Adaugam orezul si il lasam putin pe foc pana incepe sa sticleasca. Turnam incet apa in care a fiert dovleacul si piureul de dovleac. Lasam sa fiarba la foc mic, pana se face orezul. Bun, crocant pe deasupra, moale si foarte aromat in interior. V-am facut pofta? Procedati usor, sa nu rupeti pielea. Pe sub piele, umplem puiul cu untul cu verdeturi. Asezam puiul intr-o tava, il ungem cu sare si piper si il stropim cu zeama de lamaie. Pe langa putem arunca si cativa cartofi. Sunt foarte bune, pufoase si cine posteste, le poate savura si in post.&lt;br /&gt;Le puteti umple cu ce fel e gem doriti, de preferabil sa fie mai tare, eu l-am ales pe cel de gutui. Dintr-o compozitie ies foarte multe cornuri, numai bune sa sature toata familia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Pentru 12 persoane :: Dificultate medie :: Preparare+Dospire 40 minute :: Coacere 20 minute&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml apa minerala, eu am pus lapte&lt;br /&gt;- 3 linguri zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;- 50 g drojdie proaspata&lt;br /&gt;- 200 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;- 3 linguri cacao&lt;br /&gt;- vanilie&lt;br /&gt;- faina cat cuprinde, aprox. 1 kg &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;- &lt;a href="http://dobrinisabela.blogspot.com/2009/10/gem-de-gutui.html"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;gem gutui&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Siropul:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;- 250 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml apa&lt;br /&gt;- vanilie, fierbem 5 minute. Il lasam la racit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparare:&lt;/strong&gt; in galetusa de la masina de paine am turnat: laptele, sarea, zaharul, uleiul, vanilia, faina si drojdia. I-am dat drumul masinii si am lasat sa framante. Daca doriti sa le faceti de post, inlocuiti laptele cu apa minerala. Cand eram mica, mamaia ne prepara cantitati industriale din acest gem. La tara, am avut un gutui foarte mare si foarte roditor. In fiecare toamna mamaia fierbea "gemul minune", o bunatate ce mai! Gemul acesta l-am preparat dupa indicatiile mamaiei mele, nu stia ea cantitatile exacte, dar eu le-am cantarit, ca sa nu va las pe voi in ceata de tot :P.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Dificultate medie :: Preparare 15 minute :: Fierbere 40 minute&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;- 1 kg pulpa de gutui&lt;br /&gt;- 600 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 2 pahare apa&lt;br /&gt;- sucul de la 1 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparare:&lt;/strong&gt; din apa si zahar fierbem un sirop. Cat siropul este pe foc, gutuile, dupa ce le-am spalat bine de puf si sters, le trecem prin razatoarea cu ochiurile mici. Cine doreste le poate taia in cubulete mici. Nu uitati sa le stropiti cu sucul de la lamaie, sa nu se oxidexe. Cand siropul de zahar s-a legat, adaugam pulpa de gutui si la foc mic fierbem gemul. La mine in 40 de minute a fost gata. Turnati-l in borcanase si cine doreste poate sa le sterilizeze la cuptorul. Adaugam dovleceii taiati rondele, acoperim vasul cu un capac si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 5 minute, pana se inmoie de tot dovleceii. Adaugam laptele, acoperim si mai lasam sa fiarba inca 5 minute. Dupa acest timp, adaugam parmezanul ras si potrivim de sare. Cu ajutorul blenderului, transformam totul in piure.&lt;br /&gt;Turnam pesto in borcanel. Acum ma napadesc tot felul de amintiri, pe unde am umblat, sau pe unde as vrea sa ma duc. Dorul de calatorii pe poarta pe meleaguri indepartate. Am multe locuri, pe care le-am bifat pe o harta si care, in viata asta, imi doresc sa ajung. Nu a sa enumar acum toate orasele in care vreau sa ajung, sunt multe si sigur am sa va plictisesc. Dar am un oras in suflet, nu stiu de ce(poate intr-o viata anterioara am stat acolo, hihi…), imi doresc cu ardoara sa ajung acolo, sa-l vizitez de la un capat la altul. San Francisco, despre el este vorba. Ori de cate ori vad o fotografie, sau vad imagini intr-un film, imi tresare inima, parca locul acela imi este cunoscut, parca am trecut pe acolo. Poate vi se pare ciudat, dar asta simt. Acest fenomen poate dura chiar si luni. Privelistea de sus, cand ceata pune stapanire pe ora, este inpresionant, te lasa fara cuvinte. Zici: “Woooow”, cand vezi cum ceta “curge” la vale peste oras.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru dealurile abrupte, si arhitectura in stil Victorian si modern. Atunci, cand se muta in casa familiei din San Francisco, mezina familiei, Pheobe gaseste in pod o carte veche - Book Of Shadows. Citind o incantantie, declanseaza fara sa vrea o veche profetie. Ele descopera ca nu sunt singurele care detin puteri supranaturale, si ca provin dintr-o generatie lunga de vrajitoare. Prima vrajitoare, Melinda Warren, poseda 3 puteri: putea sa miste lucruri cu mintea, putea ingheta timpul si putea vedea in viitor. Melinda fusese arsa pe rug in Salem.Cu toate acestea, inainte sa moara, a spus ca fiecare viitoare generatie de vrajitoare, Warren (acum Halliwell) va deveni din ce in ce mai puternica, culminand cu sosirea celor 3 surori - cele mai puternice vrajitoare bune, pe care lumea le-a vazut. Cele trei vor forma Puterea Celor Trei, cea mai puternica forta magica. Cele Fermecate (The Charmed Ones) trebuiau sa protejeze pe cei nevinovati de demoni si alte creaturi ale raului si in acelasi timp sa tina secret, omenirii, puterile lor. In timpul unei lupte cu raul, cea mai mare dintre surori este ucisa, si asttfe s-a distrus Puterea Celor Trei, dar totusi isi face aparitia a patra sora pierduta, Paige, jumatate vrajitoare, jumatate Calauza (whitelighter), pentru a intregi destinul celor trei surori.&lt;br /&gt;Ma uit cu drag la acest serial, savurez fiecare episod la maximum, la inceputul fiecarui episod, sunt imagini din San Francisco, pe care le ador. Intr-una din cellule, a dat peste fantoma unui criminal. Restul nu va mai zic, urmariti serialul :D.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Orasul Chinezesc –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; cel ma mare oras chinezesc din afara Asiei se afla in San Francisco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Podul Golden Gate -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; probabil cel mai celebru pot din lume, care apare in nenumarate filme si reclame in America. Faimosul pod, face legatuta intre San Francisco si Marin County.&lt;br /&gt;Iubesc acest pod, este fotografiat din toate pozitiile, gasindu-se pe net milionae de fotografii cu acesta. Cand este cuprins de ceata, podul se vede minunat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;3 Locuri de distractie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Cazinoul Arcade –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; numai Las Vegas sa aiba cazinouri. Cel din San Francisco are farmecul lui aparte, se bazea pe jocuri cu laser si Space Invaders.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Ocean Beach –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; plaja cu cele mai inalte si periculoase valuri din Oceanul Pacfic. Raiul pe pamant pentru iubitorii de surf., dar si pentru matori. Cine nu se pricepe, poate urmari spectacoll dat de adevaratii profesionisti in spuma ocenului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Festivalul de Jazz –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; cunoscutele concerte de jazz care se tin in North Beach, pot deveni o seara extrem de placuta pentru pasionatii de jazz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;3 Mancarui specifice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Tacos –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; mancare mexicana dar care are foarte mare succes in San Francisco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Grilled Salmon –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; peste facut pe gratar. E o specialitate in restaurantele din San Francisco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Sea food –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; puteti alege dintr-o varietare de mancaruri preparate cu o foarte mare meticulozitate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;3 Suveniruri de luat acasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Gin si Golden Gate –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; un pahar de gin cu imaginea faimosului pod Golden Gate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Tramvai cu magnet –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; tramvaiul din San Francisco poate fi chiar in casa ta, pe frigiderul tau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Un snow Dome&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; cu imaginea orasului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sper ca nu v-am plictisit, eu as fi scris mai mult, atat ma fascineaza acest oras. Nicinu pot sa le descriu prea mult, sunt pur si simplu delicioase, ghimbirul ofera nectarinelor o aroma de neegalat, combinatia rezultata fiind mai mult decat delicioasa. Pe margine ungem aluatul cu putin albus de ou, sa se lipeasca mai bine. Pliem cerculetul, sa obtinem o placintica mica. O sigilam bine cu furculita. Merge foarte bine atat pentru tarte sarate cat si pentru cele dulci, umpluturile le alegeti dupa bunul plac. Contine doar putina sare, cat sa ii dea un gust bun. Aluatul dupa ce se coace, este moale, dar totusi usor crocant. O fac de foarte mult timp, este rapida, ingredientele le am mereu in casa. Tot familionul o adora, cand nu stiu ce sa fac dulce, aceasta prajitura este salvarea mea. Mousse-ul de ciocolata il stiu de mult timp, cred ca este cea mai usoara crema de preparat, care nu da niciodata gres. Nu fierbeti!. Luam cratita, turnam compozitia intr-un castron cu peretii inalti si lasam sa se raceasca. Dupa ce s-a racit spumam cu mixerul, pana devine o crema aerata si pufoasa. Adaugam si scortisoara macinata dupa gust. Gustul dulce-acrisor se combina perfect cu cel sarat, iar ghimbirul ofera mancarii o savoare cu totul aparte. Parca si acum o aud pe mamaia cand ne striga la masa. Mancam pana ma durea burta si parca tot mai vroiam. Cred ca o stiti si voi, nu e o mancare pretentioasa, cu ingrediente putine, accesibile tuturor. Neaparat sa o mancati cu mamaliguta calda si mujdei de usturoi :P, mmm... numai asa se aude la masa :P&lt;br /&gt;Cantitatile sunt in functie de cata mancare vreti sa faceti, mamaia punea totul din ochi si iesea excelenta. Eu am facut pentru 2 persoane. Ii coacem. Ca sa-i curatati mai bine, ii lasati intr-un castron pana se racesc, acoperit cu folie de aluminiu. Coaja se inmuaie si se curata mai bine. Le scoatem cotoarele de la ardei, semintele si ii taiem in fasiute mici.&lt;br /&gt;Ceapa o tocam. Rosiile le decojim si le dam prin razatoare. Calim ceapa pana devine transparenta, adaugam rosiile si putina apa. Fierbem la foc mic, pana scade si se ingroasa. Adaugam ardeii, potrivim de sare si piper. Eu sunt una dintre ele. Dar cu timpul am observat ca unele dintre ele nu le-am folosit, asa dar, niste bani aruncati degeaba. Imi plac cand le vad in magazin, le aduc acasa si le arunc de colo colo, sau infund debaraua cu ele. Am ales pentru astazi 10 dintre multele gadget-uri de bucatarie care nu sunt neaparat folositoare si pe care le putem inlocui cu usurinta cu altceva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Taietor pentru avocado,&lt;/span&gt; mi se pare un lucru cu totul inutil, o lingurita este mult mai folositoare decat acest aparat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Injetie pentru arome,&lt;/span&gt; chiar nu am folosit asa ceva niciodata si nici nu cred ca am sa folosesc. Dar, daca vreau sa-i bag pe sub piele curcanului mai multe arome :P, cumpar o seringa de la farmacie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Separator de oua&lt;/span&gt;, sunt atatea moduri de a separa albusurile de galbenusuri, decat acest "mucios" urat :)). Chiar nu-i gasesc rostul, mi se pare o pierdere de timp sa-l folosesti, cand metoda traditionala este sfanta pentru mine. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Aerator pentru vin,&lt;/span&gt; nu bem vin, asa ca nu-mi trebuie, dar nici nu cred ca-i da vinului vreun gust mai special. Voi ce ziceti?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Curatator pentru usturoi,&lt;/span&gt; nicinu stiam ca exista asa ceva :D, daca il vedeam si nu scria la ce se foloseste, nicinu stiam ce sa fac cu el :)). Asadar, cutitul este cea mai buna metoda.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Taietor pentru ceapa,&lt;/span&gt; cred ca un cutit cu lama buna face treaba de o mie de ori mai buna decat acest aparat. Nu l-as cumapara.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; Ustensila de masurat pastele,&lt;/span&gt; eu le masor din ochi sau le cantaresc, in niciun caz nu as cumpara asa ceva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; Suport de lingura,&lt;/span&gt; nu este nicio tragedie daca nu-l aveti, o farfurie poate "odihni" lingura cand dati prin mancare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&lt;/strong&gt; Aparat de facut IceTea,&lt;/span&gt; poate unor persoane le este folositor, eu nu l-as cumpara din cauza ca ocupa mult spatiu si nicinu sunt o iubitoare a ceiului rece, il prefer pe cel cald.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.&lt;/strong&gt; Curatator pentru sparanghel,&lt;/span&gt; la fel ca si taietorul pentru avocado, inutil, se poate inlocui cu un taietor universal sau cu un cutit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sunt cateva din obiectele care nu ne folosesc in bucatarie(cel putin mie), este parerea me proprie si personala, cu timpul am invatat sa nu mai cumpar "rahatele" care nu-mi trebuiesc la nimic. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Astept si parerile vostre, ce obiecte ati cumparat si nu va sunt folositoare? Vara care tocmai a trecut, ne-am desfatat cu acesti minunati ardei umpluti cu vinete. Merg de minune langa o friptura la gratar sau asa ca atare cu paine proaspata. Eu i-am copt in vasul roman, care le-a dat o savoare si un gust deosebit, dar daca nu aveti, coacetii intr-o tava obisnuita. Tin minte ca se pregatea la noi acasa cantitati foarte mari din aceasta dulceata si niciodata nu o apuca Craciunul :P , hai poate un borcanel sau doua, ratacite printre altele cu dulceata/gem. Este un pic cam migaloasa, dar merita tot efortul. Merge la clatite, orez cu lapte, dimineata pe o felie de paine prajit si un strat suptire de unt sau asa ca atare, cand ai pofta de ceva dulce :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca vreti sa o pregatiti, dati fuguta in gradina sau la vecini :D si adunati soc, este pe trecute si e pacat sa-l ratati. Acordati timp destul, cam o dupa-amiaza, invitati o prietena sau doua :D, sa va tina de urat cat luati toate bobitele de pe "florile" de soc. Cu multa vointa si o prietena langa voi sa va ajute, in cazul meu mamaia, luati fiecare "floare" de soc si curati bobitele de pe ea. Le colectati pe toate intr-un castron mare. Dupa ce ati terminat, turnati apa peste ele. Amestecati si lasati asa pana se topeste tot zaharul. Luati spuma.  Nu amestecati cu lingura prin dulceata, doar luati oala de toarte si miscati-o stanga-drepta, prin miscari de roatatie. Doar aproape de final amestecati prin dulceata cu lingura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa va dati seama cand este gata dulceata, luati putin si turnati pe o farfurie. Morcovul, ceapa si ardeiul le taiem cubulete. Pastaile, le rupem coditele si incercati sa trageti si de eventualele "ate". Ale mele au fost "tinere" :D, asa ca nu au avut. Turnam peste 1 litru de apa. Cand incepe sa fiarba adaugam ardeiul si pasataile. Spre final turnam bors (dupa gust) si rosiile decojite si taiate cubulete. Am pregatit pentru familia mea acest fel de mancare foarte bun si care se pregateste destul de repede. "Parmigiana", este un fel de mancare specific italienesc, care se prepara la cuptor cu diferite legume si branzeturi. Le lasam asa 2-3 minute, rasturnam apa si turnam peste ele apa rece de la robinet. In 3-4 linguri ulei de masline inabusim ceapa. Adaugam rosiile si cand incep sa fiarba acoperim oala si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 20 de minute. Le scoatem in apa rece(in felul acesta se vor decoji repede). Turnam jumatate din cantiatea de paste cu rosii pe fundul unei tavi, asezam ouale rondele si jumatate din cascavalul ras; presaram 2 linguri de parmezan ras si asezam jumatate din cantitatea de vinete grilate. Continuam cu paste si restul de cascaval ras, presaram alte 2 linguri de parmezan ras si completam cu restul de vinete.
