadas quanto os morangos desidratados possuem açúcar em sua composição. Misture bem e deixe tomar gosto por cerca de 2 horas na geladeira.&lt;br&gt;Unte uma assadeira com manteiga e arrume as coxinhas numa assadeira (reserve a marinada do tempero) de modo que fiquem bem juntinhas. Quando estiver bem douradinha, junte a cebola e alho e refogue por uns 5 minutos. Junte a cebolinha e misture bem novamente. Deixe a mistura esfriar (pode levar à geladeira). Pegue porções da mistura, modele os croquetes e recheie com um palito de queijo coalho. Deixe bem firme para que não abram.&lt;br&gt;Empane primeiro na farinha de rosca, depois no ovo, e novamente na farinha de rosca, retire o excesso e frite em óleo quente.&lt;br&gt;Fica ótimo com molho de pimenta e cervejinha gelada!!&lt;/p&gt; Numa frigideira grande aqueça o azeite e doure o bacon. Junte o alho e refogue por uns 2 minutos. Acrescente os tomatinhos lavados e inteiros, salteie sem deixar amolecer muito. Tempere, com sal, pimenta-do-reino e bastante manjericão. Se quiser pode colocar mais azeite para ficar úmido. Desligue o fogo, junte a massa e o parmesão em lascas. Cozinhe em fogo baixo até que o frango fique macio e bem cozido. Risque os tenders com uma faca formando um jogo da velha e coloque cravos nos cruzamentos. Numa vasilha misture o mel e a mostarda e pincele a mistura nos tenders. Leve ao forno e asse como escrito na embalagem.&lt;br&gt;Assim que estive no ponto, retire-os da assadeira e fatie bem fininho. Arrume numa travessa as fatias enfeitando a volta com fatias de abacaxi e as cerejas.&lt;br&gt;Na assadeira que foi assado o tender, coloque a água e leve à boca do fogão, junte o restante da mistura que foi pincelada no tender e o sachê de molho pronto. E deixe ferver, em fogo baixo até encorpar. Coloque um pouco por cima das fatias de tender e se deixar sem fatiar, coloque bastante por cima para que fique brilhante. Junte o peito de peru defumado e refogue por cerca de 5 minutos. Acrescente o damasco e as uvas, refogue bem. Junte o arroz cru e refogue. Coloque o água fervente (cerca de 6 xícaras de chá). Coloque o sal e deixe cozinhar como de costume. Vão receber uma caixinha linda com delícias Ducoco e mais um brinde lindo!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Segue abaixo a receita completa para vocês:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pudim de coco com geleia de mirtilo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para a calda:&lt;/strong&gt; 1 xícara de geleia de mirtilo; 1/2 xícara de água.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para o pudim:&lt;/strong&gt; 2 colheres (sopa) de gelatina em pó sem sabor; 1/2 xícara de água fria; 1/3 de xícara de água fervente; 6 claras; 1 pitada de sal; 3/4 de xícara de açúcar; 2 xícaras de creme de leite batido; 1 colher de chá de baunilha.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Para polvilhar:&lt;/strong&gt; 2 xícaras de coco ralado Ducoco.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de fazer: &lt;br&gt;Prepare a calda:&lt;/strong&gt; misture a geleia com a água. Leve ao fogo até derreter, mexendo de vez em quando. Reserve.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prepare o pudim:&lt;/strong&gt; Hidrate a gelatina na água fria. Junte a água fervente e mexa até dissolver a gelatina. Deixe esfriar. Bata as claras com o sal até espumarem. Aos poucos, adicione o açúcar, até obter o ponto de suspiro. Sem parar de bater, acrescente a gelatina dissolvida. Junte o creme de leite batido e a baunilha. Misture de leve. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem:&lt;/strong&gt; Unte com manteiga uma forma de buraco no meio, de 23 cm de diâmetro, polvilhe a forma preparada com uma xícara de coco ralado. Despeje a mistura com gelatina e por cima polvilhe com o restante do coco. Leve a geladeira até endurecer. Junte a cebola e frite. Junte o tomate, refogue bem, junte a salsinha, a cebolinha e o manjericão, o caldo de galinha, o colorau, o milho, a ervilha e a azeitona. Quando estiver bem refogado, junte o frango desfiado, misture bem, acerte o sal e a pimenta. Abaixe o fogo e junte o catupiry, misture tudo e reserve.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem: &lt;/strong&gt;Unte uma assadeira com óleo vegetal. Abra uma folha de Rap10 coloque uma boa colher de recheio e feche as pontas formando um quadrado. Vá colocando na assadeira até terminar os ingredientes. &lt;br&gt;Leve ao forno pré-aquecido 200 graus e deixe por 15 minutos cada lado, ou até dourar. Retire da panela e neste fundo doure a cebola, abaixe o fogo. Junte o leite de coco, 200ml de água e o que sobrou da marinada na embalagem do frango, misture bem. Coloque as sobrecoxas neste molho, salpique metade da salsinha, pimenta-do-reino e o champignon e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 30 minutos, adicionando água sempre que for necessário. Junte a carne moída e o caldo de carne e deixe refogar, até que a carne moída fique tostadinha. Junte os tomates e a azeitona, misture. Junte a cebolinha, a salsinha, a pimenta-do-reino e a certe o sal. Deixe terminar de refogar e desligue o fogo.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem:&lt;/strong&gt; dentro de cada pão espalhe catupiry e coloque uma fatia de mussarela, depois é só completar a cavidade com a carne moída refogada, aperte bem para que fique bem recheado. Arrume os pães recheados numa assadeira e leve ao forno, pré aquecido, por 15 minutos, só para ficar crocante. Temperar com pouco sal, pimenta-do-reino e suco de limão. Misturar o creme de cebola com o parmesão e reservar. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180 graus, untar uma assadeira com manteiga.&lt;br&gt;Pegar uma sobrecoxa, passar pelo iogurte e empanar na mistura de creme de cebola com parmesão, arrumar na assadeira. Fazer o mesmo com todas as sobrecoxas. Leve ao liquidificador o requeijão, o creme de leite, o creme de cebola, a salsinha, a pimenta do reino e um pouco de água se for necessário, bate muito bem e reserve.&lt;br&gt;Numa assadeira untada com manteiga, coloque os filezinhos bem escorridos (ainda cru), intercale a couve-flor e o champignon. As panelas andam em ritmo lento por aqui, mas nunca param!! rs&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Essas alcachofras foram feitas meio que “sem querer, querendo”. Estava eu e o Namorido passeando pelo supermercado quando uma linda promoção anunciava: alcachofras por 1.99 cada… aaaa tive que comprar né!! Retire e escorra bem. Arrume em uma travessa. &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;- 4 filés de frango (bonitos)&lt;br&gt;- 1 colher (chá) de tempero Receita da Casa&lt;br&gt;- suco de um limão&lt;br&gt;- 4 fatias boas de queijo branco (minas frescal) &lt;br&gt;- 4 rodelas de tomates&lt;br&gt;- orégano&lt;br&gt;- azeite&lt;br&gt;- suco de três laranjas + 100ml de água&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Tempere os filés de frango com o tempero e o suco de limão e deixe tomar gosto por cerca de 30 minutos. Numa frigideira antiaderente aqueça um fio de azeite e coloque os filés de frango para grelhar (mantenha o fogo médio), pingue aos poucos a mistura de água e suco de laranja, até que o filé fique dourado e bem cozido dos dois lados. No fim, coloque uma fatia de queijo branco e uma de tomate em cima de cada filé, salpique orégano pingue o restante do suco e tampe para o queijo derreter e o tomate murchar.
