The State Museum of Madhya Pradesh was earlier known as Bhopal Museum. It was during the reign of Nawab Shah Jehan Begum (1868-1901) that a serious effort was made to collect rare objects for the Museum. Articles were acquired from remote corners of the world. The assortment included artistic creations from China, Tibet, Japan and Europe, besides all regions of India. Her daughter Nawab Sultan Jehan Begum (1901-1926) established King Edward Museum in 1909, in an exquisite building with colonial features, which is now known as Central Library and is located in the busy area of old Bhopal. Later the Museum was shifted to Banganga region and was known as the Bhopal Museum. It existed there for several years, till the time the new Museum building came up on Shyamla Hills and all the antiquities were shifted there.The building was designed by the Environmental Planning and Co-ordination Organization (EPCO) and constructed by Capital Project Administration (C.P.A.). Bharat Bhavan is an autonomous multi-arts complex and museum in the state of capital Bhopal, established and funded by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Opened in 1982, facing the Upper Lake, Bhopal, it houses an art gallery, a fine art workshop, an open-air amphitheater, a studio theatre, an auditorium, a museum tribal and folk art, libraries of Indian poetry, classical music as well as folk music. Bhimbetka Caves: Location: Raisen District of Madhya Pradesh, India,

The Bhimbetka rock shelters are an archaeological site of the Paleolithic, exhibiting the earliest traces of human life on the Indian subcontinent, and thus the beginning of the South Asian Stone Age. It is located in the Raisen District in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The Bhimbetka shelters exhibit the earliest traces of human life in India. At least some of the shelters were inhabited by Homo erectus more than 300,000 years ago. Some of the Stone Age rock paintings found among the Bhimbetka rock shelters are approximately 30,000 years old. The caves also deliver early evidence of dance. They were declared a World Heritage Site in 2003. The name Bhimbetka is associated with Bhima, a hero-deity of the epic Mahabharata. Ek Chidiya Anek Chidiya Doordarshan Video

Ek Chidiya Anek Chidiya was a lot common in those days, it was inspirational and as a kid we used to enjoy it a lot. No wonder it still remains in our memories as fresh as it was that time. It was the starting phase of Indian animation I think, though I am not very sure.

Jungle book ( Mowgli )

How can we forget this, waited every Sunday for The Jungle Book. We were so crazy for this that I don’t know somehow nothing used to look good in front of this cute little animation series. That was in fact a wonderful story, the way it was told, the amount of curiosity it used to arouse, that’s why it still remains so sweetly in our memories.

Uncle Scrooge, the boys, the Launchpad and his all time crash landing, awesome story, cool characters. It was one of few animations at least I used to wait.

This was really good. Whenever I used to see this video, I used to be so proud. Somehow things have changed a lot. I wish the spirit could be revoked and people could be more close. Anyways, enjoy the video

Surabhi - Theme Song

This serial was soo popular at that time and I think Indian postal department brought the concept of completion post card due to this serial only. So many people used to watch and reply. If I remember correctly at that time the cost of a post card was 15 paisa and people used to use that for replying to the Surbhi, but they brought the concept of competition postcard soon after that. Anyways that was one good serial, reminds me of the old days.

Life is short, but people do get lot of time in fact to the extent that they get bored of it. I have gone through that time too. I understand there are times when due to reasons nothing looks good and one don't feel like doing anything. But it’s important to get yourself involved with the things you like. Like developing hobbies and many other things, this not only helps developing yourself and knowing things better. Here are few things I have explored and tired to kill boredom, hope it helps someone.

Chatting: There are many chatting service providers. Yahoo, Rediff, MSN, Skype and a lot many others. The good thing about them is that you get open to a lot of people on net all are one of a kind. It will help you to know people and save you from getting bored.
Blogging: There are many thing you can do by blogging. From giving your opinion to developing reader fans to earning money etc. And there are many such service providers like Blogspot, Google Pages, TypePad, WordPress, Weebly, and many more. There are many paid ones also but for the starters it will be good to have a working hand on the free ones and they are really good.
Reading Blogs: Someone has to read the blog too. There are lots of good blogs available with various stuffs, information, things to do, music, movies, fun stuffs, life styles, science and technology, news, stories, personal opinions. Here are few interesting blogs I have listed, I am sure you can find more on web.
Movies: There are reviews, trailers, news, awards and many happening things to explore. Some are so interesting, some are normal and there are many time wasting movies. Help yourself to save time to find what to see and what to avoid, so that you can see more what you like to, rather then wasting time on something not so good to watch. There are the places on World Wide Web you can read about them. There are few interesting movies I have seen and are of my interests. Here are few which I like, A Beautiful Mind (2001), The Matrix, Species, MIB, Chameli, The Pursuit of Happyness, Bee Movie, Ratatouille, Wednesday.
Games: Wow! When it comes to games I am always ready. They are cute, controllable, and inspired by life. I am a total gaming freak. It helps me to think fast, logical, control computer much better and of course helps in killing time as nothing else. Many free online and offline games available. Hope it helps you.
Learning Computers: There are many online tutorials that are good to learn many things. For about computers to learning programming languages and various others related things. I have found this very helpful LearnersTV.com; it has covered various subjects in the following fields.

I have seen lectures in Computer notes and found them very interesting. The topics that are covered are:

Introduction to Java Programming

Another good place to look for learning computer language and related things is O'Reilly; they have lots and lots of books on the subject. I am sure this site may not be un-familiar to anyone in the field of computer science. I am sure you can find the book of your choice.

Networking: You can make friends and get lots of emotional turmoil. Here is someone who did a lot of work on this and I don't think I can do a better review on social networking sites then her in this aspect, so without increasing the lode over World Wide Web it will be better to give link to her article HERE, It will help you to communicate and have people around to read and talk to you.

Girlfriend, Wife and Software

Last year a friend of mine upgraded GirlFriend 1.0 to Wife 1.0 and found that it's a memory hog leaving very little system resources for other applications. He is only now noticing that Wife 1.0 also is spawning Child-Processes which are further consuming valuable resources. No mention of this particular phenomena was included in the product brochure or the documentation, though others users have informed him that this is to be expected due to the nature of the application. Not only that, Wife 1.0 installs itself such that it is always launched at system initialization where it can monitor all other system activity. He's finding that some applications such as PokerNight 10.3, BeerBash 2.5, and PubNight 7.0 are no longer able to run in the system at all, crashing the system when selected (even though they always worked fine before).

At installation, Wife 1.0 provides no option as to the installation of undesired Plug-ins such as MotherinLaw 55.8 and BrotherinLaw Beta release. Also, system performance seems to diminish with each passing day.

Some features he'd like to see in the upcoming wife 2.0.
- A "Don't remind me again" button
- Minimize button
- An install shield feature that allows Wife 2.0 be installed with the option to uninstall at anytime without the loss of cache and other system resources.
- An option to run the network driver in promiscuous mode which would allow the systems hardware probe feature to be much more useful.

I myself decided to avoid all of the headaches associated with Wife 1.0 by sticking with Girlfriend 2.0. Even here, however, I found many problems. Apparently you cannot install Girlfriend 2.0 on top of Girlfriend 1.0. You must uninstall Girlfriend 1.0 first. Others users say this is a long standing bug which I should have been aware of. Apparently the versions of Girlfriend have conflicts over shared use of the I/O port. You think they would have fixed such a stupid bug by now. To make matters worse, The uninstall program for Girlfriend 1.0 doesn't work very well leaving undesir
