The averages pretty much look the same, except I think the fat has gone higher (which means my Weight Watcher points have been higher and I haven’t really been ‘saving’ any points.)

This means I officially achieved my ‘10%’ Weight Loss with Weight Watchers, and got the little keyring   
that they give. This is the closest I have got to my goal with the help of Weight Watchers, all the other times I eventually got there on my own.. I think its important I get the support there, and to continue there at goal weight for...&lt;br/&gt;

         Lost 2kg (and get to my Weight Watcher’s goal of 71kg)       Start the maintainance program at Weight Watchers.       Walking twice a week.       Gym twice a week.       Spinning twice a week.   ...&lt;br/&gt;

Now when you look at this, I was eating Lite n Easy, so the fibre, calcium, iron etc are not available on calorie king.. so they are not 0!
