Bubble Bath Anyone?

Did you know many men take bubble baths? Well the ones I know do for sure. It isn't a female thing only.

When was the last time you had a bubble bath?

Yes, it is a metaphor for TREATING yourself, being good to you.

It takes time, thought and energy to do something nice for yourself / your spirit. So make a mental not right now to do it EVER….SINGLE…DAY.

I use the metaphor because we all know, once in , you never want to get out….right?

So right now I want you to think of something happy that you want to “soak” in for a very long time.

Now open your calendar and plan it for ….yes right now. !!!

Do one thing per day towards YOUR TREAT at “X” day and time you put in your calendar.

Once you have a clear and precise idea of your treat, I want you to consider doing everything you have done in the past, differently. Stay at a different hotel, on a different street, or at different friends home every day or listen to different music on the road trip. Just try not to be afraid to do something TOTALLY wild and different to make you smile and make it a true adventure. Then you will want to do it all the time.

The job, life, chores, challenges, are only a goal to be a better you and do better by letting go of the negative and TREAT YOU.!!!

The hardest part of taking a bubble bath????

I am of the mindset that you would always want to make yourself happy, despite what others think is best or would like for you.

Why older women date younger men.

NBC aired a reality dating show this summer -- "Age of Love" -- that pitted women in their 20s against women in their 40s in a battle for the heart of tennis star Mark Philippoussis. Meanwhile, online dating sites like GoCougar.com urge older women who seek younger men to "get what you want."
A 2003 study by AARP revealed that 34 percent of all women over 40 in the survey were dating younger men, and 35 percent preferred it to dating older men.

There are twenty nine articles here that you can get excellent information from.

Now let’s back up a bit and from the stats.

Why must you care (in most cases) what others think? Yet most humans do care what others think above themselves.

I myself feel that in this matter what is in your heart will make you;
feel better
work better
having more and different sex makes us all feel better
your spirit is soaring behind doors – why not bring it out doors and share that energy?
perks up your energy level in all areas of your life

The list would be endless.

I say this to those of you that keep up with the Jones’.

Despite the statics and what the world has to say, why leave your spirit life up to another's standards for you?

Yes I understand in life there are some things we all allow a bit of other thoughts to ASSIST us in our choices. When it comes to matters of the heart I say – Your on your own.

What does this say about our sexual desires and having them met? Do you think that you sexual energy will be increased with a younger person. Maybe maybe not but your energy/spirit seems to be in the clouds. right?

I feel it all boils down to;

1- Spirit – you know I believe we are all spirit that has a body, therefore, in the learning process we sought the lesson of what it is like to love and learn from one ‘not our own age.’
Perhaps their souls were together many lifetimes and chose to come back as older/younger.

2- Confidence – without it you wouldn’t have the ability or desire to seek or take the offer of a younger person.

Be that as it may, wouldn't it be a great life to make a choice and be happy with yourself?

Wouldn’t life be BLISS-FILLED if we could only consider what made US and OUR immediate family happy and just worked on that in life?

Let’s try to not have the desire to keep on letting other choose for us. Make your own choice and just go with that.

Let’s teach our kids that it is fine to do what you know is right in your heart.

Love you enough to be different and praise that divinity in you.

I have been asked for quite some time now to do readings on Blog Talk Radio, and I am. For the past two years I have done my readings on Pal Talk.

Fridays @ 7:00pm California time.

I run a VERY tight ship. You can ask ONE QUESTION. It must be SPECIFIC, precise….NOT “WHAT DO YOU SEE FOR ME?” or “IAM WONDERING ABOUT MY JOB.” I will hang up and go on to the next caller. Ask me a specific question that is pertaining only YOU, not the boy-friend/girl-friend, maybe mom or day is good but if spirit tells me they will answer then so be it.

If you would like to make it easier on me please send your question in ahead of time and give me the first six digits (if you can) of the number you will be calling from. (So I know it is you on the switchboard and I will answer the pre sent questions first.)

I am a clairvoyant and I have been since I was sixteen. I have been told I am very accurate and I try to be. That takes help on your part. If I tell you a thing you don’t know DO NOT KEEP ON ASKING ME QUESTIONS ON IT, just accept it, write it down and let it marinate. Ask your mom, dad, uncles, aunties about the topic and WAIT. More often than not it will make sense days later when you are clam and in a better mind set.

For the first timers that have NEVER had a reading, just know that you can listen to the reading again and again as it stays on the Blog Talk site. (you can download it too). You should know that if you come in with doubts it will make my job at reading you a challenging. So have your question ready and drink some water before you call and just try to NOT EXPECT ANYTHING BUT A SINGLE ANSWER. You will see what I mean when you call. It is not as scary as you may think. Just breathe and think positive thought- that too will make my job easier.

What are you made of? Do you know?

I know , sometimes it seems as if you have to jump thru a ton of hoops in order to get anywhere in life or to attain any sort of simple goal.

No one ever said life is or would be easy. You know that by now.

I say it can be re-made into being easier. BE THE GRAIN OF UGLY SAND, that turns into that supple, priceless, glorious pearl.

With the simple change of thought anything is possible.

In my Intuitive Life coach plan I assist my client in just twenty one days to turn things around. It is possible if you try.

Imagine just putting your mind to getting rid of the negative thoughts (first) and rewarding yourself (second) anything is possible if you believe in you. How do you think the billionaire philanthropists did it?
They had nothing but faith, goals, endurance.

Anything worth desiring is worth working through in life, don’t let you down by thinking any negative thoughts or do any negative actions; that gets you ‘no where’ not ‘now here’. Right now you may feel you are no where, but with just the idea of achieving a goal you will be NOW HERE. !!!

Decide to be NOW HERE and not NO WHERE.!!!

Where are you at the table?

Yes it all matters, it all must balance.

Do you make time in your schedule to not only to go CHURCH or TEMPLE or a building you feel safe in for worship…but also putting the rest of your life in balance?

So, in having a business, do you make time for all that it entails? Like what? like;

e-mail with your company name and not …Gmail, yahoo, AOL, inbox…type services?
Leaving comments on other peoples blogs or sites?

This is all part of your business spirit and doing these little things that will bring you prosperity.

in your business you must stay on budget and on schedule and IN THE SPIRIT or why else have your won business?

In business the only thing you have to keep you strong and MOVING FORWARD is your SPIRIT.

Is your spirit( your drive) moving you forward in your life, your business? Why not?

What are you going to do about that? stay out of balance or call Tash to help you stay focused and IN TUNE with your spirit and your business?

Are you willing to stay in BROKE spirit mode? Do you like being unhappy, unsuccessful, not generating good for your children?

How do I keep my energy to myself?

As soon as I open my eyes I do two things…..EVERY DAY. !!!

1- Give thanks

2- prayer for protection

Even though you ‘un-ground’ (as I call it when you aren’t going into meditation or doing any spirit work) I am still ‘aware’ but not as open as I am when I am in a trance.

I have experienced first had people in my life that have stayed in communication all day long and all night too; just talking to spirit. The eventually were labeled paranoid schizophrenic and were hospitalized.

So keeping your energy to yourself is crucial and to stop talking once you have completed your work.

When I am not in a session I usually wear a bit of Citrine, rose quartz and clear quartz to protect me from others stealing my energy. (In session I wear many more and I use them on the clients as well.) In order to keep these charged (energized) I will carry with me a bit of selentine.

Many like me carry what is called protector pouches, you might like to create one too.

In the beginning I suggest you try walking in a (in your mind) white balloon of protection, with your crystals in your pocket. A protection pouch is a good thing to have also.

GET IN THE HABIT of turning on and off your protection. You will be able to really FEEL when you are and aren’t WELL protected against others form ZAPPING your energy.

Many ‘sensitives’ can not go into thrift stores or libraries because there are to many old vibrations and it bothers them to their core.

Once you learn what ‘protects’ you best, it will be easier to ‘shield’ you from them in one second.

You can instantly put yourself in a vault, box, bubble, use an old army shield, whatever it takes for you to visualize for protection – use it.

If you are a witch – you have spells. No matter what you are, you have to practice using your gifts and protection is the most important thing you need to know first.

At some point you will meet others with gifts like yourself, yes you will be able to sense them; like in vampire movies. You still need to protect you form them too.

Study your crystals, prayers, layers of protection work best I feel. In that is included the word NO. Many just don't use it for fear of being rude to others. What about yourself? You matter most. Listen to your higher self and it will always nudge you in the right direction.

Once you fid the right shield for you, practice using it everyday just like journaling. Then learn to just send out love to those trying to suck your energy dry.

If you have some sea salt use it in your bath. NOT A LOT JUST LIKE 1 TEASPOON…it may affect your sensitive parts.

With daily practice – everything is easier to form a habit then it is automatic.

Have faith in yourself…Protect you form others energies. Shut down after your sessions and then remember to journal.

Did you set goals for yourself ..... then did nothing with them?

Did you even look at your list daily, update, make ANY change to them
at al in the past month?

Did you even make new ones....just to do nothing with them too?

Why are you making it so difficult for you to progress in life?

Get a plan, then stick to it.

I want you to succeed and be prosperous in life. I want you to
imporove your life for you, your children, in turn the planet would be
more prosperous if you were.

So when you look in the mirror and ask ... WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?

MOVING onward and upward

First comes he idea to do a thing or have a thing.

We then make preparations.

Then we need some direction.

Then we must reflect again on the choices we have made.

Find the best way to FOLLOW THROUGH.

That is what life is really all about right… THE CHOICE TO do this or that is the crucial factor in all things human or in some cases spiritual.

I was fed up with my slumlord, bad neighbors, negative thoughts and the home I loved slowly becoming a dumping grounds for those that didn't care as much as I did.

So many around me saying AH THE ECONOMY IS THIS OR THAT. That has nothing to do with me and what I DESIRE IN LIFE. I MAKE MY OWN HAPPINESS OR UNHAPPINESS.

I had to make a choice. Do I live like them in fear and lack and nothingness? To afraid to have faith that God will bring me what I desire? I think not. I know if I so much as think a thought I know it is possible to achieve it. Therefore I must move on it … NOW!!!

So just like anything else in life we all much DECIDE TO DECIDE and then MOOOOVE on it … right now.

Then I made a list of EXACTLY what I desired and a TIME LIMIT….yes you must put a time on it.

If you choose to stay stuck in the mire you will be UN-MOVED. You will be unhappy (more than likely) and you will not have prosperity or success.

If we choose to stay in the same place and live in fear or doubt how can you progress in any area of your life. They all go together. One part of your life affects all the others…it is like a string of pearls, when one breaks they all fall…right? Yes some have the little stoppers in between but I feel that is the person who has planned and prepared for success that has place their bead separators in the right places to avoid failure.

Let’s choose today to only move FORWARD and to be better, LET GO OF ALL FEARS AND DOUBTS. If you can say I WANT______, THEN YOU CAN MAKE IT COME TRUE.

ONLY YOU HAVE THAT POWER…USE IT WONT YOU? Moved on by whatever force you believe in guides and directs you ONCE YOU have made the choice to move or grow or do anyone thing.

CHOICE – it’s really easy. Just decide to decide and the path will be laid out and you must either walk or stand in FEAR and never grow or have success.

If you believe in that higher power then call on it and then HAVE FAITH that it will help you thru. If you do not have a thing bigger than you…trust in your gut and then MOVE on it.

In order to live and grow we all must move. CHANGE is thee only constant thing in life.

If you choose not to be prosperous….move out of my way.

I just move on the 3rd of July to the home of my dreams and it only took one small ad and one weeks time. I move in 3 weeks later with a great landlord, peaceful neighbors, clean home and peace of mind.

You should know by now that I feel your spirit is not about my normal topic of Spiritualism

I want to share with you some truly great women and men that follow their spirit.

MEET SOME GREAT, BEAUTIUFL, HARD WORKING PEOPLE……MY TEACHERS. !!!

THEY ALL HAVE AN OUTSTANDING SPIRIT.

Rhonda Hicks – I found first when I was just learning about auto responders and email lists, things of that sort. She teaches us how to be better in business.

Lashanda Henry – work at home mom, black business woman, a total web lady that teaches us how to do it and get better at it too.

Lisa Irby – She specialized in blogging and affiliate sites. She is a six figure business owner that teaches us things on these and more topics. She is into marketing, programming, author, advisor who shares so much of herself. She lead me to Darren Rowse for his course in bogging called 31 Days to Better Blogging. I trust her 100% and I do all she suggests because all she tells us – works.

Lisa told us about the “Blogger face off” and from there I learned about these other guys.

Darren Rowse – a writer, photographer, probolgger, wonderful man. He has helped my spirit stay awake by learning how to do thing sin a more professional way.

Rich Schefren – author, problogger, owner of many companies, strategist, business coach. His spirit has help me to learn to be more efficient in my tactics.

Yaro Starak – pro blogger, owner of many businesses, blog teacher, marketing teacher, down to earth wonderful man. He is my teacher.

Sonia Samone- problogger, motivator, speaker, writer. She lifts my spirit by always saying things in a funny way, that get you to learn easier and faster. Also you have better retention. (least I do, if a thing is said in a funny way.)

John Chow- Marketing teacher, problogger, speaker, investor, writer. He teaches me to be more tough when it comes to writing the truth, even if it hurts a person feelings, you must stay focused on your topic and be brutally honest. If one gets gets offended just give an apology and go on with your blogging. Also he instructs us all to always reply to ever single comment, good or bad.

Brian Clark- pro blogger, owner of many businesses, blog teacher, marketing teacher, down to earth wonderful man.

Jeremy Shoemaker- pro blogger, owner of many businesses, blog teacher, motivator, speaker, writer.

SPIRIT !!!!!! WE ALL HAVE ONE !!!

That is, (I feel) truly the only thing that bonds all thins on this planet.

They all love to share their spirit of what it is they love to do with us – the world.

They don’t “hide their light under a bushel’. They speak proudly about helping us all and how much they made and how they made it.

They assure us they didn’t do it OVER NIGHT.

I am so happy to be able to say I learned from these wonderful people who truly are full of spirit and use theirs everyday to help other learn and grow.

Tasha How do I test myself?

I need the practice so I can get better.

My clients and students always ask me how they can ‘test’ themselves
and though I wish we humans wouldn’t be so quick to doubt ourselves
this is my advice.

I understand the fear of BEING WRONG or QUESTIONS TO DEATH by your own
clients. If you just step out on faith that will happen less and
less.

First know MOST will think you are already crazy because you being
able to heal or give information you shouldn’t know about them to
them, sounds crazy still to most people.

Many still think that having ‘gifts’ is.:
1- evil
2- impossible
3- untrustworthy but they must ‘test you’.

Given that, please understand why I always say ‘ALWAYS TRUST YOURSELF
AND THE FIRST IMPRESSION YOU GET WHEN USING YOUR GIFT’.
ONCE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GIFT IS:
1- READ AS UCH AS YOU CAN DIALY ON HOW others DO IT
2- Write in you journal daily on how YOU will use your gifts
differently, more unique.
After your prayer for protection and you are going into meditation ask
your guides and teachers how you are to use our gifts. ALWAYS ASK THEM
FIRST.

Journal everything all the time…this will give you a record of all
things you can not possibly remember.

NOW AS ONE PERSON you may not have spoken to in a while if you can
answer ONE QUESTION for them or tell them one thing about themselves.
DO NOT ASK IF YOU ARE RIGHT- they will tell you.

YOU MUST STAY STRONG AND BELIEVE IN YOU. THEY MIGHT SAY – “I DON’T
KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. WHAT IS THIS OR THAT?”
It is not your job to make thins up or to keep repeating yourself for
their benefit. It is your gift to say and let it go they must figure
things out on their own too.

Do not over work you by trying to keep asking your guides silly
questions, they have other things to do too.

Just be patient and it will come to you in time. STAY STRONG YOU MUST
BE ABLE TO SAY NOW TO YOUR CLIENTS …no matter the gift.
For your first six months I only want you to use your gift for thirty
minutes at most.

After that you will settle into the tired energy you may feel from
some. You may feel great overwhelming joy from others and have that
last for days.

So now you have told them one thing and the said you are right. Go and
journal that along with your own feelings of your session. Ask you
how did you feel after? Where you tired, thirsty, any left over
residue form that person vibes? Things like that.

You will begin to understand why when you do a session you may fee
drained…especially after a difficult client.

So just ask someone or you can tell me one thing about me if ya like.
Just don’t doubt and don’t stop using your gift.

Please be ready to go outside your comfort zone.

Then have only one question in mind when you go into your meditation.

Ok now that you are settled into your grounding tool, lets choose a park to stroll through in our meditation.

As you walk along the path you see a stone bench, have a seat here.

As you absorb the sunlight and enjoy the sounds and sites of nature you notice a entity walking toward you.

As they get closer you vision focuses on them. everything about them.

The entity greets you and asks permission to sit down and talk. (Everything is based on free will.)

Once you agree they sit down ask them right away.

1- Who are you? (You should always know who is giving you information.)
2- What is my gift? (Journal this right away once you are back in your body)

(There is no room for doubt. What you hear – have faith in your new abilities that you are correct.)

Listen to what the entity says carefully. Most importantly do not take time to ask other things this time.

Once you bring yourself out of meditation and clear your thoughts, sip your warm water and just sit still for as long as you need. (Thus the main reason why you need privacy for meditation time.)

Once back in your body and you are fully AWARE, take 10 minutes to write everything you felt heard smelt and saw. It will be very important later to you.

IF YOU ARE STILL NEW TO THIS….DO NTO GO PAST 30 MINUTES. YOUR BODY WILL BE VERY DRAINED AS LATE AS THE NEXT DAY…SO PLEASE DO NOT GO PAST THE LIMIT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS.

UN-GROUND – your spirit goes back in your body and you are 1 again…NOT IN TRANCE BUT STILL PROTECTED.

Before sleep re-read the words you wrote. If they do not make sense then ask your higher-self (no ego) to let you dream to clarify the meaning.

Do this SHORT meditation over and over until you get your answer…just one answer at a time please.

A good habit to get into is asking your guides to talk to you in your dreams. (don’t forget your prayer for protection-every time.)

YOU CAN DO ANYTHING !!!!!

NOW STICK TO IT ….DAILY !!!!

Why do you use hot/warm water Tasha?

I was taught by my granny's and my guides to have a simple, pure, healthy and natural way to ground my clients and myself. Also this acts as a conductor, like copper, to my spirit guides. I feel things flow smoother and more energetic after the water.

If I do a phone reading or computer reading, I still ask the client to drink a few sips of hot water to keep them warm and more in tune with me as I do my readings or a healing.

I have found for myself that things do flow smoother and in more divine order with those that do.

Just a simple thing to do in order to assure peace, one-ness.

Not to mention it is good for your intestines, stomach and it even helps me with heartburn.

Try it the next time you do your reading or heal anyone.

Tell me if you feel better or your clients after drinking the water as hot as they can without burning themselves.

I do keep records on the ones that say they did drink water versus the ones that didn’t.

The ones that did, don’t call back for more readings as fast as the ones that did drink the water. Am I imagining things? I think not.

How to ground - just one easy way I know of

We have learned why we need to ground, and a little on grounding.

My guides and teachers tell 'ME' to do it this way. You will be

instructed on how you should do yours when you are able to hear them

tell you.

Let's get started.

Everyone in your immediate space must leave - unless they too are learning.

You must be able to have silence and oneness with yourself.

PLEASE HAVE READY BEFORE HAND-

Warm water

Music (no lyrics if you chose to use quiet music.)

Timer (Until you can tell your body to stop on time. set to ring

softly if possible.)

White sage - smudging you and your surroundings (it smells kind of like weed,

just so ya know before hand.)

Comfy chair, pillows, floor.

Light the sage and let it smolder and fan it over you ad your

surroundings to be blessed.(Smudging - American Indians use this

process for a spiritual cleansing.)

Sit legs and arms uncrossed.

Timer - minutes

Prayer for protection

Sip warm water

Close your eyes. let the sounds of nature wash over you. (whatever you

choose to listen to if you do.)

GROUND (I will use my grounding tool and you can substitute your own

if you like.)

Envision your body walking in the middle of a huge Redwood tree.

Sit like you are sitting in a chair in the middle of the tree and

visualize you sitting in the tree.

From the inside I want you to look around the inside of the tree. Feel

your body safe inside the many layers of tree bark. You are safe and

protected. Look down and see the roots that go 600 feet into the

ground. Now look up and see the branches that also go 300 feet up.

YOU ARE WELL PROTECTED INSIDE THIS MASSIVE TREE.

Take this precious time now to just listen to your spirit and or a

full five minutes this is all I want you to do in this exercise.

Inhale the sage and absorb it into your spirit and body thru the tree.

Feel the warmth of its protection, shielding you from any harm.

Know that at some point you will know the names of all your spirit

teachers, guides and loved one.

Most importantly you will know your doorkeeper, the one that doesn't

let anything in or out of your spirit/environment while you are in

trance or doing a service.

In this five minute I want you to also just concentrate on love for the

whole universe. see white light covering the earth planet.

Our five minutes should almost be up now. Tell your body not to be

alarmed as the timer goes off.

Later you will awake and be back in your body automatically.

Once you do shut off the alarm ...take a slow sip of water and just

site for a while until you are fully back in your body.
