Corn Moon or Harvest Moon (because it is the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox)

It features the "Harvest Moon effect," where moonrise happens much closer to sunset than usual, providing extra evening moonlight

September's full moon is special because it is traditionally known as the Harvest Moon, meaning it is the full moon that occurs closest to the autumn equinox

One thing that sets the Harvest Moon apart from other full Moon names is that it’s not associated with a specific month, as the others are.

Instead, the Harvest Moon relates to the timing of the autumnal equinox (September 23), with the full Moon that occurs nearest to the equinox being the one to take on the name “Harvest Moon.”

This means that the Harvest Moon can occur in either September or October, depending on how the lunar cycle lines up with the Gregorian calendar.

The Harvest Moon does typically occur in September, taking the place of the full Corn Moon.

However, it occasionally lands in October instead, replacing the full Hunter’s Moon.

For several evenings, the moonrise comes soon after sunset. This results in an abundance of bright moonlight early in the evening, which was a traditional aid to farmers and crews harvesting their summer-grown crops. Hence, it’s called the “Harvest” Moon!

Usually, throughout the year, the Moon rises an average of about 50 minutes later each day.
But for the few nights around the Harvest Moon, the Moon seems to rise at nearly the same time: just 25 to 30 minutes later across the northern USA, and only 10 to 20 minutes later farther north in Canada and Europe.

Additionally, the Harvest Moon rises at sunset and then will rise very near sunset for several nights in a row because the difference is at a yearly minimum. It may almost seem as if there are full Moons multiple nights in a row!

While September’s full Moon is usually known as the Harvest Moon, if October’s full Moon happens to occur closer to the equinox than September’s, it takes on the name “Harvest Moon” instead. In this case, September’s full Moon is referred to as the Corn Moon.

This time of year—late summer into early fall—corresponds with the time of harvesting corn in much of the northern United States. For this reason, a number of Native American peoples traditionally used some variation of the name “Corn Moon” to refer to the Moon of either August or September. Examples include Corn Maker Moon (Western Abenaki) and Corn Harvest Moon (Dakota).

If Predators started out hunting humans in the jungles, we don't know how many centuries that may have gone back

We work on the premise that the Predator would not harm a child

So when tribal warriors were killed by them, there may well have been children who witnessed it

Susanna recorded the song in the studio naked, to get a feeling of vulnerability which some fans say they can hear when it is played

Dorian had had his six wins

Kevin, Shawn and Flex had come second to him in the first five, Shawn and Kevin doing so twice

Nasser arrived and started moving up

He had been 3rd, he had been DQd

Now in 97 he came second - this year and lot of people thought he would have won and become the new Mr O

As stated, Ronnie was 6th in 96, the year Nasser was DQ after placing 3rd - in 97 he drops to 9th

In 98 of course Ronnie overtook everyone and won, with Flex coming in 2nd

This is the same as Ronnie and Jay

If Lee had come back in 92 going for a 9th, Dorian still would have won

Dorian said this back in the 90s and stands by it

Even recently Dorian speculated about Lee having the 8th, being he only person to do so, beating Arnold's record, and what would be the point of going for the 9th

If he win the 9th so what, if he lost, it tarnished the record

Years later when Ronnie got 8, Lee's record was matched, and we know Ronnie went for the 9th to set the new record and he lost to Jay
