Dom Knigi
-A super large bookstore but a poor one nonetheless. they have a large scale for russian books but for english books it is very little to choose.
4/10 stars.
Anglia British Bookshop
-A decent bookstore with a decent english books to choose. A very good place to pick english textbooks but still a small scale of english books to choose.
5/10 stars
Biblio Globus
-A huge bookstore with a huge selection of english books. A good place to look for good books. Can get 7% discount if using Citibank creditcard.
7.5/10 stars
House of Foreign Books
-A medium size of bookstore but a very good one. Large variety of books to choose but a little bit expensive compare with Biblio Globus but they have a very calm classic atmosphere of bookstore.

House of Foreign Books is a quite decent and small bookstore. It has a 100% non russian books and even the russian litteriture books are translated to english.

About 80 - 90% of books in House of Foreign Books are English books. They have a large section of fiction and non fiction books. Text books are a little short on selection. The price tags here are a little bit higher compare to
Biblio Globus.This is the palce if u want to find a rare books besides
Moscow English Bookstore.

House of Foreign Books is situated on Kuznetski Most street, near Metro Kuznetski Most. Its about 5 minutes walk from metro station.

House of Foreign Books is a very enjoyable place to looks for books because of the atmosphere of classic style design bookstore and a very quiet place because not so many people visit this bookstore. The staff there are very helpfull too. They also have an English fliers of their own.

Biblio Globus is a 2 stories bookstore with a large variety of english books titles.

On the first floor, like a typical moscow bookstore, they have a very large russian books to choose. But what makes this bookstore a standout from other bookstore in moscow is they large scale of english books. More then half of second floor is full with english books. They have english magazine, english fiction, nonfiction, textbooks. One of the best place to find english books in Moscow.

Biblio Globus situated on Miyasnitskaya Street, near Metro Lubiyanka.
Its about 2 - 3 minutes walk. Very near to metro station.

Besides from the huge range of books, Biblio Globus is also a good place for coins collectors but not as huge as Dom Knigi.

Anglia British Bookshop is a very small bookstore in Moscow that has a selective range of fiction and non-fiction books in English. They are more focus on text books. Some even complain that they dont even have the new arrivals and the best-seller titles but they offer to order them. Better order from Moscow English Bookstore.

Anglia British Bookshop is situated on Vorotnikovsky Pereulok, near Metro Mayakovskaya.
Its about 10 minutes walking distance from metro.

A great feature is that second-hand books are sold here with proceeds going to Action for Russia’s Children (ARC). Angliya is a great place to pick up a cheap second-hand book or offload some books you no longer want.

A gigantic bookstore in Moscow, and probably the best to visit for a tourist with an interest in books.

The only think is that they dont have a lot to offer when it comes to english books. English books section is on the 2nd floor. A very small, limited space about 5 x 8 meters is reserve for English books.

Dom Knigi is situated on Novie Arbat street, near Metro Arbatskaya. Its about 10 minutes walk from metro.

Aside from the huge range of books you’ll find maps, souvenirs, DVDs, magazines, office supplies and an antique book section. You can also pick up genuine Soviet propaganda posters here.
